I would give this place more stars if I could. They serve the best donuts in Madera! They also have delicious boba drinks and sandwiches.

During Administrative Appreciate week/day I decided to by my staff donuts for all their hard work. As a social worker I have to treat my assistants well as they assist me on making everything run smoothly for me. I entered this donut shop and took cash as some donut shops do not have use cards. Fortunately this place takes cards and uses iPads. This place surprisingly was packed. I saw a lot of the professionals I work with on the field getting donuts so this must be THE spot in Madera to get donuts. Me being an excited person I forgot to take pictures. I got about 50 donuts for my staff as I did not want to leave anyone out. I know by the time the day ended all the donuts were gone which is a good sign! The donuts are kind of expensive but good. I got myself a large cinnamon role which was so good I could not finish it. I highly recommend to come here if you want delicious donuts! You won't be disappointed at all! read more

The food is very good! I really love their sandwiches with many different types of bread to choose from! They have many different types of drinks and donuts too! The service is always great when we go there and the store is kind of small. But I don't care. read more

From the outside Donut Basket looks like a regular donut shop, but I have heard most people actually come here for the sandwiches on croissants and bagels. Ordered the #17 Turkey Club w/Avocado and it was excellent. They also offer a full array of donuts, Vietnamese coffee, boba drinks, teas, etc. A really great place and I will be back. Friendly service as well. read more

I walked in here not expecting much. But actually did leave with some yummy food. They have pretty good breakfast sandwiches (everything is microwaved but still good) and the boba is also pretty delicious. Definitely became a favorite boba place of mine. I don't eat donuts but I did get one for a family member. After I did get it though I happened to see two little flies in the case. I get it sometimes flies can get in. But it's just a little gross to see. They should have a blow fan on the top of the entering/exit doors to try to keep those out. Or at least have small doors on the back of your donut cases so things like this don't happen. Although I did see those, I still liked my sandwich and drink. read more

Super delicious! We came here to grab a stop to eat pub our way out of town and I'm so glad we did! First time at this spot, had me a #17 and a #4 with Green Milk Tea n Boba everything was made to order n smelled so good we decided to hit the ac and get to it in the car. Didn't even make it out the parking lot. The food was incredibly tasty and fresh, even the kids enjoyed it. There was no one there when we walked in, and about 6 more ppl by the time we left. The staff however kept their cool and remained as helpful as ever. Clean place too and everyone wore their masks properly, felt safe being there w the family. Dope, Dope place to eat, will definitely go back! healthier and better eating frfr! read more

This place deserves a one start rating because of the cutomer service on the owners end. I witnessed firsthand how the owner treated their employee. The owner David and I believe Seave the daughter is her name, certainly don't know how to speak to the worker. I happened to be present when one of the workers walked out distressed, upset, angry, Crying!! as she shouted out " All you know how to do is harass us workers, No lunches, No breaks , You take our tip money when we are short in the register, which is considerd tip theft, you don't speak to us with the proper manner and you don't pay us correctly!!.... She also said, how can us customer support this place, little do you know they treat us so horribly, like Slaves from their country!." (she looked at me as she said all of this). I was shocked, thinking to myself "What the heck I come in here daily, I knew something was wrong due to the atmosphere lately." I proceeded to pay for my #17 sandwich That I called in. However, I'm writing this now because I haven't seen that girl since. Yeah, the food is good, but to know that this place treated that girl in that way on that day, is the reason won't be coming back ever! Just be mindful of tipping I guess since the worker won't always get the full amount. Whoever that girl is, was a Daum good worker, she never got my order wrong, was extremely welcoming, she was fast! She definitely was an angel on earth. The Donut basket didn't deserve her anyways. read more

Best donuts and best breakfast sandwiches in Madera for sure! I was born and raised here so I know what's good

We walked in and the help was very short in responding. Everything we asked for before we could asked for the next item she was like anything else short rude and fast so I told my husband we should have went to yum yum donuts like he said but he said no this place looks clean. So then he asked do they have any of the coffees they had in the screen she was like no. Then he said can you make coffee that looks steal she says problem is then he asked can she make some fresh coffee and she that's all there is. Quick and short and we were the only customers. Then when we paid she didn't offer receipt just turned her back as we stood there. And I said is that it and she looks across her shoulder and say that's it. Won't be coming back. They need to train the workers better because we came in from out of town and that's the service we will remember from this small town. read more

This spot has good doughnuts on my first experience I had bad milk grossed me out so I only stuck with the doughnuts. But this morning I went in and it was about 6am and what do I spot flies inside the doughnuts. This is so gross flies literally on the doughnuts at 6 am. These doughnuts sit inside that display shelf and from what I observed there was no back door or sliding glass to prevent this. read more
