Even better, not only were the initial quotes lower than the competition, the final invoices were lower than the initial quote. No bait and switch. I'd like to give a special shout out to my Service Advisor, Ashley Brumbalough. She was very empathetic and knowledgeable at the initial inspection, taking time to listen to our situation. She then followed up with me daily throughout the restoration process, keeping me updated on progress. When the repair was complete, she was there waiting for me as I inspected and picked up the car and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Ashley was so good on our first repair, I knew who I was calling on the second. I hope I don't need to see her in the near future, but I know who will get my first call if I need it.

Purchased extra hose and try not to turn wheels lock to lock. Given it's a custom piece and no one else has anything close I consider this currently a minor maintenance issue. Since I pull the wheels and do a brake check after every track day it's not much of a hassle to keep an eye on. New Apex wheels don't appear to have as much interference as the oem wheel. May be able to make further adjustment in the future. Braking consistency has improved dramatically so overall a great product.

What was supposed to be a two-week repair turned into over two months of delays, mistakes, repeat…read morerepairs, and frustration. I took my Tesla to Harper Collision only because Tesla referred them as the local preferred body shop after road debris damage. The original work included windshield and headlight replacement plus repainting multiple areas. The windshield caused a major delay because Harper didn't open a ticket with Tesla to investigate the shipping issue until I specifically asked them to. When I finally went to pick up the car, I immediately noticed unrepaired damage along the sides before I even got in. I reported it to Amy, which led to another estimate, insurance supplement, and more paint work. The car also still had residue and debris from the repairs and hadn't been properly cleaned. Manager Austin later called and was extremely defensive, shifting responsibility onto me instead of simply acknowledging the missed damage. He even checked security footage to confirm I hadn't driven away before reporting it. During the second round of repairs, they accidentally broke my driver's side window. They said no local Tesla location had one in stock, so I called around myself, found two in Chattanooga, and offered to pick one up. They declined; a window was later overnighted from Nashville. When I picked the car up again the paint was about 99% acceptable, and I was too tired to keep fighting over the remaining imperfections. But the problems still weren't over. The driver's door speaker hadn't been reinstalled correctly and was rattling, so I had to take it back in. On the drive home I discovered the cameras hadn't been properly calibrated, which affected the driver-assistance features and nearly caused an accident. Back to Harper again after that visit they returned the car still in Service Mode. I still occasionally hear what sounds like broken glass rattling inside the driver's door (presumably from the window they broke). At this point I'm too exhausted to take it back again. I would not recommend Harper Collision and will never trust them with another vehicle.

They did an amazing job restoring all the dents. They also cleaned and vacuumed my car better than Simoniz ever has. This was one of the few body shops in town to complete this type of work, and I think they did a great job. They also finished my car three days early. If your rent your car from Enterprise at Parkside Dr. you can just leave it at the shop for the rental place to pick up. My only beef is I think they can buff up their customer service. It was pretty busy when I took my car in, and after they surveyed it to assess damage not done by the hail they just handed me a sheet of paper with what happens next and told me to wait inside. I felt like I wasn't done with the car when Enterprise came to pick me up. I prefer more hand holding at the dealership. They also have a weird queue process because It didn't really work first come first serve. Besides the quirks I'll give this place a solid 4 for returning my car much better than how it went in.

Unfortunately, they weren't able to fit me in because of my tight schedule (totally not their fault) and their heavy workload, but it prompted me to go onto Yelp and leave a review anyway. I'm by no means a recent customer. I found my card they gave me for my warranty, and the install date was in April of 2012. My tint still looks like they just installed it yesterday, and I've done nothing to maintain it except maybe use the glass cleaner that says it's for auto glass. That's it. There's been no bubbling or peeling of any kind since it was installed. You can definitely trust their work here.

We reached out to Radioactive for a quote and the owner, Shaun, got back to us right away. We were given a day to make an appointment and an estimate for the work to be done. They were booking about 2 weeks out, which was fine for us. The night before our appointment, Shaun called me and confirmed that we were coming. The next day, we arrived and the car was quickly taken in. We decided to wait at the shop, as there is a small waiting area with about three chairs. We could see why they were booking out, people after people came in looking for parts and/or dropping off their cars. It took a little bit longer than expected, but we were totally fine with that. The results were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Everything was run through the car and there are zero wires showing. They were able to hook it up straight to the battery with the fuses kit we purchased. Highly recommend the team at Radioactive for anything car audio related. Also found out they do tinting in both carbon and ceramic, remote starts, alarms, custom subwoofer enclosures, and custom LED lighting. And even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on installation labor and tinting.

