5/2/26 Tonight- a disaster- arrived at five pm- seated at 5:15, order taken at 5:20. We order one large pizza, one child's small pizza, one small lobster roll, one Reuben, and an antipasto salad. Drinks: two beers, two virgin marys, two child's Pepsis, and a ginger ale. Our order came out in one hour and ten minutes. Seventy minutes. As much as I could, I saw the kitchen as the problem. The waitresses hustled; they were on a dead run. But their duties were split; one seated new parties and waited table as well. Another, ours, admitted she had been pulled into the kitchen to assist in plating. As well, the kitchen must deal with takeout orders, which on a Saturday, are many. So the blame must be the management. The only solution should be to stay away- vote with our feet- go elsewhere, until management feels the loss of income and corrects the situation. When the word is out, that Pat's decides on the family restaurant model and not a beer hall, we will return. And not before. read more

Totally irresponsible bar tenders.We arrived just after noon and remained there until 9:20. We were presented a tab at each shift change but were continued to be served.During that time my son was served at minimum 18 large draft beers. 7 between 6 pm and the time we left.His eyes were hanging out, his speech was loud and slurred and the bar tender was going to serve him more until I put my foot down We went off the road twice and almost hit a guardrail once.Today he had alcohol poisoning I took the names of the servers and am considering legal action My life was endangered because they wanted more tips from The tipsy! read more

I've been to many Pat's Pizza locations and I love them all, but this one is great for quite a few reasons. It's a family friendly pub. It's just loud enough here that you can bring your kids , enjoy an adult beverage and watch a game, all without being judged for their volume level. The kids menu is super cheap and even has authentic italian sandwiches on it it! There are individual TVs in most of the booths so if your trick to get through a dinner outing is screen time, bam- it's built right in for you. No need to run down your phone battery. There's also a game room that you can either use as bribery for after dinner or as a place to send them when you've been driven just crazy enough that you need a break! The seating area is large enough to accommodate groups that may want to drop in after a game, but they also host private events of up to 35 people. Just as a heads up, this is a popular spot, so plan ahead. You aren't going to roll up on a Saturday night and stroll in with a large group without a bit of a wait (that will totally be worth it). The pizza has it's own signature taste. It's thin crust so when in doubt, order extra. I can seriously polish off half a large pizza without batting an eye. If you are someone who enjoys trying different toppings, there's a bunch of different options on the menu, including some without red sauce. If you aren't feeling like pizza, don't be afraid to stray away and get a sandwich or something else. Everything is delicious! read more

Kitchen was terrible. My wife and I took our grandsons 7 and 10 there. Wait staff waited on us right away. We ordered for the boys right away while we looked at the menu. 10 year old ordered chicken fingers with fries. 7 year old ordered a small kids pizza with pepperoni added. We ordered when waitress came back with drinks. We got our sandwiches first for some reason. Chicken and fries came next. 7 year old pizza of course came 15 minutes later. I was in Pats same location this past Monday . Ordered the Chicken Tenders salad, it did not know ik like this one at all. No olives, no hot peppers. Then on Thursday I ordered the same thing but the take out was told they don't have a Chicken Tenders Salad, that's interesting ordered it on Monday in the restaurant. It has it on the menu. Manager said it's not. He said I could get another one made but if it's not on the menu and it's how they make it why would I want to spend money and gas to receive the same thing??. The olives were on the salad and the lettuce wilted due to the wet olives. It tastes like olive juice. I hate olives and I know what it tastes like. My family and I were in for a private birthday party in there function room. We had Buffalo tenders and 4 different types of pizza and it was all fantastic. Tiffany, was our server and she provided probably the best service we've had anywhere in years. She was fully on top of the food, drink orders and clearing the tables. She was absolutely outstanding. We used to come here regularly but the last few times have been a debacle. Last time, we waited too long to even get served drinks. Then appetizers did not come early but instead with the pizzas, which were wrong. They brought my boyfriend the wrong pizza and when we mentioned it, they brought him another which was burnt. Nothing was taken off our bill. This past Wednesday around 1p we went back thinking mid-week wouldn't be too busy. We ordered garlic bread which came quickly but was awful. The bread wasn't even toasted and it looks like they put cheese on a cold sub roll and then microwaved it to melt the cheese. We could have rolled the bread into a ball of dough. Then, my boyfriend ordered a double dough pizza, which he often does. It was as though they took a somewhat cooked dough and put a raw layer on top or something as you could see a clear line between the raw and the cooked crust. We could literally peel back the raw part of the crust. We mentioned this to the waitress who did promptly remove it from our bill but was not apologetic on behalf of the restaurant nor did she say anything as we were leaving. As I pulled into Windham last night at the late old time of 9 pm, I was surprised to find that the town was essentially all closed up for shop for the evening except for this one place. Needing a place to stretch my legs and grab some grub before heading off to the hotel down the road for the night, I parked and headed into Pats. Upon walking in I realized quite quickly why it seemed like the whole town was holed up at one place; Trivia night was afoot with a really good Quizmaster who spouted off some really wacky questions. Though I arrived too late to partake fully in the fun, I did help out some tattooed 40 something woman across the bar as much as I could...oh the characters you meet on the road. The place itself was spacious and clean and while the menu was tempting me with their 20 or 30 types of pizza offerings (no joke), I instead opted for a Haddock sandwich as my first foray into Maine Gastronomy. Though the service was a little slow (I almost went through my entire beer before the food came), the food was quite good for what seemed to be a local dive. The fish was well cooked, fresh, and was a nice hunk of meat and the bread didn't fall apart against the weight of the sandwich. To top it all off, the food itself was under 7 bucks; a steal compared to Jersey where most things on a similar place's menu don't start until at least 10 bucks. The only real knock against this place is that when I first arrived, I stood awkwardly at the Seating Podium waiting for someone to greet me or for a sign saying seat yourself. A little more direction to the customer or parking a friendly waitress to seat someone would do them a bit of good. read more

