Great fresh food and speedy service. All employees are well trained and everyone is very pleasant. Pleasant atmosphere, a nice place to have breakfast lunch or dinner. :)

Egg bacon ciabatta mutant

Went to rapid pickup. Stood awkwardly for 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Wife called Panera while I was waiting so long, she's wondering where I'm at? Finally the order is ready, but somehow cold. So I finally get my food mind you it is NOT busy. It's for a different name. I ask if it's for the correct name and again she says it's for a different name I know it's my order but she's so incompetent that she keeps saying it's for a different name I ask if I could just take it because I think it's my order she lets me. At this time she hands me two drinks and a bag of food without even suggesting a drink carrier, so now I can awkwardly walk out of the store. Once arriving home there were more surprises one sandwich that looks like a sandwich another that looks mutated. Same order. Also the chai tea pictured was that full when picked up. So I should pay a premium for my time being wasted a subpar product and basic theft by not giving me what I fully paid for sounds like a good place. Also I literally live two minutes away how could the food be cold. It was so cold the cheese had hardened.

Literally nobody here listens, they all sit around and talk amongst themselves. Order is just about always wrong.

I used to have a Zoup where I live, but it closed down. I always looked forward to the Beer Cheese…read moresoup every fall. I was so excited to find this restaurant while I was in the area. Food is good, restaurant is clean, bathrooms are nice, and staff is helpful and friendly. The beer Cheese soup is still one of my favorites.

I can see why no one else was in the restaurant when we were even though it was dinner time on a Friday. The lady taking our order answered her freaking phone in the middle of my order so I just had to stand there and wait. Wtf? The kitchen and prep area was messy and food scraps were everywhere. The soups all had a film on them too. I got the half turkey bacon club and a tiny cup of chili in the you pick two "deal." (LOL this ain't no deal!). The soup was way too hot. They need to turn down the burners. The sandwich was okay - probably one of the best options on their menu. The bread was quite good. However, they also didn't add mustard to my sandwich like I had asked for. There definitely was a language barrier, but I mean, come on. At least try to be nice to me! The price for what we got was outstandingly bad. It was even worse than Panera! I guess I would rate this Zeats location a 3.5 for food and 1.5 for service. On the bright side, I still had room in my stomach to get popcorn at the theater afterwards...

I looked up there menu before going there so I could decide what I wanted to get and i decided to order the Torikatsu Ramen which is 鸡排拉面 Fried chicken served w.chicken broth ramen noodle, topped w.scallions, corn, cilantro, broccoli, kikurage mushroom onion and boy can I say it was really delicious and I had a can of diet Pepsi with it. The customer service was amazing as well and they were very helpful and they were extremely quick I ate there and I think I waited maybe 5 minutes for my Ramen. The price of the food is also amazing for my Ramen and diet pepsi it came out to under 15.00. And you get alot of food. The ambiance of the store was decent I think they took over where Jimmy johns used to be at because they are located in between play it again sports and Panera Bread. I did enjoy all of the decor though. Overall this place is amazing and I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Mediocre food, great affordable prices for Cuyhoga Falls…read more No frills restaurant experience. Basic seating inside and bathroom is clean. Ramen is very average and same with fried chicken. Broth was not rich in flavor unlike other ramen places. Char siu too fatty for me. Fried chicken was also very greasy unlike tonkotsu should be. I'll update this review when I get a chance to try the curry / don bowls. 3/5 stars for now

A basket of bread came out to start the meal. There were herbs in the middle that were pleasant. It was very soft in the middle. For starters, the borsch ($6 for a cup) and bulgur salad ($7 for small) was ordered. The borsch was good and came out very hot. This was a simple soup done right. The salad contained eggplant, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. It had a nice blend of flavors and was a good size for a small too. For an entrée, the rigatoni de norcina ($24) was ordered. It contained house made sausage, and mushrooms in a cream sauce. This was very heavy, but again, a perfect amount of pasta and fillings. I liked the mushrooms were cut small as well as the sausage. It was a good dish. I also tried the lamb shoulder that came with fennel, sage, and stewed beans. This was alright. The beans were a little inconsistent as some were hard. The lamb was not too bad. I was expecting a little more flavor with it. Will I go back? I believe so.
