This place was a pleasant surprise. Seems them moving to their new location, also improved the menu and food overall. I've been 4 times and ordered different things each visit and I have no complaints. The service is efficient, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant is gorgeous on the inside, once you enter you feel like you're about to have a hefty bill once you check out, but surprisingly, you don't. My husband and I make a point to go during their slow period, because this place will have a wait for dinner. The flavor of the food is spot on, not too spicy but thank goodness not too bland, as I've had my share of bland Mexican food living in NEO. I highly recommend this place if ever in Medina, you won't be disappointed. read more

I've ordered delivery from here over a dozen times and it's usually been great, so we were excited to finally dine in. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had in a long time. Three out of four entrees came out wrong. One dish had sour cream on it despite specifically requesting it without. When it was sent back, they brought it out cold -- and after flipping it over, it was obvious the sour cream had simply been scraped off and the food flipped over to hide it. Honestly unbelievable. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. No apology from the waiter or staff at any point. Instead, they defended the incorrect orders and even attempted to charge us for the meal we sent back because it was wrong and untouched. Really disappointing because we genuinely loved this place for delivery. We expected a great dine-in experience and left feeling frustrated and grossed out. Sadly, we won't be back. Decor was nice. read more

Lots of seating inside & out- good place for a group. Service was fine. Food tasted good & comes in a huge portion size, nearly everyone in our group had leftovers due to how large the serving size is. read more

This chain has been consistent in food quality & taste. The servers are excellent & friendly. We've been to their other locations in North Ridgeville, Westlake, and their old Medina location, and now their new Medina location (across the street from Home Depot). The decor is very tasteful with a more modern, upscale design. But, it's the delicious food that keeps us coming back. My husband's favorite meal is a "Super Burrow" with carnitas & black beans. There's refried beans & a pork bean side dish. It's incredible. It's so big that he gets another ~2 meals out of it! I enjoy the variety of foods. I Love the shrimp wrapped in bacon, any carnitas dish, any chicken dish, and the ground beef is seasoned perfectly. Their fish tacos look great, although I have not tasted them yet. Also, the Queso is spot on! This is one of our very favorite Mexican restaurants! read more

Great place but service is not that great. Waiting staff doesn't seem to understand English. Was there yesterday, order was wrong, no apology and the waitress seemed to be mad. Why be mad you were the one who got it wrong. Food is very good but again wait staff needs training. They need to step up their customer service or their business will suffer. Didn't even ask if I wanted dessert, It was time to leave. Great place just needs better wait staff training and customer service. read more

Ate here Monday nite with a party of four. Very clean and modern looking restaurant. I had a beef Super Burrito (huge) and a ground beef tostada. Both were excellent. Everyone enjoyed what they had. Complimentary chips and salsa were plentiful. Service was friendly and attentive. read more

Very busy new location is nice, Perfect Service, the problem is in the kitchen. The food needs to catch-up! When melted cheese has oil floating on top there is an issue. Simply add seasoning...and son. After all people will return if the flavor is there! read more

Food was gross no flavor just tasted off. Emis is way better same with Cozumel! Beans tasted like shit. Halfway through my attempt at trying to eat this I started eating the metal tin they give you for carry out just so I could feel something. Best part of the meal was when I stopped trying to eat it. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the money El Monterey frozen chimichangas are 100 percent better. 8 pack going for $5.47 you can feed the whole family for under $10. read more

We waited a while before trying the new place. We loved the old place, but now that they moved we were a little leery. The new building is really nice inside. Margaritas were very good. We expected the prices to increase in the new building but were pleasantly surprised--not much of an increase, if at all. I've always loved their Mole Poblano and it's still very good. My dining companion had a combo platter that was huge. We both took food home for another meal. Service was friendly and prompt. There's no doubt we'll go back! read more

The Food was delicious, the service was exceptional ! And the atmosphere was great for the whole family!!

