There were three four-person tables occupied by only two people each, and they had literally just sat down and still had their menus. I asked if it would be possible to separate one of the tables, but the host immediately said no because they were "eating dinner." They clearly hadn't started their meal yet. She even mentioned that the tables would normally be separated, but that it was "too late" to do it now. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and couldn't wait, so I had to leave without dining. What disappointed me most wasn't just the seating issue, but the host's attitude. Her facial expressions and tone were dismissive and made me feel like I was being unreasonable for simply asking a question. Overall, it was a really disappointing and disrespectful experience. Good customer service is about trying to find solutions, not making guests feel unwelcome. Based on this experience, I won't be returning and won't be recommending Tavola to my friends.

This is by far my favorite pizza place in town! Double DD pizza is a family owned operation that makes you feel like part of the family. When family or friends come into town we make sure to take them to Double DD's. Every time our guests want to return for a second meal before they leave town. I am always in the mood for pizza but if you aren't feeling like having pizza the rest of their menu is incredible. read more

The potatoes that came with my Spanakopita dinner could have been more lemony. I didn't taste any lemon in it. Greek salad was good. Pita bread wasn't bad. It was pretty good but I've had better. Rice was OK. I'm never super impressed with rice at Greek restaurants. Google told me that this place was considered to be a cozy, neighborhood spot that's generally quiet but that the noise level can fluctuate depending on when a person goes. I took a chance on this, hoping that we'd get there at one of those generally quiet times; however, luck was not on our side. It was quite noisy while we were there. Then I was told "have a good night" and hung up on. Not the customer service a business should be proud of. Their error started it and ruined dinner for us being met with an attitude instead of an apology. I used to order often and will definitely never order from this place again and will share with others as well. please work on your customer service, it is the hospitality industry after all.
