I didn't know they were with the company at first because they weren't in uniform and the trick was a rental and didn't have their branding. 2) we moved from a 2nd story apartment to a one story house with 2 steps inside and hardwood floors, which was all disclosed prior to booking. The over stacked the dolly and rolled it down the concrete stairs causing a lot of rough trauma to our belongings. Our TV Stand was damaged. 3) When we got to the house, we had to stop the movers from going further into the house because they came in with 3 VERY heavy boxes on the dolly and went down the hardwood step roughly onto the other with the dolly. The wood panel on the Edge of the step broke as a result. We stopped them from utilizing the dolly after that. Overall, they moved all our belongings in one trip in less than 2.5 hours. It relieved stress but I can't recommend them, especially if you have nice items you plan to move.

HOWEVER, I will not be using them again in the future, for two reasons: 1. Lack of respect for my time - the arrival window they gave was 10-noon, and they didn't show up until 12:40. That is especially not cool during the time crunch of the holiday season. 2. Cost - $160 for literally 5 minutes of work is excessive, IMHO. The minimum amount they charge is $120, and given the circumstances, that minimum should have been the charge. The rationale given was the "difficulty" of moving an old exercise bike from my back patio. The thing was on rollers, and took about 2-3 minutes for them to roll out, barely breaking a sweat. My arthritic, granny self would have probably tried to wheel it out front, had I realized I could have saved $40 by doing so.

This was right in line with what I had paid a different company a year ago, so I went ahead and booked my move for approximately a month out. On the day of the move, the owner and one other helper showed up 3 hours late. He stated he had been, "trying to be a nice guy," and fit another move in before mine. It was pouring rain that day and despite buying a plastic cover for my expensive mattress and making sure it was on and properly sealed before the movers even arrived, my mattress ended up soaking wet. When I asked what happened to my mattress, the owner looked at me and stated, "It's raining." I had other furniture with scratches and the floor in my house ended up scratched, as well. A second helper showed up for the unload. The owner proceeded to unload all my belongings off the truck leaving everything to sit in the pouring rain. His helpers were great, moving things as fast as they could and helping me dry things with towels, paper towels, whatever we could find. They apologized for the chaotic situation. At the end of the move, the owner ended up charging me over $1,000. - twice the original quote. He let me know how lucky I was that he wasn't charging me equipment fees etc. He also suggested I should be giving something "to his guys", which I was happy to do because they were great. I would not recommend this company, but if using I highly suggest getting the initial quote in writing.

Nicole and her husband are amazing and seem to really care about the company taking care of their customers. I scheduled a move fairly close to my move date and they were able to come out same day for a quote. The quote was very competitive and came with a large trailer. The day before the move she called to let me know something was preventing the trailer from getting to us but that they'd provide two trucks (more room) no charge instead. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They wrapped our items well as promised, packed the truck thoughtfully, and worked hard. They showed up on time and delivered on time.
