Placed a mobile order around 10:30 for this location that is listed as open until 2am. I pulled up the to drive thru to be told "We are closed." I said, "I've already placed a mobile order." Very curtly, the drive thru operator responds " Well, you're going to have to go back on there and cancel it." I don't know why I continue to return to this location. The service is terrible, the employees are rude, and the line always takes forever. I've tried to be understanding when it takes time to prepare the food, but this is the last straw. My husband and I ordered and paid online last night. My husband goes to pick up the food and stops at the intercom and waits for about 10 minutes and no one answers. So, he drove up to the window, but no one is visible. He knocks on the window and waits. Nothing. He knocks again louder. Finally a worker slowly walks out, but doesn't come to the window. My husband is trying to communicate using gestures because this man refuses to come to the window. This worker waves my husband to go away then walks away. We already paid for this food. This is absolutely unacceptable. This Taco Bell has been terrible for a while now. It's so slow and the employees seem to make the least amount of effort. We will not go there anymore. I pulled up to this Taco Bell around 11:30 pm on 10/31 as it appeared open. The lights were on and I could see one employee in the dining area. As I approached the drive through, there was one vehicle in front of me. The vehicle must've been sitting there for a bit b/c they had themselves in park before they moved forward. Once I pulled up to the drive through microphone, I also sat there for a few mins with one vehicle behind me. When no one came on the microphone, I said "hello... hello...". No one answered. I sat there for a few more mins, then slowly pulled forward. I saw (2) employees by the line, which was in the view of the drive through window. Needless to say, I was upset b/c I was hungry after driving an hr and a half to only not be served b/c (2) employees decided not to want to do their jobs. Taco Bell... do better! read more

This is the single worst Taco Bell in the country. They take forever to give you your food, they never give you the correct food. Their manager is lazy. I walk in there on a Saturday morning and the drive through isn't running, so I went in to ask and she told me it wasn't running because she didn't want to. Then lastly after waiting 20 minutes to receive my food inside the store, the manager called me a cracker on my way out. I highly recommend to never go near this Taco Bell. I ordered these steak avocado bowls thinking they would be a good late night meal. No sauce or pico was on it. The steak and beans were incredibly salty, there was about a tablespoon of rice and barely any lettuce. Definitely not worth the $6.99 each! This makes chipotle seem like a Michelin star restaurant. We also got a couple orders of nacho fries which were pretty tasty in the past. This time they were a soggy, greasy mess. This location is terrible. The only way to order is by using a kiosk which has unfortunately done a team of people out of their jobs and then the whole restaurant appears to operate on three employees maybe four. There is nobody to serve you, they are relying on their business to be drive-through which makes you have to try to eat a Mexican pizza in your car which is absolutely ridiculous, they depend on food deliveries as 30% of their parking places are now designed for food delivery vehicles and that's it. The person owning and operating this Taco Bell must be out of their minds. Besides the lack of service in the attempt to force you into essentially serving yourself the prices are crazy. You used to be able to eat at Taco Bell for a couple of bucks now and Mexican pizzas almost 4 dollars. First and last time I will ever visit this restaurant. read more

So I used to be a regular at this establishment; it's location made it a convenient quick-stop when going to or from work. My most recent visit was through the drive through. It was around 11:00pm, and I had just gotten off work. As I pulled up, the speaker erupted into loud, unintelligible static for about a minute, before cutting off. Worried it might be broken, I called out a "hello," to see if anyone could hear me. Immediately, the girl on the other end began screaming and swearing at me, calling me all sorts of foul names and talking about how I had "already pissed her off." Needless to say, I drove off. I called the manager shortly thereafter, and was casually brushed aside with a "yeah, yeah, We'll talk to her." I wasn't even given so much as an apology.
