Whether it's literal phonetic translations (wo kok) or just awful translations (chinese sushi or beef triple with ginger and onion), it took forever for me to google search my food. Apart from this hurdle, the food was also just alright. Like it is what it was supposed to be, but it wasn't particularly good. Service here was also pretty awful. I had to flag down 4 different people multiple times just to get some water. I probably won't be back unless the other options in town are worse, but I would imagine that's unlikely.

Service wise they do need a few more carts going when it gets busy. The last time we went, my mom just up and walked over to the cart that was on the other side of the room to get some items. Or just switch to the "pencil and order on demand" method. Saves some of the service hassle. There are some nice banquet sized tables towards the back of the dining room, with lazy susans and such. If you're not looking to go east side for dim sum, this is a suitable place.

Only complaint is that, like Franks, they close for a couple of hours after lunch so you have to check your watch if you are hungry to make sure they will be open. But I can certainly understand why they do this. They open at around 11:00 and close up at 21:00 so that's a lot of hours unless they are running more than one shift. Ordering can be a tad obnoxious and they are clearly targeting a hipster clientele. For those of us who are hearing disabled and do not have a cell phone the QR code ordering scheme can be a total turn off. They will, however, accommodate senior geezers like myself who enjoy not being tethered to a screen. So that's another plus for Franks: an actual person seats you and takes your order.
