We only ordered 2 chai. We waited 45 minutes to get it . We asked multiple times and they extended our wait by 5 minutes each time.

The Karvepaku Karam Idli had the most aromatic curry leaf seasoning, and the Punugulu were crispy on the outside, fluffy inside -- ideal snacky bites.

It was a decent matcha, though the matcha could definitely be stronger. Matcha cream was smooth and added extra sweetness. I also tried their large grilled pork banh mi. Decent portion, and was filled enough. Wish there was more meat spread throughout the sandwich, but otherwise, there was a decent amount of filling. The cilantro and pickled veggies tasted good, as well as their bread. However, I wish there was either more mayo or pate spread as it felt a little on the dryer side. The banh mi did take a while to come out. I got my drink fist and probably waited roughly 15-20 minutes for the banh mi. The staff were friendly! Overall not the best, but also not bad. They have a variety of coffees and matchas so I might return to try more or possibly their pandan waffle!

Everything feels intentional. The drinks are smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Whether you're getting a matcha or an espresso, the quality stands out right away. It's perfect for a quiet coffee run or a relaxed catch-up. No tips expected. They bring you your craft drink. Service +! I personally do not like oat milk so this factor already prevented me from enjoying my drink I ordered a matcha with cream top and even though they seem to use good quality matcha, the matcha flavor itself wasn't very strong so the drink tasted very watered down I do like the concept of them being more eco-friendly but the hassle of bringing my own cup to avoid the upcharge, in addition to the slow service and oat milk only option is discouraging me from wanting to visit again

There's a self-order kiosk, but the customer in front of me was super slow in ordering, so an employee offered to help me at the register. My drink was ready in about 5 minutes and the food took 10 minutes. I got the deluxe sandwich (egg, turkey sausage, and cheese on a croissant bun), and an iced mocha with 2% milk. Both items were delicious. My beverage was a tad watery, a bit heavy on the ice, and had just enough mocha in it. It could have used a little more, but I still enjoyed this. The sandwich tasted better than it looked, and I couldn't tell the difference between the turkey sausage it came with and the savory flavor of pork breakfast sausage which I typically prefer, so that worked in my favor. It was definitely satisfying. Overall, I had a positive experience.

Their matcha happens to be popular here. The service was self explanatory. It can be packed here and there, but the order comes in fairly quickly. The atmosphere just feels like any mall setting. I ordered a Cherry Blossom Latte. Unfortunately the flavor was weak because the amount of ice watered down my drink. The foam melted away pretty quickly. For what I got, it was steep for $8. Maybe they have better matcha than standard lattes, so I'll give another shot next time and report back.
