We set out to remodel our home two years ago and kept running into…read morecontractors, build to suit guys etc...who promised the world but when it came time to present a bid were full of hot air. Everyone except Jay- He walks the walk and talks the talk- Hard as it seems to believe there is an honest person who does what they say and stays true to their word but we found him! - We'd been down so many paths and became so discouraged over the months leading up to working with Jay that we were not sure if building was ever an option. Jay laid out the cost of our project and never once exceeded his quoted price. Everyone that I have ever talked with says plan on spending an extra 20% of whatever your budgeted plans are- Not here! He showed up to work each and every day without fail and went above and beyond our expectations of craftmanship and quality. He added some amazing touches to our home that were not on the plans and just made it happen ! His connections within the trade saved us so much money and we are so happy to now call him a friend! I could go on and on about Jay, his work and his passion to please his customers but I'd need to write a book. The bottom line is while all of this seems to good to be true and we were really wary after our previous experiences, it is not. He is the real deal and you will not be disappointed or left hanging in the wind. He comes with an honest outlook and a sincere attitude with his ultimate goal of pleasing the customer. Adding a bathroom and Rec room on the home we planned to stay in until we found our current home. Which brings us to #2. Tony and his fabulous team renovated our current home which we plan to raise our children in. Everything about it is exactly what and how we wanted it. Tony seemed to be in sync with our wants, style and needs as well as being very open and honest with pricing and things he thought needed to be done. For our first project with Tony we were living in the house as he worked. Every morning he texted before he arrived and made sure our children were awake prior to knocking or working on anything! I was completely blown away. There were multiple times he had his crew help me while I was bringing up groceries! For our second project Tony actually did multiple walk throughs with us prior to signing the papers and making an offer. We have been living in our new home for 9 days and completely loving it! If you are looking for a contractor who you can trust and want great work Tony is your guy! All of his sub contractors were great too! We are already planning another phase of renovations when it's time Tony will be my first call.

We just bought the house and at the time, didn't know the roof needed to be replaced, which they told us about when they got here. I asked for a quote to replace the roof, and being in construction my entire career, I was dismayed when they went out to their truck and came back with a number written on the back of their business card. No materials specified, no questions I had were adequately answered, see attached business card quote. Id never accept this as a valid quote. I spoke with the office today (owner's wife, also says she was owner) and she talked over me, wouldn't listen, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company for anything. She said she pulled two guys off a job and drove 2 hours to get to Redding from Red Bluff (?) And I told her then she should not have taken the job. Regardless, the unprofessionalism from start to finish is actually surprising.
