Cute little store and delicious ice cream - unique flavors like strawberry rhubarb and oatmeal cookie!! Yum yum!

Delicious. I got a "small" waffle cone woth coffee cookie and brown butter crunch. Just fantastic. My hub got a small Sunday with their "what the fluff" icecream and loads of peanut butter. Again, outstanding!! I forgot to mention the service was great! The two young ladies that served us were helpful and engaging! Awesome place! read more

I've been wanting to try this cute local ice cream shop featuring Maine dairy since we moved to Biddeford this winter, and now that it is summer we finally went. I was thrilled they had strawberry rhubarb crisp ice cream and my husband got coffee cookie - both were fantastic. The service team was super friendly and fast and the ice cream shop is nice and cool and cute inside with plenty of seating. I highly recommend. We will be going back to try the mint chip with the spruce tips, sounds intreguing!!! read more

This place is SO cute! I loved the "What the Fluff", and the sizing was good as well. We're from Ohio, so if anyone knows Jeni's, this is what that reminded us of. No notes! read more

My wife loved her ice cream. It was different than most others. This was great. Many flavors to choose from. Come back many times & enjoy all the flavors !!! read more

Such a cute space! We finally stopped by and each got a waffle cone small size. We tried the brown butter crunch, the coffee cookie, and banana chip. All were delicious- creamy and flavorful. Service is nice. We'll be back to try the other flavors. read more

I had a scoop of the maple bourbon ice cream and it was delicious, one of the best scoops I've had. It was very rich and creamy. The service was very good and I was able to sample a couple flavors before picking this one. I do think $5.50 is a bit much for a scoop of ice cream, but I'd come here every once in a while for a great tasting ice cream cone. read more

Sweetcream Dairy - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Biddeford, Maine

Mid tasting ice cream shop in a great location. 3 people working but only one serving... other two just looked around waiting... weird. The ice cream scoops were super small. Won't be back. My kid usually gets a heaping even if it's "one scoop". Fielders choice is wayyyy better for the $$ read more

The staff there really know how to scoop and pack a lot of ice cream on a tiny cone. I had the strawberry ice cream which was delicious. It was not too sweet and I could taste the fresh berries. The sugar cone was my favorite part, it was very crunchy and had a vanilla & caramel smell. read more

Sweetcream Dairy - Strawberry mini cone - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Biddeford, Maine

Family just finished dinner and did not want to head back to the hotel just yet! So of course, we went and grabbed dessert. What an excellent find here in Biddeford! Family decided to get a boat so we can sample multiple flavors and boy, did they not disappoint. We went for the coffee cookie, spruce tip chip, banana chip, and strawberry. Simply put, all the flavors were on point. We especially like the strawberry as it was not too sweet and had a strawberry taste vs others that focus more on cream or sweetness killing the fruit's flavor. Thanks for a great dessert! read more

Outstanding homemade ice cream in downtown Biddeford. We got the single scoop and they split it in to two flavors! They offer ice cream in cones or cups with different topping to push you over the top! Very nice shop with friendly staff willing to let you sample before you buy to make sure you get the right flavor. Don't miss this place; their ice cream is fantastic! read more

Five of us ordered all different flavors. As we sat eating, we all were struck by the un-creamy-ness of the product. It seemed like ice milk, and had ice crystals in it. We looked around and didn't see the term "ice cream" used anywhere in the store. However, the website and Instagram do refer to the product as ice cream. The name of the store makes one think it will be just that! The help was friendly and we do appreciate the local sourcing of ingredients. The flavors were also tasty. But we won't be back for the product. Disappointing. read more

I wish I had been smart enough to take photos of the space and the ice cream that this company makes homemade. The ice cream is like none I've ever had. They have some of the best pistachio and hazelnut ice cream I think I've ever had. I could rave about this place to anyone who asks about an ice cream parlor or a dessert place. I send them here. The one thing that I would change, is their choice in cones. I really wish they had regular wafer cones. The folks that work behind the counter are always always amazing. The service is always good. They're quick and efficient, they make the best ice cream I've ever had. They're located right off of Main Street in Biddeford Maine. Almost across the street from Happy Dragon. They have a bright lime green door, can't miss it! A must have! A must have !! read more

