Have noticed that higher reviews tend to make it past the algorithm. Don't come for dinner. Lunch is fine. Less teenapers being let loose from school. But when 4pm comes around? Good luck. Saw one jig trying to get his "muh digg" on with a sheboon as she was preparing something. Whispering into its weird outward-turned ears. Even over-staffed, they will be wanting in any sort of service 4-8pm. Make that closing as well. Yelp demands an ambience rating? Sure, you could hear the howler monkeys from behind the counter from the dining room. Doing everything except filling orders. Now watch some HR broad for chipotle label this as "unhelpful". Just hold the boons to some level of human intelligence and you would see your precious profits soar, Saar. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Oh just a normal evening - Mexican Near Me - Northfield, Ohio

And, again I am disappointed with my Chipolte experience before I even get my food. Ordered at 8:05pm App say ready at 8:20pm. I purposefully arrived at 8: 25pm to pick up my order. Silly me. As of 8:40pm I am still waiting with seven other people, that apparently also are having a bad experience. While waiting though, the manager is having her best day, hip hop playing, she is dancing around like she has no care in the world. All the while seven, 7 pwople are waiting for their online order. This Chipolte sucks so bad! I only vome here when I cannot. Convince my kids that we should have something else. So here I am, again, giving this Chipolte anither chance. I should k ow better. If my family can convince me to try Chipolte again, I will drive 25 minutes one way to another chipolte. I know, you saying your food will be cold. Well, even when I get Chipolte from Macedonia Ohio the food is cold. Apparently, this Chipolte does jit even make food freash daily. My order is usually cold. I know what yoi are thinking, cold? Chipolte makes their food fresh daily. Well that is a lie, becuase if the did make shit fresh daily I would not get ice cold refridgerated chicken or beef, right?! And, aboyt half the time the Quac is brown, thus not fresh. The manager does not seem to care. The resturant is not clean, always pots and pans an holders are stacked high. The staf and manager do not care about good service or delivering good food. I hear the mangwt telkibg custimers at 8:50 now (ztill waiting for my online order) that they hace no dresssing for salads, gauc and no this and no that. Why keep this store open?! Close this shit asap. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chipoltle guacamole! They market feshness!? Really!? Pro tip; u can get this old ass guac at Taco Bell for much less$$ - Mexican Near Me - Northfield, Ohio

I love Chipotle! My order came fast and was correct. The flavors were amazing and the food was warm. I might be weird but I like to eat the Guacamole by itself and I have to say, Chipotle is the only restaurant that does Guacamole right! I crave it all the time. My burrito bowl was exceptional. The steak was tender and delicious. The white rice was cooked just right and the tomato and corn salsas upped the wonderful flavorful experience! Add cheese and sour cream and i made the perfect steak bowl! A nice cold Mexican Coca Cola to wash it down. Chef's kids! read more

This restaurant is filthy! I went in there today, April 22, 2026 at 3:30 and was shocked how the overall cleanliness of this restaurant was so bad. Just nasty! I was standing in water as I placed my order hoping it was a roof leak and not some type of sewage. I went at 6:30 06/26/2026. Yes, it's dinner time. Yes, it's Friday. The online ordering was so back up, there was more people waiting, than standing in inline! I , inline, still wait 20 min. The place was filthy. No stake, they said 20 min, I was standing in line for that long wtf is going on! No brown rice! No guacamole! No vinaigrette! Not to mention the slow moving stoned staff! This blew my mind! read more

Constantly get orders wrong. Foods mid. Service is not great. Inside is very dirty. Extremely disappointing.

This place used to be great. Now it is filthy. Overflowing garbage, tables not wiped down and a standing water puddle in the customer line every time it rains. Food is NEVER ready on time if ordered online. Staff frequently use the same pair of gloves for long periods of time, cleaning and then handling food. Yuck! read more

These 5 stars are lying or being paid. This location is by far the worse location in all of Ohio. Let's start off with how DIRTY it is. My God it looks like no one ever gets off their lazy behinds to clean?? Second, the customer service is beyond rude. Mind you, I work customer service, I GET IT and I fully believe in giving someone the same energy they give you HOWEVER... when someone is being nice to you and you sit there and roll your eyes at customers... it's a problem. 3rd let's talk about how some days they only do online orders, they hire people so incapable and have a room temperature IQ it literally needs to be drawn out of them. That's also a major problem. I'm not really sure who is running this location but congratulations, you're running this place into the damn ground with how terrible it is. I genuinely cannot think of one good thing about this location other than when this place disappoints you, you can head next door to chick fil a where they actually know what they're doing and have a system going. Avoid this place like the damn plague. read more

