Gelatoro features house-made gelato with rotating flavors and fan favorites including chocolate, blueberry chip, and strawberry. Their coffee and espresso options offerings may also include affogatos for a sugar rush. Bakery treats include cookies, bars and candy treats including Dubai chocolate. AND, their flavors are actually good. I find that often when one of those is substituted for, the other gets sacrificed or over-compensates and ends up not being very good. Although, naturally, without gluten some of the pastries are not as fluffy or buttery as they could be for the "regular" version. Most of their flavors are really good and you can get 2 samples before making a choice. There's some shaded outdoor seating, main seating, and a back indoor seating (somewhat echo-y), but it hasn't been super busy any time I've been there so there's enough space to not feel crowded.

It was like $8 including tax for the medium so it's not cheap, but it's a good sized cup. They also sell larger sizes (like by the pint I think), and chocolate with interesting flavors that is award-winning, so lots to try! From the first bite we were in heaven. The flavor is very thorough which is not always the case for Italian ices where it can sometimes be a bit muted. Every single bite of this was packed with flavor. They also carve out a bit of the middle to put the condensed milk which makes every bite much more equal than if it was just placed at the top. This was by far one of, if not the best, Italian ices we've ever had. We would very much recommend it to anyone in the Downtown area looking to cool off.
