We brought our vehicle in to diagnose and fix a specific issue, but instead of addressing the problem, we were given inconsistent information and told the issue was caused by things that were never mentioned during the initial visit. We were also told the vehicle had been driven an excessive number of miles since the last visit, which is simply not true. When we questioned this, our concerns were dismissed rather than explained. In the end, the original problem was never fixed, yet we were still expected to pay. We felt misled and rushed off without a resolution. This was a frustrating experience, and we will not be returning. I would not recommend this shop if you're looking for honest communication and proper repairs. read more

We Came here today to get our tire patched - we were immediately greeted and helped ! We brought our tire around to the back and the guy took our tire immediately! I was going to give Three stars as the service was very slow but it's only because they had many other appointments in front of us - The next morning Brandon the service manager called apologized and was very kind - he explained they had several appointments and offered us a oil change and to refund us for the cost of a patch of which we respectfully declined his offer but I do think that was amazing he offered it ! I highly recommend this local small business as I feel like Brandon went above and beyond for us ! I also feel the cost to patch the tire was 100% reasonable ! read more

My revised review remains as poor* Good place to get ripped off and have your life put in danger. I've heard from multiple people who've been ripped a new one for literally no work being done to their vehicle. (Because afterwards they had it re-checked by a REAL mechanic.) I've even heard things about how high the markups are and the slimy negligence that occurs there. They almost killed me after a visit; my tie rod adjusting sleeve was left loose. * I was contacted by Brandon and was offered two free oil changes in response to my review. However, my opinion still stands. and I actually got more scary stories from two coworkers about their poor experiences with them.( Obviously they have done the work on my vehicle, as per the photos below. I have had satisfactory service for tires that I purchased, but auto repair is a different situation. I took my BMW (85K miles) for service on a loud noise in the engine compartment. After keeping it for a day they informed me they were looking for a new engine! They said they heard a noise in the engine with their stethoscope. Since I had no problem hearing the noise from 6 feet away I decided to take it to a BMW mechanic in Knoxville. Four hours later I had a new fan belt pulley and the car has been doing well ever since. Just in case, I had the oil analyzed on my next oil change and the report said it looked great. I called the owner told him my experience and even gave him the name of the Knoxville mechanic. I expressed my displeasure with a bogus analysis that I paid $60 for, but he defended the mechanics by saying he paid them a lot of money. He also said if I brought the car back in and they did not hear the noise with the stethoscope he would refund me the money. I wonder what that would have sounded like! The money was actually not my biggest concern. read more

Had some tires mounted and balanced. Well they were mounted but not balanced. So I figure no problem I'll go back at some point and have them rebalanced. It was early December, a very busy time of year for everyone so my priorities weren't to rush back in and get them balanced, and honestly being a small town and having a receipt I honestly didn't think there would even be an issue. Wrong, guy says since it's been 45 days and not 30 days that I would now have to repay them to have the service that wasn't done correctly the first time done. So I have no recourse other than to inform others to take their business somewhere with better people. Can't believe this was even an issue, shouldn't have been if it wasn't a garbage company Edit: doing work that was paid for initially but not done correctly is not doing work for free, it's actually just not stealing my money, the exact opposite of working for free. No where was it expressed, implied, on the receipt (still have it), or told to me that I had 30 days to bring it back. Why 30 days even matters is nonsense. They are tires that weren't balanced correctly, not tires that went bad after 30 days. The dense spots in tires don't change in 48 days, it's obvious they weren't balanced correctly and as I stated I simply came back in when I had a spare minute. Wasn't even the tiniest bit rude about it, just asked (and politely) for them to be rebalanced. I should be able to bring them back in and have them balanced if they weren't balanced correctly, again 30 days vs 48 days doesn't make a difference on whether tires were balanced correctly. Don't know what you think 18 days difference made. And as for the name didn't even notice it said Jack. I've had this app on my phone for years set it up for simply reading reviews and probably didn't want to give the app my real name. but never actually used it to do reviews. But this warranted it as I will now have to pay another company a fair amount to do the same job that was already paid for. I did not add to or take away any part of what happened so if you are not proud enough for our interaction to be made public then I guess you can see where we went wrong. I imagine a lot of companies would have taken the tires and the 10 minutes to rebalance them and sent me on my way. Which is why I did the review, so people can see what service I received and give their money to better people. read more

Went to Eagle to get some air in my tires. 1st time the guy said they didn't have time to do it, needed to give them 20 minutes because they were so backed up. Came back after lunch. Then this idiot tells me, he has to drive my car to figure out why my tires are loosing air pressure...duh, the outside temperature just dropped 20 degrees. I just need air in my tires. He tells me, "You should take your car somewhere else, we can't help you!" Thanks for wasting my time. These morons have no idea how sensitive the TPS is on a Mercedes. If they can't sell you something expensive they are not interested in customer service. Never going to give this place my time or my dime. read more
