We have a rental cottage behind our house. Its storage shed sits between the kitchen window and the property fence, a raccoon highway. Attracted by the cooking aroma, the raccoons would drop by frequently at night and deposit considerable poop on the roof of the storage shed. We have done EVERYTHING to prevent mice and other rodents from getting in our house and cars! The rats had eaten their way through the stucco where parts of the roof design allowed them to and gained access to our attic. Once in, they could and did get to all areas of our house. I do not often write reviews but felt the need to warn people about this guy. I had a rat problem for several months and worked with another company to try to resolve the problem. We thought they found all the entry points but they do not work on the roof so I contacted done right as well as a few other companies to help me find the remaining entry points. Two of the four companies were able to find another entry point and Brian's price was reasonable to I went with him. After missing one appointment because his kids were sick he came to my house to do the promised work. When he got here he just went into my backyard unannounced and started working. When I heard noises I went out to see what was happening and he gave me a look like I was bothering him so I just left him alone to do his work. After a while he asked to get into the crawl space to do the inside work. Soon after he knocked on the door to say he was finished. I ask him to show me what he had done and he just stood in one spot and listed a few things he had fixed. It was obvious I was not getting more information from him so I gave him the check for the work and he was supposed to come out and check the traps he set in the crawl space until we had no more rats. Later that day I walked around my house and discovered that he left tons of sharp screen mess pieces and screws all over my yard. Total disrespect for my property. I've attached a few pictures. After a week I was going out of town so called him to let him know that a friend was going to be letting him in the house to check the traps. He said to have her call him on Monday and he would take care of it. She called him and gave him a 3 hour time slot when she was available. He never called or showed up. She did the same thing the next day and he promised to come and never showed or called. So from my vacation I called him and left a message that that treatment was not acceptable. He called me back and not only did not apologize but yelled into the phone explaining to me how in the rat business there are priorities and checking my traps was not a priority of his. I got mad and yelled back at him that if other priorities come up then you just need to call your customer and tell them that so they are not waiting around you dumb ass. The rest of the phone call was him threatening me because I had called him a dumb ass. He said we were going to straighten this out face to face man to man when I returned from vacation. He finally did come check the traps one time with my friend. hen I returned from vacation I called the police and reported the incident as I honestly felt like my family and I were in danger. For those reasons I would steer clear of this guy as he is unstable and there are plenty of other companies in the area to help with your rat problem. More.
