Gave me stale old food. I ordered a Big Mac after debating with myself If I should spend my last $10 in my pocket. I caved thinking I haven't eaten all day. I received a stale Big Mac that wasn't even built right had no burger meat between the first set of buns. Was just bread on top of bread. And I couldn't eat it I did try a bit thinking maybe it was just me . It was absolutely hard, stale and un-edible. I'd be sick if I tried to consume this. of course the cashier did not give me a receipt. I'm heading back now to see if they will refund me. Absolutely shameful. read more

worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. will not be going back. had a mobile order, waited in line for 15 minutes, got the wrong order at the window. another worker tried to hand me another incorrect bag. I told them my order twice. was told to move forward for my order, waited another 15 minutes. the lady confirmed my order again then handed me the bag. I looked inside, it was the exact same bag she originally handed me at the window with the wrong food. went inside and waited 5 minutes for anyone to help. they still got the order wrong after showing my receipt and I asked for a manager to get a refund and she told me no they are short staffed it's not their fault the order was wrong. rude and awful customer service. I will never go to this location again. as I waited I saw 3 other people pull forward and then wait as long as I did, and another 2 also went into the lobby after being handed their bag at the waiting spots. read more

For starters, this location may have different management at different times, so to start off the service was excellent. Just plain excellent. DO NOT EAT HERE. If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal without pickles or onions. I went home took the food out and the fries were old and cold. I thought to myself okay well I'm already home I can get past the fries. I open the double quarter pounder and it is in fact not a double quarter pounder but a Big Mac which someone purposely took the middle bun out of the sandwich. The sandwich had everything on it that a Big Mac does and that a quarter pounder does not ( lettuce, pickles, onions, mayonnaise). I went to Mcdonald's today, and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service that I received today. When my order was taken I was greeted with a warm welcome, and kept informed of my order and progress of my wait time from start to finish. A graceful, and classy, and articulate lady greeted me with a warm welcome over the intercom. She single handedly took my order and worked one window. Which is notably a 3 man job in the fast food industry. She ALSO, took the time to double check my order at the window before handing me my food. EXTREMELY kind, and professional. Literally THEE BEST customer service I've EVER recieved at a fast food establishment in my 32 years of life on this earth! My food was fresh, and my order accurate. I commend that woman! I have no clue why I torture myself by going here. If you have tons of time to kill I suggest you go here. I do not know where to start. When I placed my order it seemed as though I was bothering the cashier. The cashier had no idea what they were doing. Cashier mumbled I had to repeat my self several times. Really bad attitude. Then when I saw my bag on the counter after a long waiting time, I figured it was waiting on an item. Nope it was just sitting there. The cashier was working on something else and just left my bag up on counter. From past experiences I figured do NOT go thru the drive thru. before i start off i wanna say i never leave reviews for anything. so this was BAD. if i could give this place no stars i would. i normally don't have a good experience going into any mcdonald's but today REALLY topped it off for me. the drive thru was taking an extremely long time so i decided to go in. i order breakfast off of the kiosk at 10:30 am. TEN. THIRTY. keep in mind breakfast ends at 11. so i'm waiting and waiting and the people in front of me getting their food were polite and kind and the lady giving them their food was extremely rude and obnoxious. they told her they were missing a couple drinks so she gets irritated with them and goes and makes their drinks. then she starts yelling about how "whoever ordered the bagel breakfast meal isn't getting their food" and she's throwing her arms in the air like she couldn't believe it. (that was my order btw.) so she yells out to the eating area and says "i don't know who ordered this bagel meal but you're gonna have to find something else to eat today" with the most rude attitude. so i go up to the counter and the guy working the register was training and had no idea what was going on. so the manager? came up and told me i could get my food (which wasnt even what i ordered anyways) meanwhile there's another guy ordering breakfast off the kiosk even tho they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 today so he had to be refunded even though breakfast goes until 11. the lady serving the food comes up to the guy training at the register and says "did you get the chocolate shake yet? of course you didn't. why would you" and at the point i was really getting fed up with this lady. her attitude towards me, the people in front of me, the guy at the register and everyone else getting food was EXTREMELY uncalled for. read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever. There is always a line. So this time was no different and on the weekend, Sunday. After placing my order I had to wait lane 1. Well there was already someone in lane 1. Plus all the 5 waiting lanes that were filled waiting for their breakfast order. After a10min wait finally they brought my food to my car. I had ordered my usual #4 sausage, biscuit with egg meal. When I got home I opened my sandwich and no sausage. Just a biscuit and egg. The quality and service is so awful that I try and avoid it all together. I too was once a McDonald's crew member. I wish the owners would just show up there without notice and watch how their store is being run. Nick and Gus were the owners of the McDonald's in Solon where I worked. This restaurant was very busy when I went in and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I was hesitant to go in after seeing that, but I went in and ordered a Quarter pounder w/ cheese meal. Me and the cashier had a brief convo where she asked how was my day going. She gave me a table number for my food, I sat down and about 10mins later my food arrived. Here's where it gets interesting. The food looked like the commercials, I was in shock. Hot food and it looked good! I must be dreaming, soft warm bread, a hot patty and perfectly melted cheese. I will definitely be coming back next week for McDonalds. When I was a kid McDonald's was across from the rocksino. You walked up to the window and it was lovely. The McDonald's in the plaza is not nice. Too long to get your food and when get it the buns are stale and hard. That's not nice. Went for a big Mac you couldn't eat the bun. Sorry but darn it. I went to McDonald's in northfield, I ordered a cheeseburger only ketchup, and fries with no salt. They gave me cold fries that were soggy, and then my cheeseburger that was drenched in ketchup, so I gave it make and kindly asked them to remake, when I got my burger back it was loaded with salt and pepper and wasn't edible. I have gone to this McDonald's for 2 years almost every week and never had a problem. Now I will never go back, as they seem to get worse and worse. read more

