He took a pic of the pool from outside the pool area and sent me an email with the pic, all services he supposedly performed and pool readings all without entering the pool area. I called Frank to let him know his technician lied about the services performed. He responded saying he was aware and the technician didn't service the pool because he thought the dog was in the yard and planned on returning the following day. If that were true why send me an email stating all the services he performed, including adding chemicals, along with false pool readings instead of sending an email saying he would return the next day because he was unable to service the pool. Better yet knock on the door and save a trip. My dog wasn't even in the yard. I cancelled the service since Frank just made excuses for his employee. Frank did apologize and came himself to service my pool the following day instead of his employee. I wasn't going to write a review until I received yet another bill for service 3 months after cancelling. Sent an email telling them to stop since they are not servicing my pool. Didn't work. Another reason for cancellation is my pool walls were turning greener week after week. I had to point this out when it should have been noticed by the technician servicing my pool weekly and taken care of. I also had black algae forming along the walls and steps. I only know of this one time that service was not performed and lied about doing it. The condition of the pool makes me wonder if this was not the first time. They serviced my pool on two weeks and they billed me for a month of service. The pool cleaning lady came out and did not even have experience with the equipment, cleaning person told me that my salt balance is off and asked her to are you going to adjust the the machine and she said that she does not know how to work it. I texted Seth and he said he does not all employees know how to adjust it and they all do a different job and not all have experience that is all in text. Then how are they going to keep my salt water adjusted properly. They do not send someone else to do it. Also there communication is terrible I texted Seth on few issues like some repair and replace a pump. Did not answer me till a few days after and said that he is sorry and but he is to busy and was not able to get to me. The future with this company would have been a disaster no experience for the employee with machines and equipment and bad communications. Also after two weeks not happy with service Seth says he is sticking me with the one year contract and trying to force me with 1800.00 dollars. Do not sign contract because they can give you terrible service and try to stick you with contract. He threatened me with the lawyer of suing me instead of trying to make matters better. However your excuse of being unable to fix the issue is insufficient. On the initial service it was clearly stated which parts were replaced and the reasoning was communicated to the serviceman. If anything it should've helped the diagnosis as the heater had multiple problems that I replaced. Jandy did not troubleshoot with the technician during the visit. The service call went past 5 and the technician said they were closed. He said he would email them and get back to me which he didn't until I reached out to him. Transformer was melted and shorted the board which was replaced. Igniter and sensor was broken and was replaced. I don't think replacing these obvious issues should throw off your diagnostics. If anything if these things weren't replaced it would've caused a longer diagnostic process, multiple service calls and delay waiting for parts. It got to a point where I ran out of ideas and that's why I relied on your 15 years of expertise and was disappointed with the outcome, especially since the issue was something fixable

We started by cleaning out the tub, and then I contacted Dave (based on his online reviews). Dave was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done re getting new wiring put in and he was able to order a new filter and a weirdly missing part of the filter attachment (with very little paperwork to go by)! Nothing in my world is ever easy - for example: 1 - The new electrical wasn't done correctly (by someone else, not Dave) and Dave was able to communicate with the electrician to get things sorted. 2 - The spa store ordered the wrong part (no fault of Dave's) and he helped me to sort that out as well. Justin responded within minutes and after speaking briefly on the phone setup an appointment for a tech to come to my home in red bluff two days later. Trent arrived Wednesday morning ready to tackle the problem. He spent an hour patiently troubleshooting all possibilities. He was competent and thorough. He didn't mind me hovering a bit so as to learn what I could while he worked. He took the time check each different component as they kept checking out OK. He could have gave up and tried shotgunning parts I guess but didn't. Eventually, using a pressure manometer he found the incoming gas pressure was too low to initiate firing up (Even though you could smell the gas when it tried to fire up). Walking back to the side of house near the PGE gas meter we found a second shut-off valve (there is a shut-off valve at the heater) that had PARTIALLY gotten turned. Problem solved. After years of ill-feelings from my experience with pool contractors in general it was great to find Executive Pool & Spa. Promptness, knowledge, integrity, courtesy all get an A+ from me.
