They've done used vehicle inspections for me, worked with a third party warranty company to replace a transmission in one of our vehicles before, and generally just make this part of being an adult less inconvenient and challenging. We were also told the vehicle had been driven an excessive number of miles since the last visit, which is simply not true. When we questioned this, our concerns were dismissed rather than explained. In the end, the original problem was never fixed, yet we were still expected to pay. We felt misled and rushed off without a resolution. This was a frustrating experience, and we will not be returning. I would not recommend this shop if you're looking for honest communication and proper repairs.