This place is ridiculous! The worst customer service anywhere and has been for years. The minute you step up to the counter you're made to feel like a major inconvenience by the server. No acknowledgement, no hello, no can I help you, no can I take your order, not even a welcome to McDonald's! Just a blank stare from some apparently disgruntled employee taking their misery out on anonymous customers. And as a customer, if you don't speak up, you don't get served! When you do finally get your order tossed in your direction again, with no acknowledgement best check it to make sure it's what you ordered! But beware, hell hath no fury like a McDonald's employee scorned! Prepare to wait or just walk away! Personally, I walk. I don't trust these people with a second go around with my food if you get my drift! I rarely stop at this place even though it's practically at the end of my street and really don't care for McDonald's anyway. But in a hurry they have a semi-decent quick breakfast. I recommend anyone else to avoid as well considering about three miles south on Northfield road is another McDonald's that's much, much better! Absolutely horrible! I hate myself for going there. Went to the drive through. Asked for a kids cheeseburger meal. Was literally yelled at that they are called happy meals. Complete my order. Tried their mobile app curbside today. Got my food in a reasonable time frame. Breakfast sandwich was warm as was the greeting I got from the manager,however the coffee he personally carried out to the car was like tepid bath water. I reluctantly sipped on the coffee until I got home to zap it. Seems harder and harder to get fresh hot coffee at Several of the area McDonalds. Kids don't know you have the put the carafe back on the burner to keep it hot. Coffee drinkers know right off the bat if you got hot and old or just fresh looking nasty cold coffee. Will keep looking for a McDonald's that gives consistent service. After all we are mobile society. Just drive to the next one. read more

This mcDs is deplorably filthy. It's closest to home, so I used to stop in once in awhile for convenience. The wood railings around the ice cream machine have not been dusted in at least 3 years (I used to check every time i went there). The soda dispensing station is filthy clear up to the ceiling. The floor looks like it hasn't been seriously scrubbed since the tile was laid. Windows are filmy and full of hand prints. But the worst part? On our last visit, we saw a little critter scurry across our table. It was a BODY LOUSE. I reported them to the Summit county health department several times. THIS IS TRULY ONE OF THE WORST McDONALD'S I've ever been to! They had gotten a SIMPLE order COMPLETELY wrong! My roommate and I ordered just simple menu items around 11:30. It was not busy. I ordered a Pick two for $2 and I ordered the cheeseburger (cheese and ketchup only is how I ordered it) and mozzarella sticks. My roommate ordered the breakfast #2 meal combo which should have just been a just a simple egg mcmuffin and she ordered NO CHEESE. Well, what we received was a cheeseburger, WITHOUT CHEESE and mustard with pickles on it and my roommate had received a SAUSAGE egg mcmuffin and worst of all with her sandwich, THERE WERE EGGSHELLS IN THE EGG!!! I went back in, told them the "issue" and they did fix it right away but how hard was that order?? I will not be back to this McDonald's if I can help it. Macedonia McDonald's is just a few more miles down the road and I will go there instead. I only chose this one because my roommate and I LOVE Goodwill stores (Goodwill Hunting as we call it!) and there is one across the parking lot that made this McDonald's convenient.
