served a raw hamburger for $15 left it uneaten on table. don't eat here bloody burgers it took 15 minutes to cook a raw uncooked hamburger amazing

    Boo!

Gyros cut as they should be, rather than sliced deli meat like some restaurants. Not a fan they charge a 3% credit card convenience fee. Convenient for who? Dining room was partially closed on a cold day so had to sit near the door and breeze with every person that entered. Staff and service were good. Tip: beer prices are very good. Tip2: if you get an XL gyro, order an extra gyro pita bread to have another gyro a day or two later with the extra meat. I do like their food but knocking a star for credit card fee which brings credit card customer business in the door.

    Corned beef to share!

Well forward to 2018 in June... back again. I just can't get past the corned beef hash n eggs. It's sooo good! Bf had a Greek salad then a gyro. It's so big he had to eat it with a fork lol!! Baklava yummy too. I ate that first with my coffee for breakfast !! The owners are still great and staff. We sat in the parking lot for awhile( till 4 in our semi) and came back in for a wonderful corned beef Sammy to share and two drinks! Wow verrrrrry yummy

Finally stopped in for a gyro. We pass this place all the time and say we should try this place. Well today we did and I am not disappointed one bit. I ordered the buffalo chicken gyro. We also ordered a regular gyro and a side of jalapeño cheese fries for dh. I will say that the sign says it all about this place. Pitas are fresh and portion of a regular size gyro will fill you up. Fresh Fair cut French fries you can't go wrong. This might be my new place to go when I don't get a free buffet at the hard rock casino. They are friendly when you walk in and they bring out your food when it's ready. It's a little place inside but well worth the stop.

    Best tasting gyros

This picture ain't pretty, but that is what makes it PRETTY! #yum!!! This place does not disappoint. Menu is HUGE with many options and sizes (even smalls/regulars are generous). The decor etc., is nothing fancy and that is what gives it its charm!

    Chicken gyro... classic... add feta

I gotta say, this little place didn't get the name 'Best Gyros' for nothin' - truth be told, they most likely named themselves this, but the public surely won't disagree! To attest to their greatness, as I entered the doors and mulled over the menu, I offhandedly mentioned to the cashier that I'd need a minute since I'd never been... two random people were in there, separate from one another, and both chimed in "You'll love it" One even added, "everything on the menu is good... you can't go wrong!" So, being the Plain Jane I was this evening, I opted for a Jr. Chicken Gyro with added feta, SOLID choice for 50 cents, and some zucchini fries, because hey - I was feeling both healthy and bad greasy vibes. Signature move for me on the weekend. Zucchini fries were $4.99. Piping hot! Served with a delectable creamy ranch. Strong amount of zucchini to breading ratio, and nice lengthy sticks rather than hunks or chunks. The breading itself was crispy and light, not too fattening feeling, but not super thin like some tempura battered styles I have had. The Jr. Chicken Gyro had some nice chopped veggies atop a pleasantly seasoned sliced grilled chicken breast, with added feta for delish robust flavor, and a creamy cucumber sauce to tie it altogether. I must say the pita these toppings floated amidst was the deal sealer. Warm, fresh, doughy, not too thick, not too thin... one perfect piece of pita, friends! Go check this place out if you're in the Northfield area. It may seem like an awkward location, across from a gas station and next to a Subway, with interesting light up signs and maybe not the best outside or interior decor, but it's not about appearance with this smashing joint. Added Bonus you may ask? It's open for breakfast for you early birds, but also nice and late for us night owls! Fulfilling the hearts of many, BG!

    Big breakfast with Gyro Meat

Best.Breakfast.Ever. Had the big breakfast with Gyro meet. It could feed 3 easily. Eggs were perfect, home fries were crispy, and gyro meet was flavorful. I'm definitely coming back here

    Stale, cold fries

I've been coming here for years but tonight was not what I expected! Not sure I will return! I ordered online and selected delivery. I had to pick up food but they kept my delivery tip! Got home to burnt meat and fries that were not made today - even though I was told my order was "being prepared". Dry, burnt meat. Soggy, stale, cold fries I would suggest finding an alternative place to eat! Disappointed for sure!

Knew it was the same place as soon as we saw it. Walked in to a warm welcome. Sat in the back room this time. Front room was filled. Christina helped us. She was very informative and helped us decide what we wanted. Got 2 cups of the lemon chicken soup. I can't pronounce the Greek name so it's the lemon chicken soup. Outstanding lots of chicken, rice and carrots. Then we got the fancy Greek salad. It comes on a good size plate and covers the plate. The Greek dressing is homemade and delicious. Chunks of feta in it. Honestly could only eat half. The potato salad on it was good. All the ingredients fresh. Can't go wrong. Christina told us about the other menu items too. Everything is homemade and made with love. It's a family business with kids and relatives involved. We did get a baklava for dessert to split cuz well we had too. Prices are good. Better than on-line. Roomier than it looks. Greek decor with the pics. Great place! Eat here! Homemade Greek food by a Greek family! What else can you ask for! Delicious! Just wish I lived closer. We will be back when in the area again!

