Open during the snowstorm, I love you Dunks!…read more I was here at close to 7:30 AM for coffee and breakfast because I was going to be working from home and I'm all out of coffee. My "call ahead" order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Coffee prepared as ordered, bagel prepared as ordered, selected donut already in the bag and ready. My only complaint is that this is a very small Dunkin location.

The second time I was there a young lady (who appeared to be very new) had a hard time operating the terminal. She was sent away to go make drinks which led to a very long line of people waiting for iced coffees. Mine was right on the second try (skim milk and caramel shot is kind of tough) and I wasn't mad about it but on a busy morning, the poor thing would probably have a nervous breakdown. Not a horrible experience but could use some additional training and polish with the staff.

More importantly, for a coffee shop on a busy strip the food and coffee are excellent. Their coffee has that X factor, the extra bit of umpf. I would go back the next time I'm in the area.

This is common issue and not limited to this coffee shop. The honey cinnamon hot latte is a good flavor. The latte was smooth. The watermelon mint lemonade has a flavor and no bitterness. It does have a bathroom for paying customers.

The Seaport Bakery has a wide range of goods such as banana bread, lemon pound cake, scones, muffins and much more. The baked goods change daily. There are other items that can be prepared as well such as a bagel, bacon, egg and cheese. The team here is absolutely amazing! Each morning, around 6:30 a.m., when I would come to the Seaport Bakery for breakfast, all of the team members would greet me! Tuesday morning: Hot cocoa and Banana Bread Wednesday morning: Breakfast bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel Thursday morning: Soda and a cranberry muffin The hot cocoa was delicious, especially on a chilly morning! The Banana Bread was scrumptious! My favorite though was the breakfast bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. The bagel was fresh! The Cranberry muffin was great, not too sweet and packed with cranberries. If you're staying at the Seaport Hotel, Seaport Bakery is a great spot for a quick breakfast!

So when I was going to the newly dubbed Menino Convention and Exhibit Center (previously known as the BCEC), I decided to stop by. I wasn't the only one who decided hitting Cocorico to be a good idea that day. Although with its location in the Omni Hotel, they did also have a convenient customer base from the get go. It took me 15 minutes to get through the line with 3 staffers handling things. I picked up the last Yuzu Strawberry Cruffin for $8. It was huge! And lots of filling. I ate half for breakfast, and saved part 2 to eat with lunch.

Visit quickly because I believe it ends on March 9th. Having received literally one of the last donuts of the weekend I could not have been more thrilled. I didn't even get a complete donut - they had run out of the Bavarian cream filling. But the donut was light, yeasty, and delicious. The chocolate frosting was so rich! I cannot wait to get there even earlier next weekend! Also, as someone that gets starstruck a little too easily it was really awesome to see Stephanie in person slinging her donuts. I wish her nothing but the best - well and quick funding for her own brick and mortar.

I appreciate that they have a ton of vegan and vegetarian options since my wife is vegetarian, which is why they get one star. But they really should not call themselves a bagel place. I'm sorry but they just make bread shaped like bagels, these aren't bagels. If you've ever been to New York, this will disappoint you more than a grocery store bagel and cream cheese. I ordered sausage egg and cheese with veggie cream cheese, pretty standard order, right? WRONG. When I got back to my hotel and took a bite, there were PEAS in my schmear! Peas?! Who puts peas in a veggie smear?? Upon further investigation, there were peas, carrots and corn in the schmear! Yup, the same veggie mix like in a Cup of Noodle. I'm sorry but it would be better if you just didn't offer veggie cream cheese at all. This was such an off putting experience, I am afraid to try anything else we got from the restaurant. If you're in the area and trying to fill a bagel craving, I would avoid this place, that's not what you're going to get. Update: my whole family got sick from this place! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Some favorites are their sticky buns, hazelnut -almond dacquoise, and triple chocolate mousse cakes. Today, I got a warmed sticky bun which didn't disappoint. Their lattes are a little flavorless at times. Otherwise I love the cozy vibes & yummy treats at Flour Bakery.
