For bagel with cream cheese and lox, the bagel was toasted just right, not burnt but not under. Plenty of cheese and the lox was plentiful. Great place for a quick breakfast.

A bag of eleven. How do you mess that up so badly? Mistakes happen--sure--but this isn't just a mistake. It's a pattern of total incompetence. But the real issue? The manager. Absolutely vile behavior. When I called to explain the mistake (again), she didn't apologize--she got defensive, rude, and downright nasty. I asked for the owner, who's usually reasonable, but she wasn't in. Instead, I got this manager on the phone, and what followed was completely unacceptable. She tried to blame me for their mistake, told me I'd have to drive 30 minutes back to fix their error, and then--get this--started swearing at me. Profanity, name-calling, and even threatened to ban me from the deli. As if I'd ever go back after being spoken to like that. This person has no business managing a lemonade stand, let alone dealing with paying customers. The owner seriously needs to wake up and realize this manager is driving people away with her disgusting attitude and lack of professionalism. There are dozens of bagel shops around--don't waste your time or money at this one. Unless you enjoy getting the wrong order, being blamed for it, and verbally abused when you speak up. I'll never step foot in this place again.

Unfortunately, one of the bagles ended up with mayo and ketchup--just a bit of miscommunication over the phone when placing the order. The selection of bagels is limited and when asked what cheese they had, they only had American despite the sign listing several types of cheese. We ordered an everything bagel and a salt bagel, both with butter and tomato and a small coffee. There is an up charge for the everything bagel due to it being an "egg everything bagel". The everything bagel was hard. (And anyone who knows bagels knows egg bagels are the softest bagels). It didn't taste fresh even though it was 830 am. The salt bagel was softer, better and decent. The coffee was hot but taken from a carafe- not freshly brewed, so it also tasted old and flat. The servers were friendly enough and the prices were decent (despite the up charge) , $9.25 dollars for the 2 bagels and coffee.
