Great work crew! The mechanic knew exactly what he was doing, test drove the car before and after maintenance. I was informed of everything they were going to do. The mechanic even gave me feedback on a test drive to save the life of my breaks. It's not the prettiest or most fun place to go for a walk so bring a book or some form of entertainment. don at dons automotive is one of the best people i've ever worked with. i rolled into town one evening with a blown up transmission off the 10 freeway while on a trip to florida. this man took my van in at 4 pm and diagnosed i needed a new trans. the very next day he sourced one, dropped my old one and installed the new one in ONE DAY. he even stayed at his shop till 1 am working on the van to make sure me and my friends could continue on our trip. cannot recommend this shop enough !!!! read more

Absolutely blown away with the service at this shop! Julieta helped me so much. I got my rack and pinion and driver side axel replaced and it was all within the quote she had given me. Kept constant contact and updated me throughout the day on the status of repairs. Car sounds great. She even got me a recommendation for a tire shop right next to Dons. I have been using this shop for years. Incredible staff that have helped me with multiple cars, and are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They work quickly and you will not find better prices than them.
