I got the brisket sandwich with a side of beans, coleslaw and corn bread and it was delicious. In my experience corn bread is usually dense but this was light, airy and unbelievably moist. The brisket sandwich was so freakin good ugh...it's so tender that you don't know your biting through meat, it's like biting through bread until you get the meat flavor. It's nice and juicy. It's just amazing The coleslaw was fresh and crisp with the right amount of dressing and the beans were definitely homemade. Nothing is from a can here lol My buddy AJ got the pulled pork quesadilla and a side of Mac and cheese and he definitely enjoyed his meal When I went to toss my box away the guy at the counter asked if I'd had the pickles. Oh another homemade delight, one I could have easily eaten a jar of myself as a snack and felt zero guilt over lol If you're a local or a tourist and your looking for some amazing BBQ then you definitely need to stop by Mr Ts Smoke Shack in Arundel Maine. You definitely won't be disappointed. Wear your comfy clothes cuz your gonna be leaving there full. If you're a tourist bring your RV cuz your gonna want to nap after

Was excited to find the Farm To Coast food truck recently because I had heard they had a vegan tofu…read morebánh mì (which is my favorite sandwich these days). I ordered two and, while my partner in crime absolutely LOVED his, I wasn't really a fan. The sandwich comes on a baguette and is filled with a slab of coconut curry marinated tofu, pickled veg (like carrots and radishes), spicy vegan mayo, and cilantro. Unfortunately, my bread was pretty burned - as such, that black toast char was the dominating flavor (and smell). It was also the dominating ingredient as the slab of tofu was much smaller than I was expecting. In the end, I tossed the bread and ate just the tofu and veggies (which, again, I wish there had been more of, and much less of the stems of cilantro). Loved the variety of spices that came from the individual components of the jalapenos, the curry, and the spread though! While I was disappointed in the sandwich I got (especially at $11 when compared to sandwiches of similar prices from other food trucks), I still think they're great. The person taking my order was super friendly, the person making the food was engaging, and their passion to use as much fresh, local ingredients as possible is impressive and appreciated. Also the presentation of their food is stunning, and proves that restaurant quality food can come out of a mobile kitchen. While they might not be my first choice, I definitely appreciate what they're creating and the flavor profiles they're exploring!

Wow! Literally no complaints or constructive criticism for this food truck. The food was cooked…read morequickly, the customer service was friendly, and portion sizes were generous. I got a Pork Belly Bahn Mi and a fry. When I dropped $17 for lunch I THOUGHT that was a lot until they handed me two large boats full of food that I couldn't finish! The sandwich was fresh and juicy. The fries were perfectly crisp and seasoned. I was able to share the fries with 2 other coworkers! It's not often that I walk away from a food truck thinking portion sizes align with both the quality and the pricing, but this one nails it. The menu isn't large, but that's because they choose to perfect what they are slinging, putting quality over quantity. Definitely give this place a try... and split the fries!

We've been coming here since it opened and it's remained one of our favorite local spots. The food,…read moredrinks, and atmosphere are consistently great, which is why we keep coming back. A special shoutout to Logan behind the bar, who worked incredibly hard during a busy shift providing friendly, attentive service. Team members like him are a big part of what makes this place special. The overall experience was excellent. The only reason for the lower rating is that we've consistently had challenging interactions with the hostess. The attitude has often come across as rude, which feels out of step with the otherwise welcoming experience the rest of the team provides. Sharing this feedback because we care about this place and want to see it continue to thrive!!

My wife and I were looking for a location for a rehearsal dinner and welcome party for our son's…read morewedding on July 18th, 2026. We started looking in January for the right place to host both events. Our son's wedding was at the Nonantum Resort (fantastic as well!) down the street in Kennebunkport. We called various places, in fairness some were closed in Jan/Feb but there was a limited response even from those places that remained open in the winter. Of those places that did respond, most were not very receptive or flexible and put little effort into making this special occasion "special". We went to Pedro's for lunch and met with their Manager, Jamie Lee Nelson, a breath of fresh air. Jamie Lee welcomed us and spent a good amount of time discussing how Pedro's could host both the rehearsal dinner (42 people) at their new function hall across the parking lot and the welcome party (~100) at the restaurant itself. Jamie Lee invited us back to the restaurant with our son and his fiancé on a Saturday evening in April and she hosted us to try different types of food and drinks Pedro's could offer for these events. She also introduced us to Pedro's owner Norm as well as the chef, both were equally excited to meet us and host our events. We felt completely comfortable choosing Pedro's for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party, our son and his fiancé were thrilled. Both rehearsal dinner and welcome party were exceptional, Jamie Lee oversaw everything. The food was fantastic, the price was more than reasonable and everyone commented how exception both events were. I think the most important part was having complete confidence leading up to our special day that we would have a memorable event, which we absolutely did. Thank you Jamie Lee and the rest of the team at Pedro's, A+.
