I met with Chris at the desk to tell him what the issue was and he came out to take a look. I had come in looking to patch the tire but he explained why it wouldn't be possible in this case.(location of the leak and the damage buildup from riding on a flat tire) Unfortunately they didn't have any of my tire in stock, but they offered to order it for me. (I was already on my way to an appointment at a Kia dealership so I declined) They offered to swap out my flat for the donut in my trunk which I had them do. Jim, one of their mechanics, did the switch for me in a super timely manner. Taking off the tire and swapping the donut took minimal time and only cost $10 which was pretty reasonable. Thanks guys!

Don't receive a call nothing so Monday rolls around and don't hear a word. So we let that week pass and are told 1/2 the job is done cause we end up calling that Friday and get told also that their lead mechanic will be in Monday to fix it and it'll be done Tuesday. Again Tuesday rolls by and their guy doesn't feel like showing up. Now we're at the 4 th week and Ms. Diane Lawson who we've been calling , tells us it'll be done Friday. That weekend goes by and she ACTUALLY CALLS Monday but wants my car towed immediately out their yard. I ask why she tells me " we just don't have the tool to fix it and you need to get it now." Wait... what?? So what do I need I ask she says an extractor. Why couldn't you tell me this 5 weeks ago?? So of course I'm upset and post exactly what I'm posting now now she's calling me threatening me with a lawyer and wants the post down ... what do you have to hide? Please don't waste your time with route 9 auto in Georgetown Delaware unless you have a headlight that needs changed.. they might be able to manage.
