For the past 17 years, we've held our annual gala at Seduction Ballrooms in Hialeah, and it has never disappointed! Last night we celebrated our 17th annual gala in support of our autism community, and everything was absolutely stunning. The team that took care of our event was incredibly kind, polite, and professional, making the entire evening run smoothly. The music was amazing and really set the perfect atmosphere for the night. I had my baby shower here. When I first went in everything was painted so beautifully that they would handle everything. I didn't hear from them again until the week of the party. I spoke with Gabi and explained what I wanted. Basic white table cloth, white napkins, no charger plates and no centerpieces. I asked if I can dropped off some napkin rings and some place mats and her reply was "No" we can do that the day of an hour before. Ok...... this should have been the first red flag. The day of the event arrives and they placed the tables with charger plates and centerpieces. They had picture frames of quinces. The woman's bathroom didn't have toilet paper or paper to dry your hands. When addressed they said to use toilet paper to dry your hands. The Bartender was harassing guests to tip him while being on the phone, AirPods on. My mom who was helping me host the party didn't eat her food and they restricted her from taking her food home. The only person who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and served was Gaby "El Capitan". Everyone else who was working were extremely rude and unprofessional. Management is extremely unprofessional. They are very stingy with money. You do not exist until the very last week of your event or when they need a payment, which makes it difficult to plan since everything is last minute. This also increases the probabilities of issues arising the day of event. At the time of the event, there was nobody in charge. Gabi expressed that we were difficult to work with-- we just wanted for our night to be special and perfect. If we had not been on top of it and reach out continuously, who knows what else would've happened besides the many things we weren't happy about. We requested multiple things that were promised to us and got a pretty picture but it was not delivered. When we checked out the hall the day before the event, the layout was not what Gabi had sent me, there were decorations we did not want and when we offered to help remove, they said it cannot be done because it was too late. read more

Terrible terrible service, DO NOT CONTRACT. Everything was terrible I payed for different seats and got the same plastic ones, payed for a extra cake and was not given. And the picture package was not complete. Everything they promised on the contract was not given. The open bar was cheap bear we had to bring our own. We had our wedding reception at Seduction on March 22, 2019. I will review by categories so you can make an informed decision. Keep in mind they work with "ALL inclusive packages", which means you can pick your vendors from the choices they provide you with. My reason to give 3 stars is because of a huge problem with had with the photos and how it was handled. The entire process: When we signed our contract, Marlene was their lead person, she quit cold turkey 3 months before the wedding and that made communication very hard because every time we called was a different person I was dealing with. My advice is to be on top, its your event, call to confirm 100 times if needed. The food: It was not gourmet, but of course, we did not pay for gourmet. Given our expectations, the food was better then what we thought. Not the best food, but keep in mind what you paid for and be realistic with your expectations. My advice, pick something with a sauce, remember its a plated dinner and your food will sit in the oven for hours before being served. The bread was super hard, not edible, but that wasn't a problem for us. Master of Ceremony: Cecilia, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. The cocktail hour: Marlene had said the place open its doors 15 minutes ahead of the event, meaning in our case 6:45 and the bar would open 7pm. This is not what happened. My guests were outside from 6:45 until 7:10 with no drinks or food when I had to call and asked the receptionist to let them in! I dont think its logical to serve appetizers and drinks outside, on the Florida heat, for 100 wedding guests basically standing in the parking lot since they only have 3 tables out. Ask them to serve cocktail inside the ballroom. The Limo: Friendly guy, was there on time to pick us up and limo looked great. Servers: Ariel is the sweetest, they went above and beyond to make us happy. Bar: Margarita was the best, pinacolada way too sweet for everyone's taste, he was happy to accommodate any request, my only issue was that he served my beer in a plastic cup, all night long. Decor: Claudia and Sandra really care, they had so much patience with us and really made it look so pretty. Again, be on top, my chairs were all different from the ones we asked, but that wasn't a problem. Stick to Claudia, she is so great. DJ: He goes by "Danger", nice guy, plays what you ask. He however missed the cue for the Samba show because he was on his phone, and messed up the intro song for our wedding party because he was outside the venue. Still, nice guy. Cake: Very good, we went with Amparo. Again, be on top!!! I called 2 days before wedding to make sure, and she had completely forgot we agree and paid extra for an specific design. Flowers: Odalis, very sweet lady and did what we asked for. Photos: My advice, GET THE CREDIT and hire outside professionals. My wedding was ruined because Inlimine Productions, Jessica and Ketty, got to the venue late and missed the entire processional and lied to us saying their camera got hot inside the trunk and couldn't record the beginning. Do you know whats not to have a memory of the bride walking with her dad?? I have wrote the ballroom asking for a refund and received no replies. The photos they provided us with were a joke, closed eyes, blurry, looking at the wrong camera. They charged extra to go to the ceremony venue even though my contract included that, they give you zero directions, I had to ask them to take photos of my shoes, bouquet and rings. They left at 10pm promptly, and while we were eating they were seating texting on their phone.. Be very aware the photo is the MOST important part of your event, because that's all that is left! Other choices they had: ROCKFORT, very rude lady and we were told "for what they pay me i will not work over 4 hours so if your ceremony is somewhere else you need to pay me or i will leave". MARCOS, which has reviews all over the internet that he takes over 6 months to release the photos. All in all, other then the problem with video and photos, it was a good experience, but they did keep the money and stopped replying to emails in regards to refund. read more

