Ordered delivery and the food itself was fresh and well made. However, we ordered pho, and they didn't include the standard side of fresh bean sprouts, Thai basil, sliced jalapeños and lime wedges. Impossible for pho to taste like pho without those items, and no self respecting Vietnamese restaurant would serve it without them. The waitress was rude to me when I asked if they have pork-only eggrolls because on their menu, it said shrimp and pork. She kept insisting it was pork only. When I pointed to the menu, and I asked again to confirm, she then admitted that there was a bit of shrimp. LIKE WTF!? It was my first time here, and I would not be returning unless I didn't have a choice to go elsewher. NEW VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT! And they have Oc Len Cao Dua & Bo Tai Chanh! Holy guacamole! This is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant that serves amazing food! Oh, and they wear traditional Ao Ba Ba! The restaurant: this is a cute setup. There are so many tables inside! It's brightly lit and it made me feel like I was back in Vietnam, eating in one of the restaurants underneath their place of living (haha!) the workers all wear traditional ao ba ba and are very quick on their feet! There's a bar stocked with different wines as well for anyone who would like some wine with their dinner. The food: WOW! The food tasted AMAZING! This is 100% authentic Vietnamese food! The food came out very quickly, which was awesome because we were starving! The egg rolls and spring rolls tasted great, but the real appetizer was the Oc Len Xao Dua and the Bo Tai Chanh. The Oc Len Xao Dua tasted exactly like the famous Oc & Lau's Len xao Dua. The Bo Tai Chanh was raw, but a bit cooked and mixed with cabbage, seasoned with limes and their house seasonings! Yum yum! I got the Mi Kho, which was a bit salty, but the celery broth it came with balanced out the saltiness. My friend got the com chien bo luc lac. The beef was very soft and tender, cut into small pieces and the fried rice tasted smoky and crunchy! The only critique I would have is that some of the food was either too salty or under seasoned. Restaurant closed at 9pm. I arrived at 8pm, kindly waited to be seated unlike most. After 40 minutes plus, with zero communication, the lady walked by and gave us an attitude saying that they close at 9pm and how many customers been coming. I still did not say anything but patiently waited. In the end, I had to walk out with almost an hour wait, no serving, nothing. She skipped us at least twice for bigger tables. Afterall, I do not comment on the food and mainly the service. ZERO professionalism and utter DISRESPECT to customers. I do not recommend this restaurant for family dinner. The food portion is very tiny small. After we left, we all still hungry. We have to go eat somewhere again for dinner. WTH. -The special pho bowl don't look like the picture. It's not enough noodle. Too small. -the dry white noodle is also small Their noodle soup should consider kids size order not adult I understand why they celebrate family thanksgiving dinner while customers there. I was craving pho and the typical spot I go to at Lee Lees across the street was closed for personal reason so I decided to give this place a try despite some sussy reviews. When you walk in you're greeted by random decorations, a drum set, and a setup that implies this place also holds parties. The waitress waved at us and we seated ourselves. There were absolutely zero customers inside. We waited for our menus but they never came. We decided to give her 15 minutes. I'm pretty sure she looked at us a couple times but just didn't do anything. We just decided to leave. I expected to be served at least water in the hot heat but according to some of these reviews it was probably a good thing I didn't get served water or food here. I've never walked out on a restaurant before so this was a first. The fact we were the only customers and we didn't get served at all is just comical. The lady in the front was cutting up fruit and stuff so she definitely had some time to at least greet us with menus or something. Probably the best authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Phoenix. I was not a fan when they were first open due to bad service but they have since improved quite a bit. The food is great!! My mom is so picky but she even admit the food is good. Gỏi xoài is one of my fav. Bún Bò Huế is great. Bò nướng lá nho is a must try. I haven't had a dish that I don't like. They serve a bad batch of claims one time. We didn't even complain just didn't continue eating it after 1-2 claims. The waitress noticed it and asked if everything was ok and took of the charge after knowing the claims weren't good. After trying a couple of "new restaurants" in AZ and gets disappointed every time, I feel like I owe the restaurant a good review. It definitely deserves more than a 3.5 stars. read more

First impression coming in here wasnt much. Talk about just hanging up tacky window curtains to cover the walls. Seemed to be used glasses from some pizza place in chandler served with tap water didnt help much with my thirst either. Menus were printed and stapled in binder sheets, wasnt very professional. Service took so long that tables that were there before me, cancelled their food. Besides the food being decent the overall dining experience needed jesus for saving. read more

Found this new place serving Hu Tieu Kho and Mi Kho. These are our favorites to order here. It is better than most in the greater Phoenix areas. Their Banh Xeo is worth to mention as well. Moreover, it is a must to order their desert- avocado with other tropical fruits and jellies in crushed ice a.k.a Bo* Da^'m. They are definitely catered to the real foodies.
