Heard from a patron at a bar on Cape Cod who lives near Windham that Pat's Pizza was the best in the area. So naturally I had to check it out and see if that was the case. So when camping this past weekend we wanted to grab some pizzas for takeout to bring to our camp dinner and we ordered a cheese pie, pepperoni pie. They were ready when I arrived and the place had a good crowd so I knew it had to be good and the staff was great. Getting back we all dove in and the pizza was good. Bit greasy but a nice old school take of a bar pie. I'd definitely would go back. read more

Have never liked this establishment. On top of that they overserve, to blatantly overly intoxicated individuals. Good job pat's pizza .. I have witnessed this on 3 separate visits..and will never go back...at some point they will be held responsible when something bad happens read more

We have been vacationing at Sebago Lake for years and this is the best pizza we have had. Delicious, fast service, great price.

This place has great appetizers and generally some decent food but it's the calzone I ordered that is the cause of the two star review. I called and asked for a spaghetti calzone and was assured that was something they can do. I asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I was told that the marinara sauce would be included in the calzone. I ordered pepperoni, hamburg, black olives, and extra sauce on the side. What I received was a calzone only 2/3 stuffed with plain, buttered noodles. There were maybe 8-10 pepperoni slices and a small amount of olives on the left side of the calzone. Instead of hamburger, there was a smattering of meatball slices. Also the only sauce was in a small plastic tub and there was zero cheese. To me, the staple of a calzone is sauce and mozzarella so how can you at least not include that?? This was definitely the worst calzone I've ever had. read more

Pat's Pizza seems to be the pizza place to be in Windham, Maine. The day we went for take out it was hopping. Pat's is a community place with decent pizza. It is fairly inexpensive and decent quality. The pizza is strictly thin crust, which is okay by me. We ordered three larges and three bottles of their signature root beer. The total was just over $40, so it is not a bad value. While we waited for the pizza, we sat at the bar and had a beer. The bartender was nice, and they have a decent selection of draft beer. Pints of microbrews were $4. The pizza tasted better than it looked, so that was a plus. It didn't look bad, it just looked ordinary. The sauce is just right and they use good if not great toppings. I would come here often if we lived in this area. read more

My family LOVES Pat's Pizza. The Windham location is a great place to bring the kids. The booths have TVs and they have a game room (bring your dollars and quarters). Us grown ups can sit and relax and watch sports on the many large screen TVs while waiting for the all important pizza to arrive. We love the thin crust and perfectly melted cheese of the Pat's pizza. There is jut nothing else like it around. For our family of 5, including 2 growing boys, we typically order 3 large pizzas. Generally we get to bring some home for left overs, it is still great when reheated on a pizza stone in the oven. I do love the complexity of fancy pizzas but sometimes simplicity is where its at - especially for the young ones, and Pat's really nails it. There are several locations, but like mentioned above, our family enjoys this Windham location. It is large, clean and the staff is always really nice. There are activities to keep the family busy and has a sports bar type of feel. Writing this review is making me hungry for pizza. read more

Best pizza around. Great atmosphere. Fun staff. They have more than a dozen TVs here. Many if not all of the booths have their own TV. If in Windham, this is a must try. Oh yeah, they have takeout as well. Delivery is separated out, so you do not need to go into the full restaurant. read more

Someone needs to tell management to turn the lights down a bit. It is so bright in here I feel like I should be wearing sun block. Also, 20 TVs and no one bothered to put the Sox game on. Very surprised that it is half empty on a Saturday. Service is GREAT and have loved the pizza for 30 years. read more

Pat's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Windham, Maine

We came here with my husband's parents, they suggested it. While both appetizers were good, my manicotta was decent but really small for the price. My husband on the other hand thought the chicken alfredo was the worse he has ever had. The chicken was low quality. His parents enjoyed their sandwiches at least. The waitress was decent for how busy it was. The tables are tight and cramped together, the place was so loud I couldn't hear anything from the other side of our small table without that person having to talk loudly. We were waiting for our food for a long, long time it seemed. Overall, we won't sit in here again, but I wouldn't mind ordering a pizza to take out the next time we are in Maine to give it another chance. read more

Pat's Pizza is a 100% recommend. The atmosphere was splendid and the ambiance was exquisite. The duality between the sports bar and diner was fun for the whole family! Blair was complete delight. She was caring and constantly catering do our needs. She served each dish with a smile. Not a single complaint. -CAAV OUT! read more

