Had 11,000 miles on it. Environmental Auto failed it. Said it needed wipers and an oil change and wanted over $300.00 to do the service, what?? I declined and took it to the NAPA Store across the street, they said they wouldn't change the wipers as there was no need. Finally got the oil changed today as this was the recommendation on the sticker in the windshield. I took it back to Environmental Auto on the way home to get my sticker and they said nope, it's been 34 days since we did the inspection, we need another $119.00 dollars because it's over 30 days. I don't have another $119.00 to give them. Now I'm driving illegally waiting on my next SSI check to take it somewhere else.

Dropped off for a minor repair on mass air flow code that was part of a previous job completed that cost me $365. They charged me $97 to clean the mass air flow system which I feel should been done previously or covered under warranty. When I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed a puddle under the car on passenger front wheel. So I decided to take pics and let them know the following day. They said they would pick up the car and look it over because the repair should not cause any fluid leaking. I called them to see what the issue was and they said I need a water pump and would cost $700 plus. I couldn't understand how a water pump would go bad from sitting on there lot for 48hrs. I have not had any indications of any issues with the water pump. I decided to find another mechanic and they quoted $250 for the repair. I never got a response from the manager/owner addressing my emails that I sent. Never Again!

The work was done timely and in comparing to other shops, at a very competitive rate. All three times it has been completed before promised. But the other place where EMP *shines* is the customer service! Chrystal and Cam (front office) are personable and friendly. They made me feel welcome right from the start. I get updates as needed, both by phone calls and emails.
