Bent the brake dust shields so they were rubbing on the rotors.

EDIT: After getting back to PA and getting it to a competent shop, everything they did needee to be redone correctly. I also reviewed my dash cam footage and there was 7 different videos with them discussing my car and another customer. I have retianed a lawyer in their jurisdiction and will be following up as this unfolds, there is a possibility of criminal charges from the cam audio. I got affidavits from the shop who inspected the car 3 days before this trip, the 1st mechanic who installed the bearins.150 miles before Done Right worked on it and from the shop who has ot now redoing the work that was done wrong. Complete scammers, the 5 star reviews are fake, these guys just keep adding to the bill until you refuse more repairs, then make you sign off saying no refunds because you refuse to make needed repairs. They take advantage of out of towners, just like many other reviewers say. I Brought my car in for an obvious wheel bearing humming sound and a CV shaft clicking. They told me I'd need a $68 inspection to tell me what is wrong. After that, they told me it needs ball joints for $700. I told them it is a wheel bearing and CV shaft noise, told them I wanted the CV shaft and bearing replaced, they would not do that unless they did ball joints too, so it went up to $1300. After my car was apart, they told me it needs control arm bushings, brakes and sway bar links for a other $1000 (but failed to mention that after I paid to have a suspension inspection). I refused and they kept the $1300 and only changed the ball joints and CV shaft. So I left there with the original complaint still not addressed. Also the, when the put it back together, they net the brake dust shields into the rotors, so it had a scraping noise and the left the anti-rattle clips off the brake Pads. I literally paid $1200 and left with more problems that a came in with. I ended up buying $45 in tools at Walmart and replacing the wheel bearing myself in the hotel parking lot. When I got it apart, the brakes had more than $50 life left, there was no play at all in the bushings or sway bar links, I highly doubt I even needed the ball joints as my car just passed a PA inspection 2 weeks prior to this vacation. Nothing at Done Right is done right. Avoid these hacks at all costs.

Over charge!!! I brought 4 tires here and they want $100 just to mount tires!!! After its done thry want additional $40 to balance....

Charges people 3x his cost on parts and average $200/hour labor if you're from out of town. Real asshole to deal with.

My boyfriend and I searched and searched to find another shop open and couldn't believe how many would be closed on Sunday and missing out on business until we found Done Right.

Tony and Jim have a customer for life!! Honest, clear and transparent. I have a Chevy Volt that…read moreneeded some work done on it. Jim trouble shot the issue, found the issue, and gave me the easiest and most cost effective solution. I was fully informed, and felt confident in their advice, and got my car back in no time. It feels great having a good, reliable and honest car mechanic that I can rely on. Highly recommend!

Thank you Tony and Jim from the bottom of my heart. You guys are awesome. An hour and a half from…read moremy hotel the coolant light came on. I pulled over and liquid was spraying everywhere over the engine. I added water, said a prayer, and endured a white knuckle ride along steep mountain roads with nowhere to pull over and no cell service. Thankfully I made it to the hotel in Gatlinburg where the rest of the coolant poured out of the car into the parking lot. I called Tony the next morning after checking out their reviews and he told me to drop the car off which I did at 10 AM. A few how hours later he had it diagnosed as a burned hole in a coolant hose caused by rubbing against the radiator due to poor design. I authorized fixing it and by 2 o'clock he had me back on the road for an extremely fair price. You do not want to pay dealer prices and these guys are very reasonable. I worked in a mechanics shop for 20 years so I know honest mechanics and Tony and Jim are it. If you have a problem with your vehicle in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville take it here. These are the guys to go to. I couldn't be happier. PS. Made it back to Florida after driving straight through for 12 hours with no problems. Thanks again guys.
