Lack of customer service. I have been going here for several years but the service keeps declining. Every person behind the counter including the owner have poor customer service ethics. During their busy hours they do not have enough staff to serve the customers. If you are ordering a sandwich be prepared to wait while the one person is trying to help three other customer. This is out favorite donut shop in Madera. They have a great variety each day, prices are fair and they are always polite and helpful.

This is easily one of the best donut places in Madera or Fresno you can go to. In my opnion they are better than Krispy Kreme donut. The owner is very friendly, and will explain the donut selections. Other than his thick asian accent, he seems to run a great business and I see his regulars in the shop every time I go in. If old caucasian people frequent the joint, it must be a establishment. I recommend you go for the blue berry old fashioneds and maple bars. All of the donuts have that melt in your mouth quality. The prices are inexpensive, nothing like Fresno prices and will not put a dent in your wallet. read more

The Boba Tea, Tried a green tea with boba today and it was milk. I understand it's primarily milk but to have no other flavor, I liked that the tapioca was smaller than what is usually very large and chewy....that was the only plus to the drink. I did get a free donut for buying it so I guess that 2 pluses. read more

I would definitely recommend these donuts! They are so soft and fresh. I give this place 5 stars because service is normally great and the donuts deserve it. As for the service I received this morning it was not great. The girl wasn't friendly at all. Usually people pick up donuts in the morning and no one wants to walk into a place early in the morning where the service is bleh. I unfortunately had a bad experience here. Waited 25 minutes for a sandwich. When it was finally brought up to the employee, she explained that she forgot the order. This place was not busy either so it was frustrating that I was forgotten about. I had planned on eating at the donut basket but was a bit upset so I decided to take it back to work. Upon my departure, one may assume that the business would try to accommodate you for the inconvenience but nope, they said sorry and sent me on my way.
