The moment that crossed the line for me was when a staff member grabbed me by the shoulder to get my attention. There is simply no reason for an employee to put their hands on a guest. It was completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. If you're looking for an indoor play place for your children, I would recommend considering other options. Based on my experience, the customer service here was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, which took away from what should have been a fun day for the kids.