Sweetcream is a dream come true. They are the best, best, best in the area. I told my partner one day that I want pumpkin ice cream. I didn't know it could truly exist. A week or so later, lo and behold, Pumpkin Pie was a menu item at Sweetcream. My mind was read! The seasonal flavors are phenomenal: egg nog, gingerbread, cranberry... After some looong days at school, trusty Sweetcream is reliable and open late (as far as local spots go), so I will grab a cone, whether its 75 or 32 degrees out. read more

Sweetcream Dairy - ice cream flight - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Biddeford, Maine

Any ice cream shop that a) offers unique, creative, innovative flavors that actually taste good and b) offers vegan options that won't make you miss the dairy options is alright with me! Every time I've come the flavors really have been impressive: peanut butter and jelly on wonder bread? everything bagel with cream cheese? baked cheddar with pepperoni toffee? spruce tip chip? maine maple sundae? Granted, these flavors probably won't be there when you come, but don't count out any of the non-traditional options you see - you gotta at least try them (and don't be surprised when you fall in love with them!). If different isn't for you, no worries, they've always got some pretty "normal" flavors on offer as well. And their vegan dark chocolate sorbet? WHOA. So rich! So bold! So silky! Order a kiddie, because there's a lot going on here and you might not be ready for the intensity this delivers (and if chocolate's not your thing, the vegan fruit-based options are usually pretty lovely too)! read more

Sweetcream Dairy - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Biddeford, Maine

Sweetcream is probably my favorite ice cream in all of Maine. It is so tasty, their flavors are so unique, and I love their commitment to using local ingredients. My favorite flavor is probably the Milk & Cookies... it's their sweetcream ice cream with cookies from a local bakery. It's soooo yum. The mint chip and fluffernutter flavors are also fantastic too. Everyone that works here is super nice too. I ordered a few pints for their end-of-the-year sale and forgot to pick them up, and they were super flexible and friendly about arranging a new special time just for me. I really appreciated it! Some day, I'll get one of their ice cream cakes!! Oh and: some might complain about the portion sizes, but this place uses quality ingredients and doesn't fluff their ice cream up with extra air - quality over quantity here! read more

Great ice cream. Great service. Friendly servers! Definately worth it. Even the name makes you hungry!

The ice cream at this place is pretty good, but the service is what makes the experience. It is owned by a young, engaged couple, and they are so sweet. Genuinely kind people who enjoy what they do. They remember my friends each time that we are there and always ask how we are. Super friendly place. The ice cream is homemade locally and is delicious, but I wish they had a few more flavors. I highly recommend the homemade caramel topping though! As far as the atmosphere, this place is located inside of the space next to Portland Pie Co. It's big and open. There are only 2-3 tables for seating, but it is a cool, open atmosphere with wood flooring and brick. The ice cream counter itself is just that: a counter, but really, what else do you need for ice cream? Decor and wall menus are trendy and readable. Overall a nice place to go with family or friends for a sweet treat! read more

Gotta love the pistachio ice they sometimes have. Flavors are always changing, more unique or simple creams.

I'll say it: this is the best ice cream in Maine. Hands down! The moment I tasted the brownie banana ice cream I said it out loud: "this is the best ice cream I've ever tasted." I think tears came to my eyes, even. In all seriousness, try this ice cream. You won't regret it. read more

The ice cream is the best ever. The service was terrific and so friendly. Excellent ice cream in downtown biddeford. Service great. It's quality made. Flavors were had to choose from. Have been 4 times and gotten s something new each time. Never disappointed read more

I'm not even sure where to start with this amazing little gem hidden right in the beautiful Biddeford Mills! So we were "those people" and came about 15 minutes before closing. *forgive us!* But with how friendly the two ladies were, I would've never known they were almost done their day. They were so kind and helped us figure out which flavor would be the best! I got one scoop of the captain crunch and one scoop chocolate..... I can honestly say I've never eaten so much ice cream in one sitting through out my whole life and that was a MEDIUM cone!! The captain crunch was so completely on point, and once it started to mix with the chocolate, I was in sweet cream heaven! The maple ice cream my boyfriend had gotten had 0 sugar in it and was still soooooo satisfyingly sweet from the real maple syrup! Such a delight! What's even more amazing to me?? You can bring your canine companions there as well! As people who are always looking to include our four legged kid, this was such a great discovery! All in all, I don't know what they're doing, but they're doing it so incredibly right! I'm so happy to have them in our community with such a great product and friendly demeanor, would highly recommend! read more