Food is very delicious, a little on the pricier end for Mexican but consistently yummy. We do pick up more than dine in which has always been great and spot on with chips and salsa included, but dine in service is great as well with good servers. read more

My wife wanted to visit Fiesta Jalapenos because they offer a burrito roqueta. We had seven people in our group and we waited 20 minutes for a table on a busy Friday night. Upon being seated, we were served some chips and salsa. Our waiter arrived and took our drink requests. We perused the menu and it contained the usual suspects. I had a Modelo Negra because they had it on draft. It pairs well with the food they serve. We requested some cheese dip with our chips and it was tasty. We polished off several bowls of tortilla chips. And they were good, especially since they kept bring us fresh, warm tortilla chips. The salsa was very good also. For dinner, I requested the Cazuelada, which included steak, chicken and chorizo sauteed with mushroom, red and green peppers and onions. It was covered with cheese and served with rice and charro beans. It was an excellent dish and it was great when scooped with tortilla chips. The service was fast and friendly and this visit has changed my mind about this restaurant. It has officially been added to our rotating list of Mexican restaurants to dine at. read more

We are regular customers and love there food and service. We had a party that needed to be catered and what an amazing experience! We ordered the steak and chicken fajitas, it includes rice, beans and all the sides. Delicious, quality and quantity that everyone went home with leftovers! Thank you for making a special day memorable and easy ! The staff at Fiestas make you feel like family! read more

The food was bland! Service was lazy! My sister and I rarely get together since I no longer live in Medina, but had been wanting to return to what was once our favorite restaurant. Since they moved to their current location, we finally had some time to spend together at the restaurant. We were sorely disappointed. I only ordered water with my meal and although I tried to get my so called servers attention, I failed! So no refills on water? He never gave us a chance to respond when he hurried past us saying " Is everything okay ?" My sister had hot tea and her water for her tea wasn't hot enough to get a good steep! The other members at our table were disappointed in their food as well! They drove down from Cleveland!None of us will ever return! How very disappointing was the whole experience. I gave one star only because I couldn't give it none! Four retired women will find another restaurant! The food from my kitchen is so much better! BTW $4.00 for a cup of water is outrageous! read more

Took my folks to this restaurant for lunch and was not disappointed. The food was delivered quickly and was very good. lunch portions were large and had great flavor. Staff was very tentative and kind helping the older people get around. The restaurant appeared to be clean and comfortable. My only complaint is it is hard to digest food to Latino hip hop. Please turn it down. I would go back again when I'm in town. read more

Fiesta Jalapeños - Mexican Near Me - Medina, Ohio

The food was nasty! My husband ordered the burrito supreme and it was so gross that he couldn't even eat it. The staff just stood around and was not attentive at all. My husband even told the waitress how bad it was and all she said was is do you want a box over and over again. She clearly did not care at all and kept the burrito that had two bites taken out of it on our bill. We will definitely never be returning. You are better off going to Los Cantaritos. read more

This place is the best, food always great and the staff I'd call family. Can't wait for the new place across the street.

My wife and I ordered for takeout and holy moly we can't get enough! We had special notes to customize our order and they did great! Their Queso is so delicious and the salsa is out of this world! We totally recommend the super burro you WILL NOT be disappointed! read more

Fiesta Jalapeños - Nacho supreme was a big portion It was delicious I like how you can choose the meat you want - Mexican Near Me - Medina, Ohio

Really not a fan of the food here. Have tried multiple times and just doesn't do it. I like a more authentic Mexican style.

lets start off with the good.. service was great.. servers were nice.. seated right away orders taken drinks and food out quickly.. no issues there. I'm skeptical on the Margarita's we got. We got a half pitcher for $22. something like that.. the glasses they served with it did taste like there was alcohol in it.. but the rest not so sure.. both my wife and I looked at each other and asked if there was any alcohol in those drinks ( weve been to other mexican restuarnts and never felt this way ). I dunno. feel ripped off by that... The actual food was good... I guess Im at the point where if I have to spend $140 for a dinner of wife and two kids at a Mexican restaurant and not be blown away.. Im done going out to eat for Mexican.. sorry just underwhelmed for the crazy amount of money... way too much coin read more