This god forsaken place manages to mess up my families order every single freaking time. Every time. And that's using the mobile app for pickup! We don't even bother using the app. We just walk in and hope that they are actually open. read more

We went 6/30/26 around 2:00 pm and the trash was over flowing, no clean tables and floors a mess. My chips were stale, I did ask for new ones. The concern is, I asked for someone to clean the tables. They did but did NOTHING else!!!! Store has potential but needs different leadership. read more

This has to be the worst chipotle in northeast Ohio. I've never came in & had a good experience. The place never has clean tables. Trash is always filled to the top. Online orders are never correct. They are always out of something. Highly recommend new management. read more

It's kinda humorous how bad this location can be at times. Closed at random when the app says its open, always out of some ingredient, and bad food portions if you order online. If you go in and order simple things you'll probably be ok. Workers get the job done and that's about it. read more

Don't order online!! 1/2 of normal portion! Lightest bowl I've ever seen at a chipotle. read more

This was by far the WORST chipotle I've EVER been to. I was driving back home and stopped here for a quick lunch and ordered bowl. The man making my tacos was rude and had little care in the world for customer service. He got distracted by a woman behind me and instead of making my order, he made conversation and flirted with her. Idk how a woman would wanna date a fast food worker, but thats beside the point... When I got my bowl, they were terrible, the meat was cold and I had one serving of chicken instead of my double that I asked for. The restaurant is clearly run by nincompoops who have no real life skills other than being bums. read more

Fast service is always appreciated when someone takes a lunch. But accuracy also counts. This location hits the mark on fast and accurate service. I ordered the Barbacoa Salad and I was extremely happy. The flavors all went together perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had a question. My suggestion. Get to this location. It's one of the better chipotles in the area. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Northfield, Ohio

Food was good. Young lady (Indian ethnicity) was taking orders and calling to the kitchen she needed white and brown rice, fajita veggies, and steak. One person in back cooking, young lady taking orders, two people standing around and another Young lady wiping counters and sweeping floors. Nobody is responding to the Young Indian lady who is actually working. So, I ask the young lady sweeping the floor who is in charge and she indicated she was the manager. Flabbergasted I told her that the line of customers are waiting because they are out of many of the main ingredients and indicated that the are working on it. Nobody was working on it, her first response should have been to apologize to all of her customers and make her way back to the kitchen to jump in and help. Nope, she asked the other gentleman in the kitchen who was working cooking meat, how long on the white rice and her started making it within 5 minutes. Meanwhile she and 2 other workers are standing around doing nothing. The Indian lady taking orders and the gentleman cooking were the only 2 people who cared about the customers. The manager needs training on how to manage. This was at 4:30 on Wednesday June 17, 2025. read more

A serving size of meat is 4 ounces. This is per their own nutrition guide. Every time I come to this location I have to watch. I ordered double steak and did not even get a true single serving. Went back, picked up the extra steak. Weighed it, and if wasn't even 2 ounces. So, having paid for 8 ounces of meat, and getting less than 4 total is a bit disconcerting. I spent about $17.55 with a $2 tip. Yes, I tipped on a pick up order. The staff today was not as friendly or happy as normal. They seemed to be short staffed as everyone is these days. People picking up call in orders have to wait, as the orders are behind the counter versus on the shelf. Possible issue with people thanking the wrong orders or taking other orders. The Chipotle's in Independence and Woodmere area are amazing. Not sure what's going on here. I keep trying at this location. read more

Is this a Chipotle? Yes. Is it held to the same standards you would expect from Chipotle? No Prep line is disgusting Burrito makers are rude and show 0 enthusiasm. They put 0 effort into actually wrapping the burrito and then toss it in the bag so when you pull it out it's basically spilling all over the place. Only had 2 Tabasco sauces missing caps. Bathrooms where atrocious. Tables and floors where coated in food. Only reason it's getting 2 stars is because it's Chipotle and the food tasted like it was supposed to. Every other aspect was trash. read more

I'm probably the reason why this place is still open BUT I am over it. Doesn't matter what time of the day i go there, they are always out of 1 or 2 things and the place is a WRECK. Workers are friendly but half the time i'm in there they are talking amongst each other and not paying attention to the guests and having us repeat ourselves 10x. Last thing i want to touch base on is in regards to the picture -- this is an absolute waste of two containers. If they filled them up even HALFWAY we would only need 1 and y'all can save on them. I'd pay if I got a whole cup full. read more

