We hired him to do a major remodel of our home; extending the front of our house out approx. 8 feet, adding a covered front porch, and completely remodeling the kitchen from scratch to include removal of a wall to create an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. Depending on what needed to be done, Bob had the necessary crew on hand and oversaw the entire project, but our main guys were Kyle and Drew. They were awesome and so great to work with! They too were customer service oriented. As with any remodel project, there are always things that come up and changes that happen, and they were patient, knowledgeable and hard working. Our home looks and feels wonderful! We have had numerous people walking and driving through the neighborhood stop by and complement the house and ask who our contractor was. They did a great job! Enrique Arzate was recommended by a close friend and by my sister. He came at the appointed time and pointed out some repairs he felt needed doing. Some I knew about, but the severe dry rot at our bay window was not one of them. The house required hours of scraping and sanding. He joked that it was the first time he ever spent a full week using just two tools. A scrapper and a sander. They were steady workers. Here every day at 7:30. Only took lunch breaks and never stopped working. At the end, we had added the removal and replacement of the damage garage door and installed a cat door in it, same for the front storm door less the cat door, removed and old flood light and installed a front floodlight motion sensor. All that added work was only $1500 more than the original quote. The work was excellent as was their craftsmanship. I wish I had before pictures, but only pictures of the finished product. They are the best.

Johnathan is doing a great job handling the family business after his dad passed a few years ago. It's taking him time to keep it all going. He was very busy but communicated well and was a perfectionist in all the little details. I highly recommend him, although he had a poor review recently. Josh did a terrible job at framing out the shower, the shower pan placement was improper and would have led to flooding, the wall patching was cheap and not done using drywall, the plumbing was not placed properly, the tiling was improperly placed; not aligning with the plumbing, the thinset was showing through.