I've never had a bad experience here. Last time I went a couple weeks ago, we ordered the combo platter (I think that's what it's called lol) and two small pizzas. There was a misunderstanding with mine but as soon as it was realized, the waitress got started on getting us the right pizza and comped it from the bill. If there's ever a mistake when I go out to eat, I don't base service off of the mistake but how it was handled and it was handled perfectly. If you prefer your pizza drenched in oil then you'll love Pat's Pizza in Windham. Because I don't like my pizzas laden in oil I always ask them to spare they oil, which they'll do happily. Pat's is a landmark in Windham. They are always busy and the venue if frequented by locals and folks from "away", especially during the summer tourist season. Their servers are all female; young and bubbly. Pat's menu, while not necessarily healthy, is extensive and their food is tasty. They have a fair selection of local Maine micro-brews on tap and a fully stocked bar although don't expect them to pour anything exotic. Fair prices and local flavor; what's not to like. read more

You have better choices in Windham. $74 and change (before tip) for 7 beers among 3 people, fried mushrooms (which were pretty good), pretzel bites that are clearly a "product", possibly pre frozen, a yummy beer cheese sauce (that will cost you extra) and 2 small barely edible pizzas. Both pizzas were the consistency of a soggy wet sponge and the toppings were raw. We discussed the uneaten pizzas with the bartender who first told us that it was a side effect of extra cheese. When we questioned that answer, the 2nd explaination was that the kitchen staff was new. After further discussion, the final answer was (and this is a direct quote) , "actually, I don't fucking care". Not the Pats I remember. Your dinner dollars will go further elsewhere. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My family and I stopped by Pat's Pizza a year ago for the 4th of July Week. After looking back and sharing a good laugh at how horrible our experience was, we can safely say it was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've ever had. As the sign stated upon walking in we sat ourselves at an isolated table in the first room for 15mins before deciding to move up to the main room after someone had left. After waiting 10 more minutes the woman who ended up being our server just threw our menus on our table without even acknowledging us. When she came back almost 5 mins later to get our drinks she was not personable by any means and did not seem to want to be working there at all. Even with our laughing and smiling baby she did not even acknowledge him the entire service. We placed our order for a French Bread Pizza app with our drinks because at that point we already knew it would take some time. When she came back with the drinks, we placed an order for a pizza and a Chicken Alfredo. After waiting for almost 20mins I received my pizza which was not even what I ordered, the toppings were dried out and the crust tasted like cardboard. We received our French Bread APPETIZER 10 mins after that, and my girlfriend got her pasta 5 mins after that. I could only eat a third of my pizza before I gave up from it being so unbearable, and my girlfriend pasta tasted like it was made from a dry packet. After taking a bite of the more appealing French Bread pizza app, I realized they had left all the nasty dried up cheese drippings on the bottom of the basket. While there was plenty of customers in the building, it was far from being packed...especially since our server had plenty of time to chat it up with some locals next to us. The same locals even conversed at one point how they had previously ordered Chicken Parm during a trivia night and that he had received food poisoning...his guest wasn't happy he left that part out when he told him not to order it. The whole ordeal was incredibly disappointing at the time and we ended up having to purchase some frozen dinners from our hotel. Heard from a patron at a bar on Cape Cod who lives near Windham that Pat's Pizza was the best in the area. So naturally I had to check it out and see if that was the case. So when camping this past weekend we wanted to grab some pizzas for takeout to bring to our camp dinner and we ordered a cheese pie, pepperoni pie. They were ready when I arrived and the place had a good crowd so I knew it had to be good and the staff was great. Getting back we all dove in and the pizza was good. Bit greasy but a nice old school take of a bar pie. I'd definitely would go back. read more