What has happened to Chipotle? I was at this location at 6:45 and they were out of crunchy taco shells and guacamole. Does anyone teach the new managers of Chipotle locations how to order food so that they don't run out four hours before the restaurant closes? The place was a disgusting mess. There were two people standing at the register waiting on orders because it was taking forever for the woman that was doing add-ons to get her job done. One of those two could be wiping something down or doing anything else because it's the most disgusting place I've ever seen, except for the Chipotle in Independence, Ohio. The staff was very rude. I don't know if they have managers on site anymore, or if the managers give a crap, but Chipotle has diminished to the point that I will no longer go there. Two restaurants within my area are subpar, and nobody gives a damn. i'll wait for your ridiculous response saying that you'll look into it because I know nothing will happen. Chipotle should really take a hard look at itself. It's not the restaurant that opened all those years ago with lines out the door. It's no better than a crappy fast food joint at this point.. read more

Management needs to encourage employees to speak kindly to customers. I don't mind "get down to business" type of service, but repeatedly *yelling* "what else" is just plain rude and jarring and socially inept. Even if it was just said in a more polite tone. They are good for the most part. I have ordered there for years now and the food was good most of the time. Normally I find Chipotle to be pretty consistent and appreciate knowing I'm getting yummy food. However this time that wasn't the case. The chips were unevenly cooked and salted (I literally had to spit one out it was so salty) and the guacamole was completely unflavored, needing lime and salt. My husband also felt his burrito wasn't flavorful like it usually is, I did however enjoy my burrito bowl. We placed our order on the app and it was ready on time when we arrived and everything was correct with our order, so that was a plus. One of the employees also greeted me and asked if I needed any help which is always a nice touch. read more

First and foremost, this isn't the first time something negative has happened in this location, however it's the only one nearby so I've continued to go. But this might have been the final straw. I came in to get my regular steak bowl, around 4:00pm today. There was an older gentlemen in front of me who appeared to be ordering off of a piece of paper. I assumed it was for someone else. He was struggling order as it was his first time there (his words, not mine) and he didn't know how to order. The employees were extremely rude and listened to him get frustrated with himself, they didn't offer any help. They talked over him loudly, and the one employee even slammed her hands down on the counter/line and rolled her eyes a few times. The man was super flustered and he seemed embarrassed, but the employees continued to mean to him. At the end, he simply looked at the cashier and told him he was sorry and that it was his first time. But he shouldn't have been the one apologizing. I can promise you that man will never go to a Chipotle again. He was confused, and all the employees did was get angry with him. This made me feel really disgusted, as this isn't the first time I've seen this kind of behavior from the staff. The staff at this place, other than a few closers Ive noticed, are rude, disrespectful and all they want to do is rush you through the line. Avoid this one, guys. read more

I no longer order for pickup or delivery because something is always wrong. I now go into the restaurant as I did last night. Everything was okay until I got down to the lettuce area. He actually scraped the bits of remaining lettuce out and put it on my bowl. He then proceeded to get another container from underneath which had about an inch of lettuce in that tall silver container. I looked into it and it was brown and mushy. So I said please don't put that on my food. He said why ? I said look at it, it's brown and gross. He says "well it's all the lettuce we have. WTH? So another gal walks up and said go in the back and look. So he did, and gave me the dirtiest look as he was walking back towards me with a full container of lettuce. Isn't it his job to keep his area stocked???? Several times he shot me dirty looks. I told the cashier, he didn't need to get mad. He wouldn't have wanted that on his food! What is wrong with kids these days. If you don't like working, then go back home to your video games. What a brat. And lately Chipolte's are always out of something. Steelyard Commons where I go for lunch sometimes is always out of their dressing for the salad. One day told me they were out of honey. Wal-Mart is right behind thier store, GO BUY IT! Don't let me get to the end of the line with my salad and tell me you're out of salad dressing for the salad you just made me! read more

How has this Chipotle not been previously reviewed? It has been in existence since at least 2002, when the early high school versions of my younger brother and me would wolf down burritos together there. Located in the Golden Link shopping plaza (the one with the Lowe's, Target, and Panera, among other retailers), it can be a pain to get in and out of, but all in all, it's a great location. Parking is ample, the lines were always speedy back in the day (as they were today when my mother and I picked up dinner there), and they always seem to have nice people working. The dining patio is also very pleasant; even though the shopping plaza is located next to Route 8, there's a lot of green space blocking the view of the road and muffling the sound of the cars. I remember once my now-deceased grandmother wanted my brother and I to bring home a burrito for her after the two of us went there together and ate in around 9 pm. When we were finished, we went through the line again to order the burrito for her, and the people working ended up giving it to us for free, you know, 'cuz it was for grandma and all, and it was 9:50 pm and they were going to be closing in 10 minutes, so why not... That has always made me feel warm and fuzzy about this Chipotle, so I give it four stars... but not five, since it is a pain to get in to that plaza, especially when coming from the east, as we usually are. That left-turn lane light on 82 into the plaza takes forever! read more
