They priced it at $497, and when we told them we didn't have that much to spend because we already knew what was wrong and what it should cost us they told us it would still be 3 hours before our car was ready because they had to "put it back together" and the dude working on it was on a lunch break... so without even getting any service done they took 4 hours and charged us $119 just to tell us what the alleged "problem" was... they have no idea what they are doing and they are very rude and lazy.

Had car towed there was told the car ran good was ready for pickup. Tried starting car after paying 800.00, didn't start after they installed a STARTER SOLENOID. Ask some of the folks in halls.I know I was taken because I have put these car parts on in thirty minutes or less when I was younger and also the mark up on the Solenoid was 110.00 plus disposal fees. When they said you need a STARTER we can analysis it, that's when I had the car towed. This is a older vehicle,which was maintained by the previous owners perfectly. Being a older vehicle you would maybe think it would be easier for them. Also, these are in no way shape or form certified mechanics like the sign still says on the building,in my neighbors opinion. Not wanting to pay dealership prices, I found these people and took my car in for a minor issue. Also ask them to change the oil and check the fluid levels and basically just check the car over. I was very pleased with the service and the level of expertise. They look my car over gave me a very honest assessment of what was going on and what needed to be addressed both sooner and later. They did a great job of playing out what the vehicle needed in both the short-term and the long term. One thing I appreciate it very much was the fact they did not try and pressure me into any sort of repair at all and we're very honest about what was needed on the vehicle and what needed to be addressed immediately versus what needed to be deferred or could be deferred on down the road. they're waiting area is very very nice with things like water and coffee available free of charge. It's also very bright and nicely decorated. Something I appreciate it because I decided to wait for my vehicle to be serviced on the premises. Staff is really really nice and like I said they're extremely knowledgeable about what's going on and we'll be straight up with you. And for the price, you get excellent service and and honest assessment of what's going on. They are not the cheapest in town, but they're not the most expensive either. I think the value is there and really worth the money. One thing I need to note is that they have a policy of not allowing people to bring their own parts. Some people I noticed in the reviews are upset about this, I for one and not one of them. I understand that they want to know where the parts are source for, if they have a warranty or not, and I'm okay with that. I would highly recommend these people!

I dropped my truck off the following Monday before work and was able to pick it by the end of the week. They gave us a car so we could get around town a little while we waited. We were in and out in a few hours and our van was back all fixed up. Would definitely recommend these guys! We definitely had a pretty pricey bill at the end but that's expected with Mercedes, we felt like they took care of us and we trusted their expertise. We maybe would have questioned a few of the things they fixed prior to having all the work done, but either way we were VERY happy they got us in so fast and had the work done same day. Good manager, poor mechanics. 2 visits to this location. Visit 1- change all fluids in my 04…read morediesel Ford Excursion. Mechanic left cap or plug off the transmission. Leaked oil all the way home and had oil spread all over the underside of the truck. I noticed the puddle on the pavement when I got home. Turned around and took it right back. Fixed and washed. 2nd visit - truck died on the road had it towed here where they found it was a failed high pressure oil pump. They offered to also fix the rip in the side panel of the drivers seat. Pump was replaced, but didn't work, so they had to go back in and replace it again. Got it back after a week. When they handed the keys back, I noticed 2 things, the replaced leather seat panel didn't match. Terrible job there. The truck isn't a show truck, so not that big of a deal. But the "oh heck" handle on the drivers side had been ripped out and was just hanging there. Nobody noticed this on the test drive? Kidding me? The manager even drove my truck to the office for me. Didn't even put it in Drive. They replaced the handle with one from a parts truck they had right there and then. 2 weeks later I had a towing job to pull a tractor to Charlotte. Well, first time the turbo went over 15 psi, the turbo hose blew off. The mechanics didn't know they had clean and tighten the hose clamps after the oil pump replacement. Stranded me on the road for an hour waiting for the turbo area to cool down enough to slip the hose back on and limp it home. On the towing return trip, the truck overheated, found that I had lost 3 gallons of coolant over the trip. Reason? The mechanics didn't put a radiator clamp on the upper radiator clamp! Was slowing leaking coolant. The guys are so very incompetent. Stay away!
