I called and requested the service, I was called back within an hour, had a great conversation with Melanie who advised me to send pictures to Nick the plumber. Nick called me, listened to me explain the issue, I answered a few questions and he explained what I needed to do. Took me all of 5 min for one issue and the other should take about 10 min. This is extremely helpful, because I did nothing special, I just had no clue what to do, but instead of charging me a service fee and spending 15 min at my home (like previous companies have done in the past), Nick saved me money and time, in turn freeing him or someone else there up to help other customers that truly need a plumber.
