Brian was very responsive, and instilled confidence in his trade by explaining a whole lot of things he observed and will address. Unfortunately I had the same experience as Jon W. Back in October 2023 I called Brian after a plumber found rodent droppings in our crawl space. Brian was, at first, attentive and responsive, answered my initial call quickly, came and did the inspection, and "rat proofed" my house all within about a week... then he disappeared. He didn't come back to check the traps and didn't communicate when he'd be available. We have done EVERYTHING to prevent mice and other rodents from getting in our house and cars! They kept getting in, over and over, even after spending THOUSANDS on rodent proofing our vehicles and having Orkin service and doing everything humanly possible to prevent them from pooping and peeing all over and contaminating everything! We always thought that mouseproofing from the INSIDE was what had to happen, but Brian at done right explained what I had been doing wrong all these years! After paying Brian 300.00 for setting up a one way trap for possum. He noticed rat droppings inside of vent and said it would be another 400.00 for rat traps and proofing. He "rodent-proofed" the house, but never came back to change the traps. He provided a variety of excuses. Not great.

Brian came out and within 5 minutes identified where the rats were getting into our home. The roof was the main issue. The rats had eaten their way through the stucco where parts of the roof design allowed them to and gained access to our attic. Once in, they could and did get to all areas of our house. I am pleased with the results of my dealings with Done Right. My problem was with persistent raccoons (is there another kind?) trying to gnaw their way into my attic. I had the original framer of the house come out to repair the damage, but he didn't know how to prevent a future occurrence. Brian, from Done Right, screened off the potential entry points.
