    Italian sandwich
    Emily H.

My family has a lake house up here and it is ALWAYS a requirement to get an Italian sandwich from Low's. I come from New York where Italian sandwiches are king. These are one of a kind. I personally love the touch of the pickles. It is absolutely amazing. The sandwiches are massive and do not cost that much. At Low's there can be a line, but they all seem to be there for these sammys. Wish I could have these more often than just once a year.

They stopped serving food in the evenings. Was super convenient for our family after practices. Sadly disappointed.

The Bergamo is a must as well the sauce you see in my pictures is a Balsamic Reduction they have put on it it is kinda messy but extremely good we are adding it to the once a week list now staff is extremely friendly, efficient and consistent with everything they do make sure to tip them this is well worth it even if it is just delivery and take out! This is a quiet little pizza joint behind the 7-11 in Springvale 5 out of 5 Stars! If this place sticks to its roots and continues what they are doing this place can grow to be huge! Good Job at everyone there and thank you for your ambition and creativity in the Pizza World!

The ambiance is horrific with cob webs and darkness. The gentleman that took out order was rude and had a negative attitude. We had to sit in our car because of the situation. The food finally came out and was disgusting!!! My chicken sandwich was some sort of Sysco chicken clam strips that were low quality to the FULLEST... My friends pizza was burnt and tasted like cleaning chemicals. On the top of his pizza was a lake of grease. When picking up the food the clerk's hands were pitch back and he was full of filth. When we left we had to find a way to destroy this food. My friend told me about the horrific bathroom experience he encountered. The bathroom was nasty with a huge hole that you can almost throw a baseball threw. Please let all know that the Fat Kid is a Bad Kid

As I've moved up to Aroostook County, Maine, ive had some of the worst pizza ive ever had up there so on a recent trip back from CT, I searched out "New Haven style pizza in Maine" and "Fire & Ice Maine popped up so I tried it today! The service and people working there could not be nicer and when they knew I was from Connecticut, we really got into the nuances of what makes it great. I actually met the owner on my way out and he could not be nicer, telling me all of the places he's been to and worked at in the New Haven pizza area of Wooster Street. So I got in my car and opened up the box and was pleasantly surprised to finally see a pizza even look like New Haven. After biting into it, it was addicting! No flop, an "8" on the undercarriage and cooked right on top! The sauce was very close and it was crispy too! The only thing off and this is REALLY being picky was the chewiness but again, this is really being picky! Overall, a 4.8 on a 5 star scale and THEE BEST NEW HAVEN APIZZA is. MAINE to date! I would drive 2 hours to get this pie! Great service, great pizza and the price was reasonable too!

Very different from Greek, New York and New Haven style pizza. Deliciously different from what we usually get in Portland. We ordered online but ate in the restaurant. The service was very good, friendly and knowledgeable. We had the Margarita pie and the Sausage and Broccoli Rabe pie. My husband is a pizza snob and he LOVED the broccoli rabe pie. Both pizzas were cooked perfectly with generous amounts of cheese. The margarita pie had just the right amount of basil. But the star of the show for us was the sausage/broccoli pie! We had never had broccoli rabe on a pie before. The broccoli rabe was tender, well seasoned, and had a floral note to it, the crust was chewy with just the right amount of char and the sauce added just the right acidity. The only thing we felt was lacking (slightly) was the sausage. It was so mild that you almost couldn't taste it. It was cooked well and no gristle at all - just lacking that sausage flavor that you expect when you order sausage on your pizza. Regardless we would and WILL order it again. We will definitely be back and strongly recommend Coletti's if you are in the area. If Coletti's is looking to expand - please come to Portland!

Also, the shape is terrible - too thick and puffy on the outside and too thin and flimsy closer. It's impossible to pick up a slice. I was very excited due to the hype, but when it arrived we were disappointed.
