This included phoning a specialist at a different location, giving me updates (probably way too often), and allowing me to come by and pick up a car seat close to closing time. It really boils down to them truly understanding my situation and dealing with my anxiety around possibly have to take it to the dealer. They worked with my warranty company so all I had to pay was the deductible after they diagnosed it. I mean it when I say, there isn't a better repair shop in East TN, these guys have earned my business forever.

The parts we bought, were installed wrong causing me to have to buy more parts to repair it. Also, they kept a part from my car, without my consent, I had to call them and ask if they still had it. Luckily they did still have it! Bottom line, my car is currently with another shop getting repairs it needed to begin with and repairs to correct Pep Boys horrible work. Thousands of dollars in repairs, and thanks to this place, the bill just keeps climbing! If you value your car. Take it someplace else. ZERO stars if I could choose that!

Case in point: This morning I left the house at 7:00. Yesterday, it was snowing, and I was using my windshield wipers. So when I got home, the wipers were still in the "on" mode. But because it was below zero this morning, when I started my car, the wipers tried to do their job, but the drivers side was frozen to the windshield. Long story short, the drivers wiper failed, and only the passenger side functioned. I called Firestone and asked if they could repair it, or did I need to take it to the dealership? They told me to bring it in. Turns out it was an easy fix, and they DID'NT CHARGE ME!! They could have easily charged me for labor at least, and I would have paid, no questions asked. In my mind I expected it to cost no less than $100, and I was bracing for it. There's nothing better than hearing "No charge" when expecting an expensive fix. I love this place. Check 'em out! You won't regret it.

Bottom line they will try to bleed you for every penny.