One of the convertible flaps was off and his comment was that is a factory defect, it was not a defect when it got there? . I actually showed him how to put it back on. This lack of caring is what I experienced the first time, now again the second time. The good news is the system sounds great and the back up camera works great, the window tint is perfect. I did experience the bait and switch on pricing from what I was quoted. They are great guys , very busy which is part of the problem I feel. In my opinion if they would slow down and put more emphasis on quality these little errors would not keep occurring as in my experience with them has shown. Make sure you get a quote in writing and make sure you take pictures of the interior and exterior before dropping off your vehicle. They still have not call with the missing parts to the car.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS! (TWO THUMBS DOWN!)…read more In my opinion, I would steer any consumer away from doing business with this vendor! I will outline several reasons why I have come to this conclusion in this review narrative. However, to avoid headaches and unnecessary stress, there are many other credible vendors in the area that do right by their work if something goes wrong. This business damaged my camper and charged me for empty hours doing minimal work with glue, two screws, and some grease. In other words, they were paid for doing almost absolutely nothing! They had my pop-up camper for approximately seven weeks with no major fixes to do! Yes, seven weeks! Nothing had to be taken apart and reassembled. As you will notice, the following list is quite simple. I had to CANCEL a camping trip I was looking forward to going with my family because this business claims "they could not find a part." I found the part and ordered it in 20 minutes. In other words, it was not that hard. When you read this company's response, there will be an excuse and explanation for every absence of thought, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct. I have provided visual evidence of understood tasks not completed. Each picture evidently shows what tasks this company NEVER completed and thus damaging the electrical socket as well. A mechanic knowingly forced a part that was not made for the electric plug because they did not replace both the plug and the encasement. I told this company to replace both the electric plug and the encasement I provided. These directions were again not followed! Therefore, this mechanic broke the encasement, not following directions. Therefore, of course, it broke! The following fixes were not completed as requested: 1.) Propane tank attachment pieces (and then thus testing that a tank be attached sufficiently). These part pieces were handed back to me. 2.) Plastic piece on bumper NOT reattached. A black plastic piece on the back bumper came off. I requested that it be reattached. This part was thrown away! 3.) The electric plug enclosure has been damaged, where it will no longer stay inserted into the electric socket cover while in transport (hence the duct tape). The operator even admitted that he tried to insert a new part that did not fit the enclosure. 4.) I asked said owner to replace the electric socket plug in addition to the compartment piece around it, which would have prevented him from damaging this part of the camper with a smaller plug size. This part was never replaced. 5.) The clamp on the right side of the storage compartment at the front of the camper was not fixed and/or replaced. 6.) Caulking the interior stripped woodwork was not completed. 7.) The left turn signal bulb was out when I picked up the camper. The mechanic did not replace this bulb or even bother to check all the lights beforehand. Before I picked up the camper, I spoke to the owner over the phone. He assured me all these tasks had been completed. That was not the case! Given the absorbent delay (seven weeks), the damage caused to my camper, and the tasks not completed, I have requested a full refund. This vendor has responded that several of these online negative reviews are fake. I am beginning to think these positive reviews are self-fabricated by this business. If you write a review for a business, no one utilizes their own valuable time to post fake reviews. These online reviews have legitimate names and associations to them. It is clear this business does not possess the expertise to work on older RV's or pop-up campers. If RVEE INC. gives me a full refund for work never completed, I will consider removing these one-star reviews. Please note this review is my opinion and personal experience with this company. However, visual evidence is convincing that this situation is seriously messed up! Again, in my opinion, I would strongly suggest staying away from this business!

I asked the man at the counter if doing those things was going to temporarily help with the cold air and he said yes. A lie. Come to find out because my issue is my compressor, recharging and adding more Freon was a total waste of time and money. That's $217 wasted on something I didn't even ask them to do. I imagine they won't be willing to refund me so all I can do is try to help someone else to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