Please run away from this place. We had our wedding there. We had problems with everything. The food was disgusting, the photographer name William Varela was very unprofessional and rude, he charged extra $500 on top of the package we paid, the pictures are not good quality, my album is messed up, he put duplicate in the album and wasted the pages, he provided the videos on blue ray DVD, when we requested USB.The limo was hot. We paid for all you can eat appetizers, they only served a few tables just 2 appetizers, the PhotoBooth showed up late, and had technical issues, most of my guests could not take pictures; the DJ did not speak English and did not follow our rules with our playlist, the staff were rude; our 360 video looks very dark not professionally edited. A guest found a roach in his food. Please do not use this place for any event. read more

Great banquet hall in Hialeah. The place inside is elegant and beautiful and well kept. The lady that does the reservation is very friendly and on top of all the details. The prices at this hall are very reasonable and they have packages that you can pick from that include plenty of goodies. It is in a strip mall but it had plenty of parking and located on a first floor. The outside is very well kept. At the end of the party the attendant made sure all our belonging were given to us. I did the Sweet Sixteen of my daughter this past weekend and I only can say that everything was perfect. From start to finish. The decoration, the food, the staff. We are very happy!! The banquet hall has been remodeled and it is absolutely stunning. The downside is the administration. Very rude and gives you the impression that you are doing her a favor of having your party there. The food sucks!!!! When I went to try the food out in East Hialeah (in a whole in the wall) the restaurant didn't have the food that was offered my the banquet hall. The cake was amazing!! Very moist and yummy. I will use her again (Sweet Touch Specialty Cakes by Hilda). During the party the staff was nice. Music could have been better. I had to call the office several times to get in contact with the dj. My family loves to dance but were not happy with the music. read more

We paid over $7000.00 for my daughters 15's and although the banquet hall it self was nice, I was not impressed with anything else. The limo they sent to pick up my daughter was old, dirty and smelled horrible. The appetizers served during the cocktail hour were not what I expected, Totino's pizza rolls, pizza bagels, frozen quiche and frozen BBQ meatballs. The liquor served was the cheapest on the market and the bartender was had no idea how to make a proper drink, my guest were not impressed and actually complained to me. And to top it off the dinner served was barely edible. Brown rice out of a box, frozen chicken with green peppers had no flavor and the plantains looked like they had sat around for hours...nothing looked or tasted fresh. And the servers had a nasty attitude when I asked them to change a chair that was damaged and to bring more bread out to our table, there wasn't enough to begin with. I was completely embarrassed with the food and beverage service we got. The only saving grace was the DJ was decent and my daughter had a good time with her friends! I would never recommend this banquet hall for any occasion. read more