I really wanted the spinach feta pie, but they were out, so I got the tuna pita instead, which was wonderful. My parents were a little late arriving, so my son enjoyed playing in the little toy kitchen set-up they had in the corner. (He found dinosaurs in one of the containers, so he was in his element.) What a great distraction for the kiddos, along with coloring books and crayons. We all had dessert too and while I didn't get to try the baklava, I think among all of the others the limoncello was my favorite. Very cool ambiance. As for the decor, it is cluttered and quirky and very Greek. Loved every corner. Even some historic politicians were enjoying the food and the ambiance. Opa!

The flaming cheese was an "Opa" inducing spectacle for the whole restaurant to marvel. And it tasted great! As did the Athens fries (it's amazing what a little vinaigrette and feta can do)! The gyro also did not disappoint. My wife ordered a Turkey melt, which she thought was okay. I think the lesson is to order Mediterranean from a Mediterranean restaurant, and you won't be disappointed.

It's really SO GOOD! Forget any other gyro you had, this is THE gyro. The place has a casual, welcoming vibe, clean and bright. There's a very IG worthy Greek mural inside. There are a few very comfortable tables to dine in inside and outside. Most guests take their meals to go (you can also pre-order for pick-up via Uber Eats). This eatery is always quiet and peaceful. Employees are always super friendly and attentive. Food is always prepared super quickly, took maybe 5 minutes this time. You can tell that there's a very high level of commitment to quality and good ingredients here. I ordered Classic Lamb Street Gyro (comes with fries), Lemon Rice Pilaf, and Zoe's Rice Pudding. Lamb Street Gyro was incredible as always. The lamb was perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed into a soft, slightly chewy homemade pita. What really stands out to me every time is the balance -- the meat, the fresh tomato and onion, plus tzatziki on the side. They really get gyros right every single time! Accompanying fries were perfectly seasoned and fried. I immediately ate all of them. You can order fries on your gyro or separately. I prefer to munch on them separately but on the gyro also often hits the spot. Rice pilaf was flavorful but unfortunately I got the feeling it wasn't fully cooked through. That didn't stop be from eating all of it. I devoured my Zoe's Rice Pudding. It's perfectly creamy and has such a good amount of cinnamon. I wish that I would have paired it with coffee but it was my first time experiencing it, and I couldn't stop eating it. I'm telling you, try the pudding. I was very happy with my meal. Also, I've tried other meals at this place in the past including Chicken Street Gyro, and Baklava. One of the guests at the restaurant was very talkative and mentioned that they make really good burgers (daily special). If you're feeling adventurous, you can always build your own bowl or build your own platter. Parking is a bit complex. Enter the parking lot from the right of the restaurant to park close otherwise you'll see Do Not Enter signs preventing you from entry. If you love Mediterranean food or just want something fast, fresh, and a little different from the usual, Zina's is absolutely worth a stop. I'm already planning to go back and trying baklava cheesecake. If you love Zina's, check out other establishments by the same owner - Chicken Ranch next door and Market on Lee.

The build-your-own bowl was pretty expensive at $19 with lamb meat, luckily the size was okay. Of course it would have been cheaper had I gone in-store. Feta cheese and kalamata olives were extra, but I had those at home, so I didn't add them. There was a good amount of lamb meat in the bowl and the pita was huge. I got the tzatziki yogurt sauce, as well as the Zina vinaigrette. The vinaigrette is thicker than one would expect, and garlicky, but I enjoyed it. The lamb wasn't especially seasoned, but it was good. Overall solid lunch choice, and I have leftovers for dinner.

I was so bummed. I was really looking forward to that. Also, I asked for cucumbers be subbed for the tomatoes. The tomatoes were gone which was great, but there were NO cucumbers. ALSO, the menu says that the rolled sandwiches come with fries. (see attached photo) Mine did not. Bummed. It came with this like lemon couscous that I didn't like at all and didn't eat. (see attached photo) So, basically, I only had mostly pita to eat from the sandwich and the hummus. (which was good). Honestly, if there wasn't so much of the lamb that wasn't edible, I wouldn't have posted a review at all despite the fries and the cucumbers being wrong/missed. Very disappointing because this meal supposed to be like a treat.

Our total came to roughly $60-$70 and it took about 15-20 minutes to get everything ready. We sat on the patio while we waited and one of the employees was nice enough to bring our order out to us. For starters, the hummus was amazing. I didn't expect there to be such a kick, but it was phenomenal. The pita was delicious and the veggies were the freshest set I've had in a very long time. This includes the veggies I find at the store. It took me about 3-5 days to finish the hummus and the pita and veggies were just as fresh. I loved the beef and lamb gyro, it was the best one I've ever had! Andrew on the other hand was less impressed with his salmon gyro, but he's extremely picky when it comes to salmon.
