Great margaritas! The food is always good! The combos they have are always a good deal! I loved the fajitas too! I cannot wait to go back!

Terrible service. Placed an online order at 6pm, said 20 min for pickup. I arrived at 620, order not ready because "they didn't get the online order". They said they would make it right away. I waited another 40 minutes and still no food. No apology but told its going to be another 10 minutes. I asked for a refund and was still not given an apology. The service at this place is horrible. I just watched our server and the bartender behind the bar take a shot. I've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. He is intoxicated. Brown hair and blue eyes with earrings. We were looking for him and he was sitting down with another employee eating. Are you serious? If you have time to lean you have time to clean. The staff just seems to not give a crap. I've had an empty water for about 10 minutes. An actual 10 minutes not like how other customers say 10 minutes. I would just never allow this to happen in my restaurant. The management obviously doesn't care. No disrespect just being honest. read more

Had horribly slow service. It took awhile for a server to even take my drink order. Food came out within a minute of ordering. Food was mediocre and hardly warm. Place does look nice inside. I will be going to Tacos Mexicanos over here any day. read more

A great place to eat Mexican food, more authentic than most places in the Cleveland/Akron area. Fresh ingredients, served hot. Many choices on the menu to select from. Specials every day of the week. Very reasonable prices. Good service, always friendly and quick (most of the time, depends on day and time). Clean dining room and bath room. A fun place to meet up with friends. I'm always up to try good Mexican food. This place did not disappoint. We went on a Tuesday night and it was pretty busy. Many diners were enjoying these huge frozen margaritas. I had the taco salad which was very fresh and enough for lunch the next day. My hubby had a burrito and enjoyed it also. Place was super clean and service was great. I've eaten here a good number of times since they opened. I hav ordered many items from the menu and every item I have tried has been very tasty.I try to stick with meals that arent too spicy so i alternate between the tcos, pollo loco, chimichangas, taco salads, and fajitas. The salsa spice level is very inconsistent. It is sometimes very mild and sometimes much spicier but has been everywhere4 in between. Most of the time the food is served pretty quickly, even when theyre busy. There was a quality curve when they first re-opened but I think they have found their groove. Also, some of their booths are a tight squeeze. read more

We have been eating at Dos Coronas since it was on Highland Rd. The food and service used to be amazing! I couldn't wait until they reopened which took years! They have Totally different staff now and unfortunately the quality of the food and service has suffered! We ordered chicken tacos to go today. We were told it would take 10-15 minutes. When we arrived 15 minutes after ordering the food, we had to wait another 10 minutes, mind you the restaurant was empty! The tacos were cold and a mess, there was very little chicken, and the chicken that was there was loaded with gristle, yuk! I can remember at the old location, there would be a line out the door, now your lucky if there are 5 tables filled at dinner time. It really is a shame, because the restaurant is beautiful. I hope you bring back some of the amazing staff you used to employ, and I hope the quality improves...I love this place, and I don't want to have to choose another Mexican restaurant to eat at! read more

Great place with great food. Really good value in the combination platters. I personally recommend black beans over the refried. The staff is very friendly and food is usually out ver fast. The atmosphere and everything is spotless and pretty. read more

We were excited to see Dos Coronas finally open but we were disappointed in the service as well as the food. The no margaritas on Sundays was the final straw. read more

I was so excited that Dos Coronas was open again, but that didn't last long. We were there for over an hour and still didn't get our food. I had asked for a refill of chips and salsa and never got it, and had an empty glass the majority of my visit. We ended up leaving without our food, and won't be back. read more

Tonight I was treated with the least respect and dignity that I have ever been treated with in a restaurant. The waiter refused to recognize or apologize for giving me the wrong order and was blatantly disrespectful to my face. Instead of admitting a mistake was made (could have been his or the kitchen), he instead decided to lie and say that they had run out of shrimp, but only after I had politely inquired, and as I watched as other shrimp dishes were brought out shortly after including to my own table. My meal also did not include the chicken that I ordered. When my party politely requested an apology, he became confrontational and accusatory and at that point I asked for management. Unfortunately, management was not there and so I will need to relive this very upsetting occurrence again tomorrow. The person in charge for the night was very empathetic and kind as I would expect most people to be. My family and neighbors were weekly patrons of this establishment, but we will never go back as long as that employee is employed there and things are made right by management. read more

Pretty good food but I've been here 3 times now hoping for the best each time and every time the service has been HORRIBLE. This evening I waited for 20 minutes at the bar, finally wA acknowledged by a bartender, ordered a pitcher of margarita. Worst, most watered down marg I've ever had. Asked to have my money returned and it took 30 minutes. While waiting for that we sat at our table for 30 minutes without even a hello or a smile from a server. When I asked for a manager I waited for 10 minutes and no one showed up. I approached the front and let them know I was leaving due to incredibly poor service. Immediately Isan started talking over me. I told Isan that an employee should not talk over and interrupt a customer and he told me I was an idiot. I have to say this was the worst experience I have had a restaurant in a long time. Again, good food but really sad service at this place. Expect to wait a long time and not be attended to if you go here. read more

I love that this place is finally open! The one flaw is that I don't think they were ready for the large amount of business that they were going to get. We went on a Friday night and the place was PACKED! It looked like the workers did not know what to do though. We sat in the bar area and had to wait a lot to order drinks, get chips and order food. The bartender would disappear to go do something else and leave people hanging. Luckily we were not in a rush and were in a very forgiving mood. The food though was excellent. We had the fajita for two. The meat and shrimp was cooked very well and that left me with no complaints. We also ended up back there Saturday during the day to meet friends for drinks at the bar. Same story on the service. Had to wait a lot for drinks and to also pay my bill. People just seemed to disappear elsewhere. Hopefully the bad service is because they just opened because the food was very good and the décor inside was very nice. I will still give this place another shot hoping that it changes quickly. read more
