Honestly, not impressed at all came here to get a little snack while my mother use the restroom. I ordered her a poke bowl. The lady would only accept cash payment at the register. Otherwise you have to use a card payment at the kiosk didn't like that at all... Then as I'm ordering the poke, I would like to go down the line, but they do it like they want you to place all your toppings and order right then and there you don't get to go down the line and choose toppings and pick them out as you're looking at it so I had no idea what the toppings even look like before ordering so then I get to the topping as I'm watching her make the order and the toppings look weird. They did not look enticing. The crab salad was just shredded crab and the tuna and the salmon just looked really odd. I will not be returning back to this restaurant and not only that they're stingy with the sauce. They only give you two sauces in small containers at that or they charge you extra. I'm sorry but for $15 and some change I think we should get whatever sauce and how much sauce we want on the side or on our bowl it doesn't matter as a paying customer sauce does not really amount too much and then there was nobody in there so yeah, that should tell you something.

I've heard about this chain and have wanted to try it since I was in the area. I tried to order through their online app but wasn't able to get it through. I tried to call but no one would pickup. Since we already decided on what to order, I made the drive out there anyway. Once I got to the restaurant, For covid purposes, you have to order on their tablet. I ordered the beef rice dish, a poke bowl, and half and half chicken wings. The highlight of the meal was the chicken wings. I got the half spicy soy garlic and soy garlic. Very crispy and flavor was great. Definitely gives Bon Chon a run for their money. I was also surprised to receive such a nice bag for take out. The beef rice dish was okay. The meat was flavorful but the pairing of the red ginger you would eat with sushi doesn't make sense. The bowl was 90% rice with very little beef. I didn't think this was worth what they were charging for it. The poke bowl was given decent reviews by the wife. It wasn't memorable in her opinion. I don't think I'd go out of my way to eat here again. This place was alright.

Great ramen and boba. Also got the wings and they were crunchy and good. Tables are distanced so feels safe. No wait. Good for kids too. Casual dining.

After a long day of our active family vacation at the Great Wolf Lodge, eating pizza, tacos and other quick hand held foods, I was craving some ramen. Thanks to fellow Yelpers, I found this place to be one of the very few in the area. I got the tonkastsu ramen with pork. It was a nice mild flavor broth, with 3 slices of pork, corn, soy sauce braised egg, and edamame. I liked it bc the noodles were cooked just right, and soup was a nice comfort food hot. I also got a Thai Milk tea. It was just a little more watered down then what I'm used to, but still very refreshing and went perfectly with my hot steaming bowl of ramen. The staff are nice and friendly. I also liked that they have a bunch of board games for me and my 7 year old son to play with while we got a chance to get away from the all the hustle and energy of the water park, etc.. I'm so happy and so surprised to find this little gem of a place amongst all the touristy restaurants. We had a nice time there playing games, relaxing and enjoying great food.

I love Domoishi! I visit this location at least twice a month and the poke bowls are always delicious. The fish and veggies are fresh and the portions are generous, even if you order on Doordash. One of my favorite quick-service spots in Williamsburg.

Domoishi, née Yamachan, 21.05.17: French Fries. New, but not improved. Gone are the Paprika, and the holes for ventilation.

I was disappointed earlier this week when I got Bubble Tea (Taro) and French Fries to go. Bubble Tea was excellent, as before, but the Fries were just ordinary Fries. No Paprika, and the box they were in was not as well ventilated as it was last year. Also, the POS machines were frustrating. There are two of them. The one on the right is so wobbly that I needed 2 hands to use it. Also, possibly because I have fingertips made of ice, touching the screen gently is not enough. I have to pass it hard, poke it, or whatever to let it know what I want. And there is generally not an employee nearby to help. In the future, I believe, when I want Bubble Tea I'll go to Pho 79.

What a fabulous addition to Williamsburg! Prior to this opening, there was no place for fruity bubble teas at all and nowhere for bubble tea with a welcoming, casual atmosphere. The pink wings mural as you walk in is the perfect Instagram stop. We had the taro tea and a custom creation with fruit and honey. Everything about this place was five stars except the taro tea. Honestly, it was just not good- very chalky. The fruity tea was amazing and all their add-ins were sweet and fresh. The prices are also the same or cheaper to everywhere else you can find bubble tea in Williamsburg. Food wise, we ordered wings, because the ramen bowls looked huge and we weren't that hungry. We got an order of a dozen wings- half classic flavor (garlic soy) and half spicy (garlic soy kimchi). They weren't kidding about the spice factor! These crispy tiny wings were amazing. Ordering a dozen for $12 was actually a lot of food, because they actually gave us 24 smaller wings. The fries weren't anything fancy but they were well seasoned, too. I totally recommend stopping by for more than just a drink!

