From the initial contact, scheduling a consultation through the completion of the foundation lift…read moreand clean-up, I have nothing but positive things to say about this business model. Krista created a practical project plan tailored to my vision for the future of the property. She explained all aspects fully and responded quickly to multiple contacts from me to ask additional questions. Most of my questions were to compare materials and methods between my top two candidates for the project. I discovered that the items that made the other bid more expensive really made the job easier for their crew, but did not provide greater value to me. I had two crews for my project working inside, placing 7 piers, and outside, placing 18 piers. All the crew members were very quiet, polite and kept things very clean throughout the two days. I appreciate all the hard work done by Chris, Christopher, Justin, Glenn, and Dariun. Jairo, John, Michael, Antonio, Alejandro, and Humberto took extra care to keep everything progressing smoothly while responding to my questions or concerns. I did end up having some plumbing issues that were caused by the foundation lift. This was explained to me in detail before the project. The damage occurred during the lift and not during the preparations by Risen. I was so glad that I had chosen Risen, as I still had funds left for all subsequent repairs. 5-stars!

I believed I had a foundation issue so I called Olshan and another big named foundation company…read morebased out of San Antonio. The first company sent me out a predatory/pushy salesman who quoted me $21000+. Then Jarred Peeples from Olshan showed up and did his inspection and suggested nothing was wrong. He said one of Olshans core values is integrity. That being said I live almost two hrs away and I do believe they get paid off commission so what would be benefit telling me nothing was wrong. Absolutely Nothing. I then had a independent structural engineer come out and he agreed with everything Jarred told me. Jarred is honest, trustworthy and most of all has integrity. Thank you sir I wouldn't hesitate to have him come back out if needed.

Extremely Disappointed -- Drainage System Failed, No Accountability…read more We hired Olshan Foundation Repair in 2022 to install a drainage system through their irrigation and drainage division. At the time, the system was never tested, but since we experienced 15 months with virtually no measurable rain, there was no immediate way to assess its effectiveness. Unfortunately, when we finally did get two significant rain events recently, the drainage system failed completely -- resulting in water entering our home. Prior to the most recent rain, their own sales rep came out to inspect the setup and admitted that their original design wasn't working as intended. Their solution? Ask us to spend an additional $5,800 on surface drains, despite the fact that we already spent $10,000 on a system that still doesn't work. Even more frustrating is that they acknowledge their system's failure, yet refuse to take reasonable steps to correct or stand behind their work. They're not interested in working with us to find a fair resolution -- just selling us more fixes to a problem they created. Adding insult to injury, I referred two major foundation repair jobs to Olshan, each totaling over $20,000. That's more than $40,000 in business sent their way -- and yet when we need help with a failed system they designed, we're left out in the rain (literally). I would not recommend Olshan for drainage work. They over-promise, under-deliver, and refuse to take proper responsibility for poor design and faulty performance. Anthony O'Neal / Jason Posey

I felt the proposal was focused on only what was needed, which made the proposal an affordable option for me when compared to others. The install was delayed a day by weather, so the crew worked on it the next day. They completed the installation of all piers (to include two breakouts in the driveway) and cleaned up all in one business day. They left the site cleaned up and the breakouts were filled with fresh concrete. Overall a professional job. I will keep Supreme Foundation in mind if I need more pier work done in the future.

Outstanding Honesty and Integrity!…read more I highly recommend this company! Matt came out to our home to provide an estimate for our foundation, and we were genuinely impressed by his honesty and professionalism. After evaluating our home, he let us know that our foundation did not need any repairs. In a world where it can sometimes feel like companies are more interested in making a sale than doing what is right, Matt's honesty truly stood out. He could have easily tried to sell us repairs we didn't need, but instead, he chose to be truthful and put our best interests first. That kind of integrity speaks volumes about both Matt and the company he represents. We sincerely appreciate his transparency, professionalism, and willingness to do the right thing rather than simply make a buck. If you're looking for a foundation company you can trust, this is the kind of business you want to work with! Thank you, Matt, for reminding us that honest businesses still exist.
