They gave me a quote for tires that included tax, mounting and everything that was HUNDREDS of dollars less than ANY of the other tire companies I contacted. Kirk ordered the tires for me without even knowing who I was and didn't ask for a deposit. The tires were there within 48 hours and on within a half hour of me bringing it to the shop. No surprises when I went to pay. The exact price that he had quoted me from the beginning. PLUS he told me to come back every 5,000 miles and they would rotate them for free!!! Incredible people here! Being a woman, I get nervous anytime I have to go somewhere new for vehicle repairs. But they are so kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy here! Especially the owner. He will make sure to do right by people which is becoming more and more difficult to find in any field these days. The one thing I would say to be aware of is; since they're so great, they are almost always packed. If you come in without an appointment, on your lunch break, or on a Friday then you're probably going to be waiting for quite some time. Me and my girlfriend who are students at UT went to Fleet Tire today with a tire leak and we were immediately tended to. They fixed it beautifully and it only took about 5 minutes for them to find and repair the problem. They didn't charge us for this, making this by far the best auto shop we have ever been to. I hope this review gets to more students seeing that it is one of the closest shops to campus while maintaining high quality. I will easily recommend this place to everyone I know! read more

I Have Been Buying tires from From Fleet tire for 20 Years not just for my Personal car but all of my Family ,I am a service Mgr this is where i sent all of our fleet vehicles, with that being Said they still Have the Best Price On tires, my problem now is i had new tires put on my car 2 weeks ago they scratched my wheels and Broke 1 of my tire sensors, i took it back to them and I voiced my concern and they kept telling me it was the tire pressure and reset it in which i had already done several times, They just Blew me off and had no concern i told them the sensor had got broken they insisted it was the tire pressure, everyday i got a sensor warning and had told them that after they reset it again, warning came on everyday so went to beaty chevrolet and told them what was going on so we pulled the tire down and found a broken sensor they want $230.00 to replaced the Broken sensor, My advice steer clear from these people the customer service is just like everywhere else now I wish i had gone to a higher priced tire shop because now after replacing the sensor it costed me more with fleet tire read more

I highly recommend this place. Great selection, fair prices, fast service, and super nice employees. I never felt talked down to or pressured into making any decisions. They put 4 new tires on and changed out my spare in about an hour while they had lots of other customers coming through. Second time, shame on me. Last time I went to purchase an oil change I was the first car there but they blocked me in and started working on a van. What should've been 40 mins turned into just under 2 hours of my workday wasted. Today I dropped my car off at 8am, was told there was one vehicle in front of me. I came back at 9:45 and they hadn't even started on it but they were clearly rockin' and rolling on other vehicles. Will not be back. I purchased $800 in new tires from them this summer, not that it entitles me to any special treatment, but maybe I thought I'd be considered a valued customer. Clearly that was a dumb assumption if you didn't even start on my car in an hour and 45 mins, on a workday nonetheless. Unacceptable.
