They now have one tiny shelf with a limited variety of dry ramen. The new layout makes it feel much more like a take out sub shop style venue. I tried the pho, which was my first time...I usually get a banh mi...and they had an unusual option...Pho with ramen noddles instead of the traditional rice noodles. It was delicious! The broth was flavorful, the meat, herbs and bean sprouts were fresh, and the ramen noodles were great in Pho! It was also my first time eating in, and it was actually pretty nice...I was the first one seated at a table, but by the time I finished there were 3 other parties seated at tables, or the high stools along the window counter.
