Ordered ahead and sat in the drive through right next to the speaker for 10 minutes and no one said anything. So we pulled around to go inside. We go inside and wait for 10 more minutes. Then I finally got my fries and drink. Also side note on the app I was trying to order. They are out of all medium drinks. They also don't have Sprite. They also were out of large fry boxes. Fast food not true ,in line forever, 2 quarter pounders were raw ,maybe cooked for 30 seconds ,try any other McDonald's

I ordered my food and waited five minutes at the window before they told me to park in spot number 3 to continue my wait. After 15 minutes of watching them deliver food to other cars in waiting spots and cars in the drive thru, I asked a worker walking by about my order. She seemed confused and sleepy. The next worker that came out was a male who came to my car with a happy meal. This was after wait 25 minutes and I did not order a happy meal. At this point, I was pissed. I told the worker my correct order and he said he would "just give my happy meal order to someone else" even though I didn't order it. He was a manager, I later found out and traded names with me before storming off in a thigh-rubbing huff after calling me fat. Still, no order. The sleepy, confused girl came out again to ask me about my order and tell me she gave the order out 30 minutes before to someone else. I asked for my money back. The woman who came out to give me my refund was at apologetic for the wait and about the male manager who melted down because I didn't want a happy meal. Never will I ever go back to this dump. It is sad that every McDonald's is trending towards cold, lackluster food and inept service. The Macedonia location is probably the worst in NE Ohio and I would never have gone if my passenger hadn't wanted to eat immediately. Since that didn't happen and I had the worst experience in years, I rate this place as less than zero. Went to get cheeseburgers, and McChickens. No cheese on my burgers and barely any sauce. Not only did we wait like 15 minutes.. As I ordered my food she sighed with annoyance and cut me off right after the first item. I then proceeded to ask for condiments when she smacked her lips and rudely sighed once again. The service was fast enough BUT I went inside to try to avoid the long drive up line. they do a LOTof business around 10/10:30 am. My problem is I expect a somewhat Cheerful attitude from the staff of any place I go that is selling me something. The girl at the window redeemed the lousy experience and the wait time. She had a way about her that made you not get upset for waiting. She apologized and just was genuinely sorry that we had to wait so long. I don't know if that is because she is always apologizing because the wait time is always lousy but it redeemed our stop. -Lacking Quality And Service- Never go to this McDonald's. I don't know about indoor service, but drive-thru service is nearly always rude, impolite, and does not care about your order being correct. I've had very few good experiences through this McDonald's, and those times have normally been when the older staff is working (and not the 'high schoolers'). Last time I went there, I got a Quarter Pounder, McChicken, and fries. I got home, opened my Quarter Pounder box and to my surprise, it appeared to have a bite taken out of the meat. I can't be positive that it was a bite, but it looked like it (it's possible that the meat slipped from a pair of tongs and it ripped a bite-like piece out of the patty). I was not willing to take the chance on eating that and threw it out. This McDonald's has completely ruined my experience with the company. Looking for good fast food service? Dear McDonald's: I want to love you like a fine sturdy pup loves his master. But you let me down. I went in which was a mistake because the parking lot is wild and you can die in it. I ordered a ghetto mac which is a double cheese burger with big mac sauce. You order the ghetto mac when you don't want to pay for the real big mac and you want one just the same. All you don't get is salad and the middle bun both which is girlie anyhow. They didn't know what a ghetto mac was and they tried to jack me for the full tilt on a big mac and I got pissy and caused a scene and the manager gave me the ghetto mac and I ate on it standing right there and ordered another with my mouth full. I did not get good customer service but I did get another ghetto mac and all y'all sons a' bitches in line waiting for me to finish my meal ought to stand down and give a gentleman his personal space. I just want my personal space. My private area. Anyway, go there and get you a ghetto mac since it tastes great. The problem: If you put a 20 year old in charge of a dozen 18 year olds, they all of a sudden think they're an executive with their $400 monthly salary and a car that still has all 4 hub caps. The short version : I don't like paying for anything that's been sitting under the heat lamp so long, that you can't bite through the bun, and have to tear half of it off to eat the rest of the dry, stale part of the sandwich.... especially after waiting 15 minutes behind the 1st car, because the drive through staff has no idea how to ask someone to pull up and wait for their $50 worth of junk food. I almost always get stale food when I go there. The long version : I only eat at McDonald's in general maybe once every couple months anymore since they really are the lowest of the low as far as quality and service, but over the last 15 years or so, I've eaten at this one maybe 30 times. Out of all those times, I think there were maybe 3 times when something bad didn't happen or nothing was screwed up. Any bad place will always have a few good people that actually know what work ethic is, and are there to do their job the best they can, so this 1 star is for them, sorry you have to divide it between you. As for the rest of the staff (because it's not the food's fault), you mind as well order from the back seat, because that's the place you take when your being served by the youngest generation of legal age employees that would start shaking and break into a cold sweat, followed by mild dementia, if they didn't have a phone to look at for more than 5 minutes. I would leave a better review for the guy that starts cleaning your windshield without asking at a red light because he needs the 3 dollar tip for a bus ride.
