Okay, I was a little skeptical on the concept of this place, but I've gotta say I enjoyed this pizza way more than I was anticipating. I'm not a good decision maker so the whole assembly line of choices, starting with the base and ending with toppings, was both exciting and a little overwhelming for me. I've ordered pizza a million times but seeing everything laid out in front of me had my questioning what combo I actually wanted. That's a me problem, not a Blaze problem. The gentleman at the counter was very patient and happy to explain the pricing levels to me. I settled on a pesto base with onion, tomato, basil and roasted garlic cloves for my "build your own", which comes with 5 toppings! My son will only eat cheese so it's always a treat when we can get individual pizzas and I get what I actually want. YAY! I decided to get an 11in for him for like $3 more than the much smaller kids size. Leftover pizza is never a bad thing. Much to my surprise, as promised, both pies really were done in record time. They were both thin crust and cooked evenly. No complaints all around for me. I would definitely eat here again. read more

Our pizza was made so quickly (less than 5 minutes from ordering) and was honestly a lot better than we expected! We ordered off the menu, but you can choose to build your own as well, with several options from types of crust to sauces (They had protein crusts as well as gluten free cauliflower crusts, in addition to normal) Pizza was hot and ingredients tasted fresh! The service was great and we had a really nice time overall. read more

Interesting concept. The pizza was different, but it wasn't terrible. It was cooked and not burnt. Very thin crust that was a little too floppy, but overall I enjoyed the flavors of the pizza. And it came out fast! There were a ton of staff members however only 3 seemed to be working. The rest were chatting amongst each other. They seem to be in decent moods, but I wouldn't say were "welcoming". The person taking orders smiled and took our order. The person that cashed us out, was nice enough. The dining room was not clean. There were several pieces of trash on the floor and pizza debris on the tables that were open. I was a bit surprised given how many staff members were just standing around chatting and not physically doing any work. We cleaned off our own table and sat down. But again, trash at our feet, is not a great experience. Now I can say I finally tried Blaze Pizza. read more

Had a work event here and tried the pizza for the first time. I was happy with what I got. It's cool cause you can go through the line like chipotle and pick whatever toppings you want. I made a white sauce chicken pizza and it was very good, and it comes out fast. I also brought home some cheese bread sticks and they were good. I got the thicker crust and I loved it. The service was super friendly and they were very nice to host the chamber event. If I want quick pizza I'll be back. read more

The wife and I stopped in here after going to see the Christmas lights in Cumberland. This place just opened yesterday and we were very impressed with the service, the friendly folks serving and cooking, the promptness and the speediness of cooking our half pepperoni and half extra cheese flatbread and it was delicious. The ambiance was pretty good but there is not a lot dining area except some tables and chairs to eat and scoot. Cool and unexpected thing was the fact that you could also order beer here with your pies. I saw an Austin st can and someone rocking a miller lite. This place is like a pizza subway with options and toppings and walking down the line to pick your pleasure. We will definitely be back. read more

Social media explosion- Blaze Pizza open now. I was one of hundreds of people rushing to try this new concept pizza. Sounded good but the reality is.: Not so much. I ordered 2 11 " pizza's one just cheese & one with mushrooms. About 20 minutes later I reached into the box. & grabbed a piece of lukewarm soggieish pizza. Not impressed. Later at home I used my air fryer at 400* pre heated then 6 minutes later a hot slice of pizza but the crust was not acceptable to my tastes. Now I know I'm one person with my own negative opinion but there are a lot of people who must like the Blaze concept with so many franchises across the country. Lebron James put in 1 million $ 's which has returned him in excess of 300 million. Bottom line I tried it, wasted $21.00 & won't be back. read more

I've always liked the idea of the "Subway" of the pizza world, and this is just that. You make your own pizza, they throw it in the oven, and bam, you're done. Very cool concept. Staff were very friendly and polite. Food was decent. A little higher priced than other local pizza places. But overall was still a positive experience. read more

We generally love Blaze. This one was horrible. We were one of two tables in here. It wasn't busy. Ordered a pizza for our son and everything came off of 2 of the slices. Literally, a quarter of his pizza was just crust. They served it like that and just said sorry. My husband and I ordered meatballs. After never getting them, we went up to ask and they had been just sitting there on the counter for who knows how long. They weren't hot when we got them. After we were done, we ended up having to ask for a refund for our cinnamon sticks that they never made. Had to stand at the register for 7 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. read more

So I was told amazing things - I absolutely had to have this pizza - it's amazing - etc. so I was amped up for this pie. First of all - you walk in and the 'menu' for what it is isn't exactly intuitive. They have a few specialty pies listed but nothing spoke to me. There wasn't any mention of a margarita option- but there was a graphic of one that flashed on the digital screen at some point. I settled for a two topping 11 inch pie special which included a soda for $11. They make it to order - but so does every single other pizza place I've ever seen. The resulting pie was just sad. I ordered a pepper and onion - there were literally 11 small slices of pepper on the whole pie (see pic) and an equivalent onion count. The pie was over cheesed and under cooked. The service was fine and friendly - but they just don't have the tools available to make a decent pizza. I'd literally go to Dominos before coming back here - and that is terrible pizza!! read more