Parking is plentiful Separate dining and take-out entrances Nice bar, ample seating, and lots of TV's Large menu, with lots of apps, salads, pizza, and hot and cold sandwiches Consistent food and good service Not much to offer as negatives....a solid spot for casual pub style dining 4 stars....recommend read more

We ate here last night before we went to see a movie at Smittys. The drinks were probably the best part of our meal. I ordered two vodka and Titos, and was feeling pretty nice afterward ;-). I ordered jalapeño poppers as an app and they were decent. My Caesar salad not so much. So I know, there aren't a ton of ingredients in a Caesar salad. But the dressing just wasn't great. I'm glad there wasn't a ton of dressing on it, because I was hungry and needed to eat something. Also, the air hockey machine was pretty lame. There was like no air coming out of the table. It was pretty hard to play. We had to keep grabbing the puck. If we decide to come back we'll probably just get drinks. Definitely don't waste your money on the games. read more

Historically this Pats Pizza has had the most delicious pizza. I've been going for years. I don't know what happened. The past two times it was different and I didn't like it. The taste is different, it looks different and today it arrived at room temperature. Very disappointing. On the good side my husband says the burgers are fantastic. But.... I my I lost favorite pizza place. read more

Weak industrial beer list and soggy, uninspired balls of dough and (perhaps) cheese masquerading as pizza. They should get a clown, some video games and go full Chuck E Cheese. read more

If you are craving something greasy, this is the place for you. I'm a big fan of the cheese pizza here although the crust is generally soggy from the sauce and grease. The pizza has a spicy kick. The garlic bread tastes good, yet it is expensive; you don't get very much for the price. Great environment to chat with friends. The menu has lots of options, and serves some of the better pizza in Windham. read more

My favorite pizza shop in town. Fresh ingredients, thin crust, and cooked perfectly. Awesome beer and apps menu too. read more

This is our go-to place for take out pizza in Windham. I will admit that the food is inconsistent.....most of the time, our pizzas are delicious but I have had a few bad pizzas over the years. My suggestion would be to lift the lid of the pizza box before you leave with it to ensure that it is cooked to your liking. It is a more New York style pizza as in a thin, floppy crust and is oily as some have also mentioned, but I like it that way so...... Their salads ate good. Sandwiches are excellent. Service in the restaurant is usually pretty good as well and is usually very busy. Overall, I live Pats and frequent this location 3-4 times a month. read more

Well the best pizza I have had north of Portsmouth! More varieties that you can pick from! We had a taco pizza and a meat lovers pizza! They were very good! Worth a shot for sure! read more

My husband and I got take out at Pats in Windham a couple weeks back. We got a pizza which was drenched in grease and a order of fried mushrooms the box only had "9". The order was cold and had no dipping sauce. I sent Pats in Windham a email and a private Facebook message to give them a opportunity to make things right just got ignored. If this is how they handle customers and the food is that horrible I will never go back. It's seems like many people have had issues with the Windham Pats as well so we are not alone! read more

I have eaten a BBQ chicken salad from Pat's Pizza in Yarmouth easily 50 times and it's been delicious. First time at Pat's in Windham? I'll never go again. I paid almost $10 for iceberg lettuce, bell pepper, tomato, onions (which I asked to be held), a spattering of cheese, and BBQ chicken. All the vegetables are cute so big that I have to use a knife to eat my salad. In Yarmouth there is bacon, mushrooms, more cheese, and everything is diced nicely. I am so disappointed and I have never left a 1 Star review anywhere before. read more

The wait to get in is ok depending on the night of the week but once you gets seated you can wait for up to an hour to get your food even if it isn't a busy night. When you get your food it's cold and the servers are only seen a few times a night read more

Excellent stop for lunch or dinner in Windham. Spacious dining room, great wait staff and the food is always good. My only complaint which is out of the hands of the restaurant is the group of snowmobilers that appeared shortly after we ordered out food. When they came in the place smelled of gas and exhaust from their clothing. Other than that, I would recommend the place. read more