This is an authentic Mexican restaurant. This is NOT a restaurant, owned by Americans, who have their Mexican employees make bland food. The food is authentic Mexican food, cooked in a very traditional style. The drinks are good. The service is excellent and is available in both English and Spanish! The parking lot is large. If you really are looking for good Mexican food, you'll know you're in the right place when you see the kids doing their homework at the first table at the front of the restaurant.!! read more

This is one of our regular places. It's exactly what you expect given the menu and the price. I like the tamales.

My husband liked the food he ordered. The food I ordered were the carnitas. Very tasty, great portions and excellent service. They do have a ton of food choices, large menu. The servers/waiters were very professional and pleasant. The prices are also reasonable. read more

One of the better Mexican places in Medina. So why such a low score? It's just standard mexican fare and the chips were straight stale. The salsa is better than most and it seems Fresh and not out of a bottle. The top shelf margaritas are ok but nothing to write home about. Good place to check out. read more

Delicious food and plenty of it. Great service and friendly staff and great authentic atmosphere. The ambience is nice, friendly and comfortable. read more

I had dinner there on 10/11/24. This place just doesn't seem to have the pizazz anymore. Everything just feels run down, the menus smelled like dirty dish rag, the food was just ok. The server was friendly enough but service would not make up for the other lacking areas. They are charging $24.99 for fajitas for one which is $10 more than a competitor in the area. We unfortunately won't be back. read more

Everytime my boyfriend and I go we are greeted right away. They always bring the tortilla chips and salsa, and ask what you'd like to drink. This time around though, my boyfriend who just recently turned twenty-one asked for a strawberry banana margarita and a water. They never asked me what to drink as I think the waitress was distracted, and thought he ordered for me. When she came back he explained that he wanted the water on the side of his drink, and she apologized and asked what I wanted to drink. I ordered a Blue Hawaiian, and it tasted great and was actually blue. (Another place I ordered this and it was green) my drink was sweet, tastes just like a piña colada and the drink he ordered was off the menu, and it has tequila in it, so he wasn't a fan of it but he bear right through it anyway. Time for the food. (No pictures as we dove right in) He ordered a Grilled Chicken Super Burro, and I ordered the ACCP with chicken. It tasted good. Only downfall is some items they raised the price of and the portion size is smaller (which is why I don't like getting the chimichanga dinner platter anymore) It's kinda a tradition, we go here to celebrate both of our birthdays, sometimes with the sombrero and they sing and sometimes not. Always a great experience for us. read more

Fiesta Jalapeños - Blue Hawaiian - Mexican Near Me - Medina, Ohio

Always a good time stopping by for lunch or dinner. Reasonable prices and the margaritas are awesome. The food is always fast, fresh and a plenty. Service is fast as well and friendly. There are quite a few options for Mexican in the Medina area, but we always prefer Fiesta Jalapeños. The lunch menu is very reasonable. I had the chicken fajitas today and they were delicious. My son ordered some queso to go as that is his favorite. He is a very picky eater so you have to know it is pretty good. read more

This place is amazing. Awesome drinks, great staff and super fast service and the best food.

This place is truly amazing to check out. The entrance is hard to see but you have to pull behind The Home Depot to get to the entrance since Chik-Fil-A is coming in. The meal we had was amazing. I had the fajita lunch special and my girlfriend had a shrimp quesadilla w/ peach margarita. This place is pricey but what great Mexican restaurant isn't. Good places cost more. Must try!!! read more

Good as always! Just know tacos don't hold up as well for delivery than they would in person! Lol

The food & service is always great. It's the best! However, they had no AC and this night was hot & humid. I didn't realize the AC wasn't working until after we had our drinks. I would have preferred to not eat inside a busy hot restaurant. Please let guests know prior to seating that you don't have AC working. read more
