She explained all aspects fully and responded quickly to multiple contacts from me to ask additional questions. Most of my questions were to compare materials and methods between my top two candidates for the project. I discovered that the items that made the other bid more expensive really made the job easier for their crew, but did not provide greater value to me. I had two crews for my project working inside, placing 7 piers, and outside, placing 18 piers. All the crew members were very quiet, polite and kept things very clean throughout the two days. I appreciate all the hard work done by Chris, Christopher, Justin, Glenn, and Dariun. Jairo, John, Michael, Antonio, Alejandro, and Humberto took extra care to keep everything progressing smoothly while responding to my questions or concerns. I did end up having some plumbing issues that were caused by the foundation lift. This was explained to me in detail before the project. The damage occurred during the lift and not during the preparations by Risen. I was so glad that I had chosen Risen, as I still had funds left for all subsequent repairs. 5-stars!

I felt the proposal was focused on only what was needed, which made the proposal an affordable option for me when compared to others. The install was delayed a day by weather, so the crew worked on it the next day. They completed the installation of all piers (to include two breakouts in the driveway) and cleaned up all in one business day. They left the site cleaned up and the breakouts were filled with fresh concrete. Overall a professional job. I will keep Supreme Foundation in mind if I need more pier work done in the future.

He said one of Olshans core values is integrity. That being said I live almost two hrs away and I do believe they get paid off commission so what would be benefit telling me nothing was wrong. Absolutely Nothing. I then had a independent structural engineer come out and he agreed with everything Jarred told me. Jarred is honest, trustworthy and most of all has integrity. Thank you sir I wouldn't hesitate to have him come back out if needed.

Extremely Disappointed -- Drainage System Failed, No Accountability…read more We hired Olshan Foundation Repair in 2022 to install a drainage system through their irrigation and drainage division. At the time, the system was never tested, but since we experienced 15 months with virtually no measurable rain, there was no immediate way to assess its effectiveness. Unfortunately, when we finally did get two significant rain events recently, the drainage system failed completely -- resulting in water entering our home. Prior to the most recent rain, their own sales rep came out to inspect the setup and admitted that their original design wasn't working as intended. Their solution? Ask us to spend an additional $5,800 on surface drains, despite the fact that we already spent $10,000 on a system that still doesn't work. Even more frustrating is that they acknowledge their system's failure, yet refuse to take reasonable steps to correct or stand behind their work. They're not interested in working with us to find a fair resolution -- just selling us more fixes to a problem they created. Adding insult to injury, I referred two major foundation repair jobs to Olshan, each totaling over $20,000. That's more than $40,000 in business sent their way -- and yet when we need help with a failed system they designed, we're left out in the rain (literally). Their crew showed up on time, fixed the problems that they had noted in their inspection of the foundation, and added pressure (I am not sure I am expressing or describing the work that they did correctly) to some of the piers that they installed. The crew that came was courteous and fast. The workers were cool. The left the concrete almost as they found it. I think, and I hope, that the problem with the foundation has been taken care of. I think time will tell, because the problem has been movement of the house, and they did the work last Friday, so it is too early to tell whether the house will move again in the near future. We'll see. They called to check whether I was satisfied with the work. And they asked me to update my review. I think it is fair to do so, because they came and did the work. But again, I really hope that the work will keep the house stable from here on. And they did all this without it costing me a cent, so they are honoring the warranty. I will be very happy is the house stays stable from here on.

The repair didn't work out and cracked the driveway more. The company came back out to check the repair because it continued to crack. We came to an agreement that Groundworks would repair the full driveway for a reduced cost and I am thrilled. They are coming out Friday, and we will see what happens, but I feel that Groundworks genuinely wanted to make me happy and accepted that their repair was not up to their standards.