LeBron does it right. Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Little Caesars wish they were as good as Blaze Pizza. Not bad for your diet either, it is a splurge but 700 calories isn't bad at all for fast food pepperoni pizza. Staff were so friendly and knowledgeable too which totally added to the experience. And the atmosphere is quite nice too. Would definitely recommend. read more

At my age, I've had just about every type of pizza made anywhere in the world. This might be the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Do yourself a favor, go to Domino's, Papa John's, or any of the other awful pizzas that are out there, but don't go to Blaze. read more

Went there last night for the first time. Ordered 2 build your own pizzas. We ordered take out. Got home and the dough was still uncooked and soggy. It was gross. Over $30 for these two pizzas, and it was garbage. Never going back again. Domino's is 10x better!!! read more

Order was done at the time they said it would be ready every was done and served within 30 mins.

blaze no longer accepts instacart orders even though it's still available on the Instacart platform. The manager handled the situation exceptionally well. bad on Instacart for not keeping their platform up to date. what a headache for both customers and businesses. The processed a new order in no time even though they were very busy. The pizza was great as always.! read more

Love everything about this place! Great pizza with as many toppings as you want and no price increase. And best part it's done in 5-6 minutes! Been here a few times since being back. So glad they are in Maine! This place does not disappoint. Great specials and a military discount. Sorry no pic but next visit for sure. Check them out. I'm a fan for sure! read more

Fast and delicious Staff was great. Crazy options for a pizza build and they have some beer

Quick make-your-own subway style pizza. Cooked quickly in a hot oven. Fairly new place and we tried the 5 for 35 deal. 3 pizzas and two apps. No drinks with the deal unfortunately. We order some menu pizzas but then had to instruct the staff on what was on the menu pizzas. I just assume it's all new staff and they have not memorized the few menu pizzas, not a big deal, will come with training. Pizzas were yummy and you got to chose drizzles at the end like ranch or balsamic. read more

Fast and friendly franchise pizza. I like the set up of the ingredients bar (think Chipotle or Subway) and the servers have been super friendly and helpful each time I've gone. It's a great place for a quick lunch. read more

I ordered cauliflower crust because I'm trying to limit carbs. It had a bunch of topping and was delicious. The app makes it easy to order and know when it'll be ready so it's vey convenient. I've had the best experiences with Blaze. I'd highly recommend this establishment. read more

Overall good but not great. We ordered our pizzas and waited for 10 minutes until someone showed up at the register so that we could pay and sit down. I thought the pizza had way too much cheese so that's all I tasted. The menu was rather limited. No real reason to return as there are many other options available. They have a nice outdoor seating area. Just kind of meh.... read more

Would say zero. Worst pizza I've ever had. Burned crust yet under cooked and mushy, if you like 1/4 in uncooked burned crust, go for it. Threw 1/2 of 1/2 pizza away. read more

Ordered pepperoni, roasted garlic and basil last night. Arrived cold, crust was burnt on the edge, the rest was raw. The full sized garlic cloves were too big, mostly raw and too pungent. The basil was minimal at best. Will not be ordering from them again and you shouldn't either. read more

Great pizza surpassed only by their great staff. Very courteous very kind extremely helpful and always with a smile. :-)

Soupy mess of a pizza. The dough was undercooked and the pizza meat was cold in some parts. The people working were nice but there were probably 20 people working at once but only person actually making pizzas the rest just standing around chatting with each other. I have been to &Pizza and Mod Pizza many times before they are both remarkably better. Disappointed. read more

Three 11" pizzas with unlimited toppings and 2 sides for $35!!! Good food for a great price. 4 of us - 2 vegans and 2 carnivores - each got exactly what we wanted. The vegans got vegan cheesy bread and a pizza with vegan cheese, red sauce, lots of veggies, basil, and a balsamic glaze - everything was delicious. The service was efficient and very friendly. We will definitely be back. read more

This place is amazing!! First tried blaze on a vacation in Florida and it was good. When we heard one was opening up here we were thrilled. It is extremely vegan friendly! With plenty of different topping choices to choose from, ranging from meats and other proteins, plenty of vegetables, including some of the best basil I've had, and amazing toppings to choose from. Food took less than 5 minutes to be ready. But the absolute best part was the service, all of the people working there genuinely seemed happy to be there, and happy we were there to eat. I was a little unsure of what toppings I would want and they were more than helpful, allowing me to put toppings on the side. 10/10 restaurant and vibe as well, I felt welcomed, and the food was spectacular!! read more

Stopped by here on my way back from Christmas shopping with my girls. Walked in and didn't realize they were just training, but they welcomed us in and allow us to have some of their test pizzas. Manager and assistant manager or both fantastic, And it's the best pizza my girl said they've ever eaten. 100% will be going back once they're officially open. Watching your pizza be made before you seemed a little cheesy at first... Pun intended, but I ended up really liking it. Thanks Nick and Gwen! read more
