Prepared on a 10-inch tortilla, it was served with limey-tasting sauce of sour cream in a tiny ramekin. We picked it up at the window in the long hallway on the side of the distillery and ate at a picnic table with our bottles of Mexican Coke and Lime Jarrito in the big hall. My favorites are the smoked potato taco and the pinto bean taco which come as either a street taco (corn tortilla) or regular taco (flour tortilla). I can usually eat at least 3 but probably should settle for two! My husband says they are addictive and that you can't eat just one!
