I have to say that the service at Dominos in Windham was very very very rude! I placed an order at 6:11pm and 30 minutes later they had not even started to prepare it. They told me it would be 1 1/2 hrs before they would start preparing. What? Really? I asked to cancel the order. She said "your cancelled" and slammed the phone down in my ear. They have gone down hill big time and I will never order from them again! read more

WOW. We have been ordering here for years but never have I had such a terrible phone call. I don't care who you are or what your day has been like, when you are in customer service its "Service with a smile". Unless a bomb is going off, or you just had your arm burned in the oven over there, try being NICE and POLITE. I could literally hear the "woman" rolling her eyes at me(being honest here, she sounded like an eighteen-year old with poor work ethic). If you cannot handle phones ringing, and people walking in through the front door, while breathing then this job clearly is not for you: Me: "Hi, I'm calling to check on my delivery order." Female untrained CSR: "Yeah well, we have one driver so it will be 45 minutes". Me: "Ok, but its been an hour already." CSR: "Yeah, like I said we have one driver so it will be 40-50 minutes, we have four new deliveries to put in." Hmmm, I'd put mine in at 11am for a 12:30 delivery; its past 1:00pm now.... Me: "So how long will it be?" CSR: *sighs loudly* "15 to 20 more minutes". For the record, don't use "yeah", or "like". Smile into the phone- it makes a difference! Remember, the person calling your WorkPlace, is YOUR paycheck, try not to tell them the same thing over and over (in the same manner) as if they are wrong. If they are repeating themselves then YOU misunderstood their question/problem, or YOU didn't provide an understandable answer. read more

Made an order at 5pm, the app said the wait time would be an hr and ten minutes. A little long but no problem. At 7pm I called to see how much longer it would be. They hadn't even started making it an hr after the delivery time, it was going to take at least another hr! I canceled the order and I asked them to stop taking orders when they have to many. That dip shit pizza maker told me "if you don't like it don't call Dominos" Oh I'll be calling Domino's, first thing in the morning to speak to the owner. I'd just like to know if they can't do it, it's not their fault for being to busy or short staffed but that response is BS & I'm sure the owner wouldn't appreciate it. read more

Really not that bad. We ordered from the app and our order was right on time. I had to wait a bit when I got there but they were slammed. It was hot and fresh - literally came right out of the oven. None of the local pizza places are open past 9pm so Dominos got our business! The staff were running around and did a good job. read more

So, my boyfriend and i order from Dominos fairly often, the food is always great and arrives in good time. with that being said i would just like to say Amanda, one of the delivery drivers, is the most wonderful woman we've ever had deliver to us. she's forgotten a couple of things, a 2 liter of Sprite of which she went to the Irving across from Cumberland Farms and bought one with her OWN money. tonight it was just a couple garlic dipping sauces, and she went back to her store and brought them back for us. she has gone above and beyond for us and it is so appreciated. this woman deserves a raise and a praise. read more

Will never order here again. Honestly i love the food but i have been fed up with missing items opon arrivel and finally called back to see if i could get a replacment. I was then told the item i orderd DID NOT come with the souce and everyone has simply been making it wrong for the last few years as i have been ordering the same fucken sandwich forever. So thank you for whoever was makeing it before you're the best. With full understanding of the chaos COVID-19 causes, there is still no reason to send out food to customers looking like this. These photos do not do justice but, if you look closely, this Philly cheese steak sandwich has (LITERALLY) five pieces of thin-shaved steak, four green pepper slivers, and a tiny bit of mushrooms, onions and cheese. The bread here is hand cut, and as you can see, whoever cut this, cut a paper-thin layer off the bottom and made the top half over an inch thick. For 7 or 8 dollars, I pretty much just paid for bread. I don't know what the reason for the outcome of this sandwich was but hopefully they take their time and make it how they would eat it and pay for it going forward. We've had pizza there a few times. The pizza was good but the customer service left much to be desired. They messed up an order, which can happen anywhere, no big deal, but because I had paid thru PayPal I was told they couldn't put a credit on our PayPal account. We were told a credit would be put on our Dominos account but when we went to order again at a later date it didn't happen. The amount of money wasn't huge but the confusion around a resolution was annoying, and we never did get a refund for the item we didn't get. read more

This place can never be consistent with their pizzas. Sometimes you get great pizzas sometimes like today you get garbage! When I called to complain I asked for a supervisor. The man expressed he was manager. I went on to say my problem. They charge extra for pan crust. We ALWAYS order pan crust. What we received was very thin crust. He said I personally made those pizzas and they are the pan crust. I expressed I order the same order almost weekly I know their pan pizzas He says " let me get the manager" I said I thought you were the manager? A woman comes to the phone I go through my problem again. She said I'm the manager, I said he just told me he's the manager! She goes on to say "I made those pizzas myself" I said wait a minute he just told me he made the pizzas. She said well he put them in the oven for me. One lies and the other one swears to it. These pizzas we got today is GARBAGE and we wasted our money! read more

I love this location. They are always prompt and the food quality is stellar! I order from them whenever I don't have time to cook and they're pizza and whatever else food I choose comes to me hot and fresh. The delivery guys or gals are awesome; rain, hail, sleet, or snow--they'll show up on time. read more

As far as Dominos goes this place is pretty solid. Speedy delivery and they don't screw up orders.

I just ordered two breadbowls for delivery because well I didn't feel like cooking. It looks like I will be cooking after all because my food is cold and doughy. It was also spilled all over the box.