Pats Pizza in Windham is our favorite spot to go. We frequent Pats with friends and family. The food is awesome, great prices, great wait staff and really fun atmosphere. They even have a game room in the back for the kids. Pat's Pizza is SOOO good!! My family and I come up each year and always stop at Pat's Pizza! The children were very entertained at the arcade. Whenever I go there I get a really good feeling. It is a great restaurant and I will continue to go there! read more

Can't rate the pizza as we had spaghetti and meatballs and ziti. They were both delicious. I was surprised at how good the meatballs were. I have never had a better side salad. They are usually lame. The service was a little slow in the beginning but improved considerably. The place was slamming at 5:30 so we knew it was going to be good. They have a bar area with lots of TVs. Would definitely come back if we are in the area again. read more

My boyfriend and I drive to Maine about once a month and we ALWAYS stop at Pat's. Their pizza is the best and it's such a treat. My mouth begins watering as soon as we cross the Penobscot River! read more

Pats Pizza in Windham is one of my old-time favorites. This place originally started in the Orono area and made its way down to southern Maine over 30 years ago. The pizza here is great if you like thin crust pizza. They always have a great selection of beer. It's always a place you need to be ready to run into someone from high school because people go back. The best part is the prices are very affordable. I prefer this place over many of the new gourmet pizza places. read more

I've lived in Windham a long time. It never ceases to amaze me how over rated Pats is. Crappy pizza, worse fries and even worse onion rings... Go to "Masa" instead read more

You seriously cannot go wrong here. Food is fantastic, very well priced, speedy service and a huge menu. Decent parking lot as well, just watch yourself pulling out on 302, lots of crazies. read more

I'm not crazy about Pat's pizza, honestly, but this place is alright. Their potato skins are pretty delicious, and they make some good sandwiches. The service is always fast and friendly (whether you get take out or eat in), and the atmosphere is usually pretty nice. read more

Solid pizza. Gluten Free was tasty and spicy italian non-gluten free was good too. Friendly service, tasty pizza, and a good atmosphere (good crowd for a Sunday night in their off-season). We'll be back when we are back in the area. read more

I have been to this restaurant many, many times. But I have only eaten here twice. I have either stood at the door for 5 minutes at a time, when it wasn't very busy and just waited............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ for someone to notice me, and either say "We'll be right with you", or "Please feel free to seat yourself". I even looked for a sign somewhere, like many restaurants use "Please seat yourself", but nothing. So I'd just turn around and head out. Now, on many occasions I have been 'noticed' by either someone at the bar or by a server walking past.. but no acknowledgement whatsoever. So again, I'd just shrug and walk out. On other occasions when I was actually seated, I'd wait about 10 minutes or so for someone to even come to the table.... and wait.....................and wait.............. and finally just give up and go elsewhere. On the two occasions I have actually tried the food I was very impressed. Great Pizza! But what you have to endure to eventually get to it just wasn't worth it for me. read more

Pat's pizza is okay. It is classic pub pizza made in a pan, cooked in an oven using too much oil. We get pizza take out because, quite frankly besides lobster rolls, there just isn't great food in this neck of the woods. The sports bar looks fun if your hanging out with the guys and want to watch the game. read more

There must not be too many pizza joints in the area because after leaving Pats I got the feeling that they didn't care about their customers. Pizza and salad was good. Takeout staff was very rude. No plates or utensils for takeout. Completely forgot to put salad dressing in bag. I should've known to check, but I didn't think I was at a Wendy's drive thru. Parking is easy. Prices are high but not unexpected for a seasonal location. read more

So we have been getting this mediocre food because my child loves the basic breadsticks with cheese for a 4 year old. We got a small cheese pizza tonight for our other son and was requested by oldest. He took one bite and said it was hot, we had gotten takeout been over 20 minutes. I assured him it was cool.. still said after bite was hot he didn't like it was crying hurt his mouth. I took a bite... holy shit it was hot. Someone put cracked red pepper or something on it extra it was hot. So basic cheese kids pizza burning with peppers. Pizza is total crap, it's Maine pub food. The only reason to up it to 2 stars is I love their Caesar salad. Even though it's cheddar cheese they have a great dressing, maybe kens steakhouse.. but good choice also it's big. Just needs croutons!!! Caesar salad has croutons!! I know they won't change their way because they have enough People with no taste buds, but we won't be ordering from them again. Supporting more smaller local restaurants in Windham area instead. Webbs mill eats!! read more
