In the morning, everything was put back together to include coolant lines the owner removed from one of his own vehicles. Who does that? Exceptional service for this day and age. The truck is a 2003 F350 with the 6.0 diesel engine and we were traveling from FL to MI. A wonderful place to break down. We were referred there by the local Ford garage.

We were also told the vehicle had been driven an excessive number of miles since the last visit, which is simply not true. When we questioned this, our concerns were dismissed rather than explained. In the end, the original problem was never fixed, yet we were still expected to pay. We felt misled and rushed off without a resolution. This was a frustrating experience, and we will not be returning. I would not recommend this shop if you're looking for honest communication and proper repairs.
