I've used this shop for years have a large business and several trucks that need serviced pretty regularly however after the last experience I don't think I'll be using them anymore the level of service was pathetic I dropped my truck off for what 3 days and I had a tire rotation and brakes put on when I get it back it's been every tire had different pressure one of them had a hundred over way over f****** capacity the front one was down to 30 lb in it and this was after a rotation not to mention the brakes for squeaking I don't even know if they changed them. And onto my trucks they got them lugs were on so tight that we couldn't get them off but not even with a 1 inch impact I mean God damn so I say f*** them and won't get no more of my business read more

Called David's about one month before we left FL. We are full time RVers and would be spending 2 months in TN. I actually spoke with David and he helped me with info on replacing 5 of my 6 5th wheel tires. (we had just replaced one due to a blow out). When we arrived I called and voila the tires were already there. Great install, everything went so smooth. He honored the tire price quoted 2 months prior. Let me start by saying that my wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for awhile now. we have always been happy. Until recently. My car was overheating. My wife rented a dolly from uhaul and we towed my car to David's. They replaced my water pump and noticed there was an oil leak around the timing cover gasket. So they replaced the seal and put a kit into the oil pump. There is where the problem started Ever time I started the car the low oil pressure light would come on and occasionally the alarm would come on. I took the car back a couple of times and nothing changed. I was told not to worry about it unless it starts making noise. I had made an appointment with another shop when my car started making alot of noise. Had it towed to the new shop and was told the engine was shot. Long story short, the new shop located an engine in a scrape yard. Now I am looking at $3500 plus to replace the engine. Will I ever go back to David's? Maybe. Will I ever forget this episode? "BUYER BEWARE" I should've never bought my Toyo AT3s from these people. They were quick to sell me the tire and got them on right away, of course they wanted the big money and they got it. They told me not to drive it without an alignment and they couldn't do it when they sold me the tire. My truck has been sitting for two weeks without driving it. When I came back to get the alignment, they treated me like a liar, it's clear all they care about is selling expensive tires. I will never come back and I will not recommend this company to anyone. I took my car to them to get a wheel off and replace a broken lug and put on a tire. The fixed the broken lug and left the tire in the trunk of the car I had to g to Walmart and get it put on. I also asked them to change out the battery cable terminals because they were loose and my battery kept dying, they did not change out the terminals and my wife just got stuck on the side of the road with a dead battery. I know its my fault for going back to them but my carrier bearing on my drive shaft came loose I asked if they could fix it and told them exactly what was wrong with it. They kept it for a week apparently driving it to see what was wrong with it, warped the driveshaft in the process then told me the transmission was bad and they couldn't fix it. I had the car towed to a transmission shop and they told me the transmission was fine and it was the carrier bearing and now the drive shaft that was damaged and had it fixed in less than a day. read more

-5 stars, go somewhere else. I have a chev 3500 and I'm getting ready for a long trip towing a camper so I go in for an alignment and wheel balance and after 3 hrs the truck is worse off than when I brought it in. They totally screwed up the alignment, they gave me the vehicle back with a crooked steering wheel. I asked them to balance ALL tires and they didn't even take off the 4 rear tires. [ its a dually ] They told me "the rears didn't turn out like we wanted so we're not going to charge you for them". BS, they didn't touch them, I didn't see any new tire weights. So after this mess I brought it to the dealer [West Chevrolet] and they tell me the tow was completely set wrong, all the way out. They reset that and no more crooked wheel. They also balanced the tires LIKE I ASKED THEM TO. Thank you Davids Tire for WASTING MY TIME and possibly causing me problems if I would not have gone somewhere else to fix your screw up. Oh and get this, the mechanic leaves a half eaten sandwich on my console. Now that's class Mr. David. read more
