Always a favorite when I'm in a town that has a Donatos. One of the best chain pizza places out there.

New to the area so I'm choosing new spots each time I get food outside the house. Had a pepperoni pizza which came out pretty good. Food itself was like a 3 out of 5. It was good, but I've had better. Personally I would have liked it cooked just a few minutes more. I personally won't go back, but I'd eat it again if someone pays for it lol read more

Alexis was very friendly and helpful with gluten free options. My pizza was made in a timely manner and was delicious. I highly recommend cauliflower crust at Donatos! read more

Service was horrendous, waited for what felt like 45 minutes, because the manager and the blonde employee were lauging at their phones, ended up leaving without being helped than went to jets pizza and had wonderful serivce there, they will now be my go to for pizza read more

3 stars. The pepperoni pizza and serious cheese were great. Sauce is a bit on the sweeter side...almost too sweet IMO. The cauliflower wings were just so-so. The breading was soggy. We got the large serious cheese on a cauliflower crust...the kids didn't even know the difference. My issue here isn't with quality. It's value. Our "large" pizza was only a smidge larger than the personal sized pepperoni one. (See pic) 5 minutes is all it took for us to smash those tiny pizzas. I was counting on left overs for later tonight or tomorrow's snack. No ma'am. That's not happening. I liked that they have a drive-up window - that was super convenient. We may order another pepperoni pizza (or three) in the future. Honestly, I wish I had just grabbed some take n bake pizzas from the store because this was definitely only enough food for a snack. read more

We've loved Donatos ever since we lived in Cincinnati. Whenever we're near one, we'll usually get a meal there. As usual, we ordered a large pepperoni. Then, we decided to try the cauliflower spinach mozzarella. Everything tasted great. My only criticism is that the pizzas weren't hot enough. We stayed only five minutes from the store. And I still had to microwave my slices before eating them. read more

I ordered three pizzas for a birthday party. When I got home and opened the boxes, they were over cooked! Dried Cheese and burned crust ! My guests ate it but were equally disappointed. We all were so disappointed in the quality of the food. I won't be making the mistake of ordering from them again. read more

Ordered four pizzas, but only received three. We ordered a gluten free pizza and it was cold and served with hardly any cheese. The regular pizzas were burnt. The pizza was cut unevenly and just thrown in the box haphazardly. Our order was expected to be delivered at 2:15 but was not received until 2:27. Very disappointed. read more

Donato's Pizza on Olio is a great branch. What sets this Donatos apart is there friendly staff. No matter what time of day or night that you call they always have a friendly voice on the other end. And they back it up with a quick delivery. Of course they offer all the standards that Donatos Pizza is known for, my favorite is a thin pepperoni, if you're in the area you have to try them. read more

Donatos never seems to disappoint. Everytime I do I always get my pizza perfect and fresh. And the workers are amazing too, they are always so fast and polite. The manager Mykayla is always amazing to talk to as well! It feels almost like becoming a part of the family ordering from donatos, highly recommend!!!! read more

Always fresh and delicious. Something about Donatos pizza is just a step above the rest. For chain pizza, it hits the spot every time. Their cauliflower crust pizzas are the best around! read more

The doorbell rang. In the time it took me to walk to the door. The delivery guy put the pizza on doormat where people wipe their feet outside my door and was halfway down the driveway. Then after I gathered my food from the ground, the order was wrong. When I called the store, they seemed unconcerned that i was unhappy with my food being on the ground or that I expected the order to be right. This used to be a good store, but now it's being run by a bunch of guys who seem drunk or stoned. And don't waste your time calling to talk to a manager, they all seem to be "managers". read more

great food, great staff. love the consistency in the product. one of the only locations with a fountain machine and a nice dining room :)

Ordered delivery and the pizzas arrived very fast. The pizzas were still hot. Did not give 5 stars because we did not receive any paper products or extras (red pepper flakes, parm cheese, etc ) read more

My family loves their pepperoni pizza! Great food and very friendly staff!! Our food is always ready whenever we pick it up we never have to wait! read more

Not only do cheese sauces come in a 2oz cup now not 3, but when you pay $2 extra for extra cheese cups and they all fit into one that's terrible. Ripped off. 3 cups fit into 1. read more

This store has excellent customer service. I've always been met with respectful and extremely helpful employees, and the breadsticks are a must have! You can taste the quality of the ingredients used in their products. read more

Great pizza!! I loved the pizza here, one of the best in town. Thanks, good experience overall!!

Quick and delicious!!! Conveniently located with a drive thru window if desirable and the pizza is one of my favorites in the area! The customer service is awesome too! They accidentally made our pizza wrong but quickly resolved it :) read more

Excellent service and awesome food! Lot of options to place an order that gives flexibility and my personal fav is the hot-chicken pizza and take their special think crust that makes the taste much more tastier ;) read more

Delivery was 20 minutes late, i call the store and the manager tells me the delivery driver just returned to the store and they stood at our door for 5 minutes knocking. 1st there is no way that is true as we are home waiting on the delivery. 2nd they tell me they called the # and there was no answer, again we are home and there was no call. Manager then says we will have to be put at the end of the delivery orders and it will be another 35 minutes. i don't appreciate being made to pay and wait for someone else's mistakes. They said nothing else could be done even though we have already waited over an hour for our food...i rarely order donatos and now i remember why read more

My favorite pizza. The big benefit is their willingness to fix an issue. My pizza showed up all over from sliding around in a car; when I called, not only did they send me another pizza in 20 minutes, but refunded me my money. Can't beat a place that willing to correct their messups. read more

The food was okay (the pizza was kind of cold) and the employees are all so rude! The delivery man was not very friendly and acted like it was a hassle to deliver pizza to me and the guy who took my order over the phone when the online ordering wouldn't work was rude and impatient when asking me all that was needed to place my order. Overall I don't know that I'll order from this location again. read more

It's strange how variable the ratings are for the restaurants in this pizza chain!? However, speaking strictly about this specific location, my wife and I have always had a positive experience! To the point that we miss the pizza here, when back in our regular home city of Los Angeles! The pizzas always come with generous toppings, covering the dough from edge to edge! I guess what I'm trying to say is, that the high level of consistency here is simply unbelievable for a pizza chain type restaurant!! And the service has also always matched the high quality of the pizza!!! The staff has always been friendly, and courteous! Keep up the good work, and here's to wishing that someday Donato's expands to the west coast! read more

Good pizza for a Chain. don't forget to ask for your coupon...

Great pizza with lots of good toppings. Had a 30% off email coupon for pick up and order was ready exactly when they estimated.

I have not been disappointed by a pizza from here yet. It's always been delicious and hot. Bread sticks are good but not great. I like their specialty pizzas. read more