Poke bowl ^_^ definitely not like home (Hawaii) but I really enjoyed it ^_^

Update: so apparently the free drinks are given selectively. I was lucky that they offered me the free drink of the day with my take out twice. BUT when my husband went they said it was only for their dine in guest. He swears that they gave the ppl before him the free drink and they also did take out. My husband isn't vocal and I feel that it's so rude of them to be selective that way. STAY CONSISTENT. I'm from Hawaii and I haven't found to many foods that I can say that I enjoy fully. Domoishi's poke bowl is definitely not like home. BUT i did enjoy the tuna (ahi) it taste really fresh ^_^ they also give you a free drink which was really nice ^_^ the ramen was good to ^_^ and Best of all the staff is friendly ^_^

I wanted to rate lower for lackluster service and in my opinion not very good value. Rated higher for pretty good food and interesting atmosphere. Was not greeted when we went in on a Saturday afternoon. There were only a few other people there but it looked more empty because of how large the space was. No smile and no hello from the lady at the register. She seemed to just kind of wait there looking down, didn't even really respond when we greeted her. Poke Bowls weren't available or at least not advertised so we ordered tonkatsu ramen with shrimp and miso ramen with chicken, an appetizer order of shrimp tempura, and a large jasmine bubble tea to share. Our total was $40 with a tip! Seems a little steep but I read the portions were large so I wasn't terribly upset. Bubble tea was okay. Took 20+ minutes for the food to come out. I have no problem with picking up my own food and clearing it away but I wouldn't leave a tip again if we ever return since they don't deliver your food or clear anything... they kinda just stand around? I never saw any server leave behind the register to clean or check on guests. Self service isn't a negative for me, just don't expect a large tip. Shrimp tempura was a complete ripoff. It was advertised as coming with 3 shrimp, so for $6 I was expecting large shrimp. Pathetically small and average. Horrible value on that appetizer. Ramen bowls were large and well portioned. We enjoyed both of them. Environment was disjointed. Loud pop music, sports games on the various TVs, modern decor, board games and tables for a "lounge" type vibe. I like all those aspects separately but together made for a jumbled aesthetic. TLDR: Ramen good. Don't order shrimp tempura. Service nonexistent.

I've had ramen in Va Beach and in New York ... this place can hold its own considering its local.... good portion for price ... atmosphere is wide open and everything feels trendy .... will probably be a staple for our family. Price is. 4star Food is 4 Atmosphere is 3 Service was a Update: 1/20/19 This time the service was seriously lacking, no greeting and not one smile on any face .... the food was off from last time ... the drinks were flavored either weaker or stronger than last time depending on which one we chose but in no way consistent. The food took a LONG time to come out about ten min after the people in front of us but then came out WITH the people behind us ...the dish seemed rushed to put together and the side dish from before with seaweed and shumai wasn't included... meaning we spent more and got less and everything seemed way off from our original visit.... I will call it up to new people maybe but if this was a first visit we wouldn't be back and I'm dropping my 4 star review to 2 until it returns to form

After eating in several ramen restaurants in both the US and Japan finding an authentic, great tasting Ramen shop is hard to do in the US. This establishment is very tasty! From their Boba Teas to their Miso Ramen this place kills it. Definitely eat here. Don't wait, go now! Great atmosphere, great food, good portions.

Understandably during Covid there are restrictions but they do not allow customers to use their restroom even though you can dine in.

Parking in the front is only 10 min pick-up but there are parallel spots down the block for an hour. Staff is friendly but not much interaction besides over the counter and most of the orders here seem to be for to-go. For the price and portion size, food is good. Sushi is just okay, i've had more quality rolls with a lot of different fillings for the same price. Yakisoba is very good with the yum yum sauce especially the beef which is tender (my family really liked the yakisoba and I assume the hibachi and chahan is probably just as good). The atmosphere: It's a small restaurant best suited for small groups, though there are a few tables that can accommodate larger parties. You order at the cashier and they bring the food to your table. There's also a self-serve drink station, and they provide free water cups that you can refill. The food: We started with the takoyaki and chicken karaage. The takoyaki was good, but fairly standard. The chicken karaage portion was generous, and the pieces were large. The coating was lighter than what I'm used to, which kept the chicken juicy, but it did make it a bit oily. I also wished there was more seasoning in the chicken or batter since I ended up relying on the spicy mayo sauce quite a bit. For my entree, I ordered the pork katsu with rice and tonkotsu sauce. It was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. I also would've preferred a slaw instead of just a few pieces of lettuce. Portions overall were big, and the dishes are definitely shareable. The service: Service was touch-and-go, very much a fast-casual setup.