Visiting from NYC. I love trying ice cream in new places. Wow very minimal ingredients. The coffee was out of the world. Strawberry tastes similar but better quality than H...Daz. read more

Delicious. That is all... Just kidding. But really, that's all that's needs to be said. What a neighborhood gem for biddo. A hipster ice cream shop owned and operated by a super cute, super sweet, super passionate couple. Locally sourced strawberries (the owner's fav and mine, too), coffee from speckled axe (the most "real" tasting coffee I've ever had), and sweet cream from a local farm are just some of the options. Yum. I'm so glad I found this place before I left. Way to go biddo. Way to go. read more

Sweetcream Dairy - Medium cups. I had strawberry and vanilla. My partner in crime had coffee and butter crunch (I think) - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Biddeford, Maine

This is my favorite ice cream fr!!! The staff is lovely, the flavors are inspired and the quality of ingredients is unmatched!

I love ice-cream. Yet there are very few ice-cream parlors on the planet that I simply love. In fact, I'd forgotten how to love until I visited Sweetcream Dairy. It's one of those places where you don't realize you haven't lived in a while, until you come. Then...... it happens. Yep, Christmas came early for me this year. I re-discovered my love for icecream..... well, love in general. Perfectly situated in the millhouse, with the most adorable, lovable young couple, you'll have a hard time choosing a flavor. So do what I did. Ask what the owners' favorites are, and you definitely won't go wrong. I went with the Brown Butter Crunch The only thing I regret is that I'm in training for..... well nothing really, just trying to look sexy in case I meet Mrs Right, which means I don't do refined sugar. But meh, guess sexy body has to wait a bit longer. Cuz I'm definitely driving back for more. From Boston. Yep. It's that good. Don't believe me? Good. You'll never know love, and I don't want to know you. Go away. But for those of you that believe in true romance, elves, and Mr Snuffleupagus, welcome to your new love. You're welcome. read more

Great no-contact system in place with both online ordering and tablet ordering options. Staff was a bit unfriendly, but could also have been due to attempting to minimize contact with customers due to COVID. Hand sanitizer provided and a few outdoor, socially-distanced tables available as well. Overall, the ice cream is some of the best I've ever had. Flavors are inventive and delicious! I also feel that the prices are fair for such locally-sourced ingredients. Excellent ice cream! read more

Locally sourced ingredients highlight Maine's farming community. Rich, creamy and dreamy!

This is the BEST ice cream I've ever had in my entire life. Seriously. You can taste the love in the food. They also do some really cool collabs with local restaurants, where they feature spices and flavors in their ice cream that come from the restaurants' food! They have both classics and some more experimental flavors, which as someone who really likes to try new things I love. It's pricey but the cost is more than fair in my opinion! read more

Been here a few times since recently moving to Saco, friendly staff maybe a little understaffed for having two windows and it being summer.. but the "what the fluff" was amazing! And we loved the dairy free dark chocolate sorbet. Also have tried the coffee and that was amazing, really can't go wrong with any choice! Just sucked having to wait 15+ in line because only two people where working on a hot summer night. All and all a great addition to downtown Biddeford much needed! Must try! read more

Sweetcream Dairy - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Biddeford, Maine

You guys. This is hands-down the best ice cream I've ever had. Stopped into the old mill to "mill" around today and noticed a lot of people walking around eating ice cream. I figured if that many people were eating ice cream while there was still a foot of snow on the ground, it had to be good, so I headed on over to Sweetcream. Turns out, it wasn't good. It was phenomenal. I had a small dish of brown butter crunch (which by itself was outrageously good), but my husband got the same ice cream as a hot fudge sundae and dang. Just...DANG. The fudge was rich and chocolatey, the cherry was not your average chintzy maraschino, no...This thing was a rich, flavorful gourmet cherry. They even whipped up some fresh whipped cream for the top, right there on the spot. The ice cream itself is rich, but not make-you-regret-it-instantly rich. Creamy and sweet, but not too sweet. It was absolute perfection. I can see why so many people were eating ice cream in March. They knew the secret: that Sweetcream has the best darn ice cream around - and now you know the secret too! read more
